Integritek's response time is second to none! Their proactive recommendations have limited the need to send someone on-site, but when necessary they are able to come to our office in San Antonio within record time and resolve the issue in a quick, professional, and friendly matter. Our company has worked with a handful of MSP's over the past 15 years (all the way from Austin to San Antonio). They all have made empty promises, but now we have found an IT partner we can trust for the many years to come!
