It was a business visit. The meeting room is good and if the screen size does not match the size of the room and the sound insulation is a bit weak. It seems to me that Spears has lost some of the quality and variety of items it once enjoyed, and the service ... for you.

Very dissappointing to see the level of service and the quality declining so fast, This was once one of the best hotels in Jeddah, now its a mess
I checked in a couple of weeks earlier,
My room had a lot of issues, asked them to fix it or change rooms, very slow response time, finally changed room after 2 hrs
Breakfast next morning was a complete mess, nobody to help you with coffee or drinks and tables were left uncleaned and messy

Just disappointing

The cafe sessions are rude but the prices are very overpriced

Awesome , overall good for the stay , when you order any foods through online App its kinda hard for to get and collecting.

The reasons behind my 3 starts rate are:
1- the room safety box wasn't working.
2- 4 balconies in our suit but were useless because of the high fences.
3- expected better pool and pool service.

A good hotel and I don't know about its services and prices, but medical conferences, an exhibition, vital and advertising things are good, and its management is good. The hotel is generally good.

The reception is very bad if there is less than a star and I put it, when I contacted them to make reservations, the reservation was confirmed without any comment from them, after I arrived from a trip coming to Jeddah and when I came to the hotel to check in at the reception, the employee informed me that there was a note which is ((lack of water )) From 10 am to 2 pm !! And that the problem they had for more than a week .. That is, the problem existed before booking and they did not inform me about it when I called and booked the room !! The reception was bad and when they also put up a note, there was not even an apology. When I asked the manager, the employee told me that the manager is ((busy)) currently and I think he evaded responsibility .. only

I would never recommend a lover's advice, regardless of whether you are in Jeddah for work or tourism ,,,
