Very very bad hotel service staff is not helpful.....

Very very bad hotel service staff is not helpful.. food is bad room service is so bad unprofessional staff I don t even know how this hotel works for example now the three pools is empty because it s freezing and the lifeguard have excuses always each one of them have different excuses I don t recommend anyone to wast his money in this hotel
