We have been with Integritek for over 7 years and ...

We have been with Integritek for over 7 years and have previously been pleased, unfortunately something has changed over this past year. They are slow to respond, disorganized, communicate poorly, and bill excessively. When they do respond, they pass a simple task (like updating a program) to multiple employees. Each email is a billed partial hour. After 7 or more people involved, over 30 emails, waiting 2 months, and around $2,500 billed, our program for our electronic medical records was finally updated. I asked to have the bill reviewed and was told all the hours billed were valid. The last email exchange where they asked if everything was running and we replied yes, cost us yet another $32.50 that was added to our always running up total. Our office mate's son completed the same upgrade task for their computers in several hours over one weekend. FACEPALM
