I had a bad experience at this Hotel. When I stayed I found a bra and pair of panties left in the room that did not belong to me, the room had a hole in the ceiling and it had water coming from it, just to name a few things. Once I contacted the front desk they were prompt to fix these problems and a few more things. Crowne Plaza manger offered me some points to come back and stay another night on them. When I was given these points I was told they did not have any black out dates, nor did they expire. When I tired to use my points to I was told that my 10,000 points had expired. I was told they sent my a email (which I did not receive) and that was that. I asked to speak with supervisor and explain what happen. The supervisor saw the reason of which the points was offered to me in the first place and said that it was nothing that he could do. I have worked in customer service for over 17 years and this is not how you treat a customer. Nor this is how you try to win a customer back. The rooms in New York are not cheap at all, and to receive service like this is crazy. This use to be the ONLY hotel that I would stay at when I came to New York. Well after all of this I will not. I has the manger is there anything that could be done and all he said was no. This is the worst customer service. Take it from me and take your business somewhere else.
