Iorder tea in lobby the tea is un drinkable every thing is old need to be refurbished etc...

Nice hotel. But poor service. Arrived after a long trip at 3pm booked 2 rooms and they weren't ready. Told to wait after an hour we got one room and told to wait 30 mins for 2nd room. Had to go down and Chase for 2nd room after 2 hours. We're given key card but told room still not ready.

To be honest, the hotel is nice, but the reception workers dealt badly, especially I saw at the end of the night, and also there is no honesty in the lost items. I forgot my shipper and what I got

The food is superb and clean and the buffet breakfast is delicious

Staff working at ferdous restaurant for breakfast were more than wonderful.

Another visit is a lovely place and I visited the fish market in the same hotel but the prices are very high

Its a beautifull Hotel and specially 360 cafe at poolside.

Old and unattractive, but their interest in it and its renovation is what kept him al-Haidam looking room on the beautiful Corniche

Very nice hotel, good service they Have Coca-Cola and a great buffet, in the morning and in the evening I didn't check the pool because you can not swim there with your wife, it's a rule of the land, maybe in the future.

spacious rooms, good breakfast and very good location and very nice views, includes meetings and conference halls also gym and the best of all is the restaurants inside the hotel , must try the food there specially at the fish market restaurant as it is one of the best sea food in jeddah

Inter, for me, childhood memories, every period I like to live in it comfortable, the staff are good, the breakfast buffet is clean, varied, the service is great, the chef does not make the liver and the eggs are nice, clean and the return is beautiful, but the rooms are old, the electric shutters are old and the towels are damp (a rotten watery smell) I hope to renew the rooms and renew The balcony furniture was dirty and it was evident that it had not been washed a long time ago. Literally the worst hotel I have ever lived in
I do not understand that they like them because they will see hotels in their lives ???!

- The room is old and I was shocked by the lack of space, knowing that we took a room for two

- There are carpets on them, and we asked them as well as they wanted them

- There was no bath towel, and even after calling them and asking them, they pulled out and we sat down. We called a lot.

- In my life, I have not seen a poor air conditioner and disgraceful, as well as the air conditioning in my kitchen that is much cooler than it!

- Abjurat, sofa, and everything old and self-blocking!

- Exaggerated price for asphalt services and a room pitched from asphalt more than 600 riyals per night alone !!!! By God, I dwelt for half their price in hotels with fairy-tale views, 4 and 3 stars, and the place gets tired of its luxury!

- Shattaf bathroom is in the wrong place and something dirty and disgusting!

- The view is like pitch, the balcony is dusty, and even some of the room's surfaces are dusty

- I woke up a hundred times from my sleep in front of me, someone entered the room and all because of the voices of people outside the room in the corridor and the rooms next to us

- A khaaaaais hotel by all standards and Mafhiyin until our events I do not know where and it was the first time we entered and came from a tired travel we sat waiting for them to come back to get out of the room

- And on top of it, they prevented us from stopping in front of the entrance in order to get off the bags, and we took a lap around the hotel and returned and told them there was no second entrance, and they pleased to enter the same door from which they sent us first !!

My advice to someone who rents with them the worst hotel and the loss is a riyal

Nice hotel and breakfast wonderful variety of all Malab and Tabab is expensive high price of breakfast cost per person 165 SR ..
