This is our second time staying at this hotel and each time we had good experience. Very conveniently located at the Time Squares, we enjoyed the view from the hotel.

Grt hotel lovely location to be in heart of Times Square

The hotel is brilliantly located in Times square but just outside the busy bit, check in for ihg members was good and quick rooms nice for new york and clean there is a pool which i didnt have time to use everything else was very good

Bang in the middle of times square! Great rooms with panoramic views of the new york skyline.

The traditional king room was spacious and clean. Noise control was an issue from the hallways. Fast and courteous service.

The service is very nice, and i feel this place is on par with some 5 star hotels I've stayed in - except that everything seems to be a little bit beat-up.

Great location, very near to Rockefeller Center, Times Square and the theater district. Rooms clean and big enough to hold a divan. Bar food very good. Breakfast buffet was good but pricey although we received complimentary coupon for delay in getting to our room. Our second time staying there, would definitely stay there again.

We are currently in this hotel for 7 days. Disappointing set. The room is not as good as in photo. We are used to traveling to New York and staying in a hotel. Hotel is well placed, but room requires refreshing. Household to review. Welcome to review. Two stars for the place, we sleep well and the television is good. But the room could have been better.

I think it should have water and ice for customer become , customers pay good price to stay in the crowne plaza hotel!!!

I will give them 3 starts because of the location, not impressed with the service and the bed clothes smell nasty!

The staff are absolutely dedicated people who answer your questions with a smile.
We were tired after a long flight from Australia and to be pampered on arrival was a delight.
The meals were enjoyable, room facilities and wifi excellent . Wife and I enjoyed almost a week at this lovely hotel and it was a starting point to enjoy New York city.
We will visit again and hopefully bring my mother who is 100. She is also impressed with the photos of this lovely hotel foyer.

Great location, location, location....safe and secure hotel with nice rooms and reasonable prices ...

Staff were courteous and helpful. Venue was clean and great view from conference room floor.

Good food, nice location, nice view depending on your room and the people which work there are polite. Recommend this to anybody who is interested to stay next Times Square and who is willing to wake up at 2 in the morning hearing people who just came out the pub. But for me it was a solid 4 stars

I had a bad experience at this Hotel. When I stayed I found a bra and pair of panties left in the room that did not belong to me, the room had a hole in the ceiling and it had water coming from it, just to name a few things. Once I contacted the front desk they were prompt to fix these problems and a few more things. Crowne Plaza manger offered me some points to come back and stay another night on them. When I was given these points I was told they did not have any black out dates, nor did they expire. When I tired to use my points to I was told that my 10,000 points had expired. I was told they sent my a email (which I did not receive) and that was that. I asked to speak with supervisor and explain what happen. The supervisor saw the reason of which the points was offered to me in the first place and said that it was nothing that he could do. I have worked in customer service for over 17 years and this is not how you treat a customer. Nor this is how you try to win a customer back. The rooms in New York are not cheap at all, and to receive service like this is crazy. This use to be the ONLY hotel that I would stay at when I came to New York. Well after all of this I will not. I has the manger is there anything that could be done and all he said was no. This is the worst customer service. Take it from me and take your business somewhere else.

One of the best place in the city. Rooms wad very clean and colorful always, Guest appreciated friendly, professional staff and enjoyed the fitness center! Guest liked clean washroom.

A nice room with the smell of suffocation from the carpet and worn sheets. Good location.

I had a very terrible experience. The guest service is extremely slow. I wanted bath towels at my room. It took them over 40 min to get it delivered. This is after calling them 5 times before it reached me!

Convenient hotel if your looking for a place in midtown/times square. Close to everything and surprisingly quiet. Good size rooms by Manhattan standards, with great views of the city. The lobby features a bar, restaurant and coffee shop there's even a pool, everything else is just a few steps from the hotel.

