The. Worst. I'm sorry we ever hired them. They do NOT respond, so I usually resolve my own issues by looking them up on Google. If you submit a ticket in the AM, you MAY get a call back or return email by 5 or 6pm if you are lucky. Every time they DO fix an issue, they create another issue, it's a nightmare. When you call their main number, it's an answering service, and you can never reach a real person on the phone. I hope I can convince my company to go to another provider soon.
