Wonderful ... I do not revolve around the luxury and pamper Malik, except for Inter

Very good hotel I really astonished by all the service's provided ,everything is up to date including furniture,decorations,etc as well as the room is so spacious and clean,,room service from another level

Although I'm not a big fan of hotels food ,but actually they provide yummy food at alfrdous restaurant with a lot of choices particularly in lunch ..therefore those at reception are very cooperative,helpful and polite

Location actually very nice it's near to jeddah waterfront and a lot of malls and restaurant

I strongly recommend this hotel

Good ambiance...courteous service and has many halls of different sizes for meetings.

Al Firdaws Restaurant is distinguished for its specialties, mandi and Arabic cooking. It needs more organization.
Spears restaurant is very excellent unless the restaurant is crowded then the service becomes poor and the grills are burnt and immature.

Good hospitality, the team always there for you, always smiling, pool, food, the service are outstanding, this will not be the last visit for me.

Sheets, towels, and mattress are all overwashed. Room service food is not tasty. But breakfast is amazing.

Intercontinental Jeddah Corniche Al-Hamra is a hotel that is well known and is considered one of the largest and most beautiful tourist resorts in the city of Jeddah and is distinguished by its good location near the sea and for the services that the traveler needs. Suitable for people with simple budgets and near it, there are multiple options that may be at the same level in terms of hygiene and services, but at a lower price. Just search well when you visit Jeddah and you will find multiple solutions

I am a customer and a visitor to this hotel for many years
My family and I lived in its rooms, suites, and apartments, and I do not offer another hotel in Jeddah. And his restaurant tried it in all meals. more than great . I thank its management, which maintained its level as if it was inaugurated this year.

Unfortunately, i have scaduled meeting in the hotel , i surprised that the defined meeting room was closed on meeting time and no any announcement for attendees ,and no body was there in banquet office to help . It was frustrating and stressful for me and it seems to me that no body care !

Dont be fooled by the name. This is not the typical Intercontinental in terms of service. I arrived at the reception for check in and there was nobody there. I waited for 10 mins after which a guy appeared gave me my room key and said i need to go to the next building since i was in the Cornishe rooms. No directions no escorts. I went outside and could not find the way. The concierge saw me struggling through the window but looked away. Then the ac in the room would not switch off or change temperature. Terrible experience.

Very close to Cornish. Comfortable and cozy place. Room sizes are also good. For room dine-in, staff continuously seeks feedback. Once they send me chicken biryani instead of lamb biryani, before even I started eating, i got call for replacement.

Although it s a 5 stars hotel, but i found it 4 stars for international standards, they have to excellence their 5 stars service and treatment!
