I ve praised the service of this health plan in the past, but they re getting sloppy. I took a colon smear test last year, mailed it, and then was confused when I received a phone call asking me about the test, which I confirmed I had, and then was sent another one. Finally, I got the gift card that suggested that the original test had been received. This year I made an appointment (it was for today) to have a wellness checkup and receive the Covid vaccine. I had decided to wait on trying to access the vaccine until the demand was larger than the supply because I didn t want to deal with the stress. First I got a call asking me to make another appointment. Then yesterday I learned that the vaccine had not arrived. Seniors don t need that kind of stress and confusion. I m back to waiting until the supply is larger than the demand and will go to my neighborhood CVS for the vaccine.
We love Inter Valley Health Plan. Almost everything about it is wonderful. My mother is on Medicare and she doesn't live in our state and she can't find any plan where she lives that is anywhere close to this!
This is no health plan because they don't take care of their clients. My mother went in on Monday to Pomona Valley Hospital through an ambulance. She finally got a room on Tuesday. She never saw a heart doctor and got kicked out of the hospital on Friday. Do you only take care of your welathly clients?
