The Danat has good adult/kids pools and a nice range of bars and restaurants. Go for the pizza in Luces and live music in Mc Gettigans.

The Danat is a beautiful property. It used to be an Intercontinental before being purchased by a local company. Grounds and garden are the most impressive in Al Ain. There is a 33 meter lap pool, in addition to a free form pool and a kids pool Restaurants are disappointing. The best on the site seems to be the Horse and Jockey Pub which has decent bar food and a nice view of the grounds and pool. Spa is quite good, with newly remodeled steam room and sauna. The corps of Thai massage therapists is good (Try Supa). The staff, however, can be surly and rude, and prices can be very high for Al Ain.
Clean hotel, helpful staff, clean rooms, wonderful views, tranquility, family atmosphere and entertaining swimming pool were a wonderful stay

Bad treatment in reception, receptionist clearly racist, we were 3 people, 2 of them noticed its racism and treated it with disrespect..the surprise was inside where the rooms are very dirty, the carpets and fabric of the chairs are colored with dirt and grit, there is no fridge in the room, room service and reception no They respond to your request over the phone and are very late, even the cleaning worker does not deal with respect and responds with rudeness and lack of patience, I asked to clean the bathroom the next day, and the worker came after a long time carrying tools and towels very dirty and does not clean in a professional manner, frankly I never recommend Staying in this hotel.

Great for family weekends. They have swimming pool. Table tennis squash court, Great garden. The Indian restaurant in the hotel has very good food.

Good facilities, decent family place. BUT...book online. The hotel offer nothing but inflated prices to you direct. They'd have got four stars had they attempted value for money.

In overall hotel is beautiful, (swimming pool, area, smelling of jasmine, massage was amazing) but service was very low ( slippers and tooth brush wasn t in room) and I couldn t arrange my breakfast , and at the end they said it s close, service really should be work on!!!
This is a fantastic hotel! We love the pool and outdoor eating areas with live entertainment on the weekends. The singer they usually book is fantastic and there is even a bar in the pool!

Very good atmosphere and very good climate feel. Front office staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially room was very clean and complete room amenities.
The pool is very nice and cool. The hotel spaces are large and the room service is very good in specific with phradip , hes very good at cleaning and gives everything needed. Mr Mahmoud the manager is very kind.however the cons are; The pool needs more shade just because it burns the skin because of the weather. The jakuzzi NEEDS to be hot and clean at all times. The lifeguards need to get off their phones and pay attention. Celito and Kabu is very good at his lifeguard job.
