Not really happy, I called in inquiry to a house 6-8-16 in the morning and talked to Jennifer told her I was interested in a house that their realtor firm was advertising for sale, I told her I was very interested and wanted to set up an appointment to see it, she said ok let me get some information from you and I'll email you some information. Waited all day never received anything. Then 6-9-16 I CALLED up to the office to find out what was going on. She said well someone called later in the day yesterday after you called and put it under contract. I mean it would've been nice if I had got a call or something back cause she knew I was interested in the house, she never called back never emailed if she was on top of her job and got information back to me I could of made an informative decision. They need some better communication in this office.

We had a great experience with Remax Synergy. We put several offers in on homes in Santa Fe and our realtor worked hard for us. We ended up with a great home and Tyler Harding went above and beyond for us. The sellers worked with another Local Remax company and it is evident that each office is run completely different. I would have been very upset if I would have been with the company that the sellers had. Different values and not very professional. I am glad we had Remax Synergy looking out for us! We made the best decision!
