This place is a horror show. They treat their employees like they are disposable. After my one year review they tried to give me a 25 cent raise....yes 25 cents!!! The owner is very nice but unfortunately has incompetent managers and probably doesn't know half of what goes on. The COO was dating one of the supervisors and tried to lie about it but was caught out in public with her LOL....place is a joke. Don't waste your time. You will not be appreciated. I consistently reached my goals and was not rewarded, I was actually fired for missing 2 hours of work that was not covered by PTO. They micro manage and don't see the big picture. I don't think any of the employees ever last more than 2 years. Its a revolving door and complete high school atmosphere. They will probably pay to have this post taken down because I know there were other horrible reviews about a year ago that have suddenly disappeared. Check glassdoor if you want to see other truthful reviews...