Where do I start, terrible customer service, the staff treats you like they are doing you a favor, no greetings when you approach the front desk, no acknowledge of you membership level, just because they have the luxury of treating people like garbage because you are at Time Square it does not give to the reason to do so. I rather pay less and stay a few blocks that being subjected to terrible customer service.

Don't support this business. They kill young girls and sell their body parts. J4k. Their main hotel is international. A young lady was killed and the manager knows about it. Check the news. J4k

I stopped by here for a quick drink and a visit with a friend. The lobby was beautiful and glamorous.. The rooms were great and if i had time would stay here.

Great convenient location, walking distance to all broadway theatres and dozens of delightful resturaunts. Room has a gorgeous veiw of times square and bar is top notch.

I have never been to NYC before, but I must say the Crowne Plaza was the place to stay! Pretty much in the perfect spot in Time Square. The room was pretty high up with a nice view, and the service was great!

Great location. Just get ready for tiny beds.
Don't expect regular queen sized beds. They are definitely smaller than that.

Most Front desk are rude and doesn't deserve the job except one guy and one lady called Hajar she was extremely helpful,the rest were unprofessional, the doormans and security are doing a great job, house keeping are nice ,except once ,there is a house keeping lady speaking Spanish to me ,was acting weirdly.

I have attended several conferences here. The staff does a very good job of servicing this including putting out food, changing the ballroom into smaller rooms and allowing for breakout sessions in side rooms. This is not the most upscale conference facility in the city but it does well for the price.

Location is good other than that the hotel is just for sleeping.

It was nice but the problem was with their valet downstairs, they bent my roof rack and when I asked them about it- they started to say they aren t aware of it. It was blatantly damaged from low piping in the garage

Amazing staff here, after a bad experience at Best Western Presidential the staff looked after us and made it their priority to make our honeymoon an amazing experience. We got the top floor without even requesting it, incredible views of the city. The restaurant is top grade, the bar always full with sociable crowds. The staff all helpful, beautiful rooms, very spacious and consumable items always promptly replaced. Thank you all so much, you all deserve raises!

Visited their restaurant for an evening snack. Loved the Buffalo wings.

Best location in times square...elegant ...close to the pulse of new york. Had a good reception. Breakfast service was poor..otherwise all fine.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of Times Square. However, we had no problems with the noise level and because of its location we could be right in the middle of everything and we had a great time.

The best hotel in nyc...I ll be extending my stay for another 2 nights if they have availability.

The rooms are a little run down, but they are clean and comfy. Great location for walking to many restaurants, bars, and theaters!

They provided great service despite our booking not being sent through by the agent. Room was very nice and clean, and you can just step outside to Times Square

Terrible night!
The window on the 23floor will pop out and leave a big gap plus letting in the freezing air in!
They could not fix it and telling me they are all full !
I would not expect a 4 stars hotel to act like this!

Location in heart of Times Square was convenient but a little busy/touristy for my taste. Service, rooms, amenities were great... Free gym and I even got a lap swim in.

Stayed here for a few nights and highly recommend it. 20th floor view was great. We received complementary breakfast vouchers for being Elite Members of the IHG Rewards Club.This is a great place to stay if your going to stay in Times Square. Clean rooms, friendly staff and in the center of everything.

I want to ask a question, we go three adults for 7 days, this hotel is the one that we like the most and the room offers us type of room: double guest room, and I do not see how it is, I wanted to know if they are 2 beds of marriage and more less the meters of the room, thank you I hope you help me to decide with the reservation, thank you

Clean room with good shower. TV had built in Chromecast. Internet was fast. Hotel is large and with high traffic, but everything was handled quickly and efficiently.

A+ We really enjoyed our stay. They were very accommodating in our room selection, which was well furnished. All the staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff was absolutely great, as was the cocktails and salmon.

Was here very for a social meeting at the restaurant. The menu is definitely limited and the food wasn't anything special.

Great location near time Square, very good breakfast, service was great too.

Room spacious and modern exactly as they present it on their website! The food too was delicious and service was highly efficient!
