This is the best place to work! Many years in different offices and atmospheres and this firm is the best ever! Great owner, Mike Ryan is the friendly, caring, and always kind. Nick Benore, Director of Operations is always finding ways to help and improve the working atmosphere. Monthly lunches, company outings, sports events and even better than all that. They support local charities and schools. They encourage employees to get involved in local activities so they can sponsor and support. Nothing Ever to complain about. Love being employed here, same feeling I had on my first day I still have almost two years later.
This place is a horror show. They treat their employees like they are disposable. After my one year review they tried to give me a 25 cent raise....yes 25 cents!!! The owner is very nice but unfortunately has incompetent managers and probably doesn't know half of what goes on. The COO was dating one of the supervisors and tried to lie about it but was caught out in public with her LOL....place is a joke. Don't waste your time. You will not be appreciated. I consistently reached my goals and was not rewarded, I was actually fired for missing 2 hours of work that was not covered by PTO. They micro manage and don't see the big picture. I don't think any of the employees ever last more than 2 years. Its a revolving door and complete high school atmosphere. They will probably pay to have this post taken down because I know there were other horrible reviews about a year ago that have suddenly disappeared.
