Omg the Cappuccino Meagan made was the best Ihave ever had. They went out of their way to accomodate my husband with h8s favorite coffe mix l. I will definetely be coming back here and recommending XO to my friends

My wife's food was fine, coffee was decent. Nothing really special. I found my cappuccino was almost to complicated with flavors, it took me some time to pick them out and then it was fine but was more effort then I wanted in my morning coffee. So it's good but don't expect it to be easy.

I really wanted to like everything about this place. Unfortunately, the food proved me wrong. The almond and cranberry muffin was terrible. I asked if they could heat it up but somehow it came back as biscotti, crunchy and stale. My tea wasn't good and my friend's coffee wasn't the best either (so he said). On the upside, it's a great location, the staff is super friendly, and the building itself is quaint and comforting.

I went here for my birthday a while back and the place was clean and very nicely decorated. I ordered a vanilla iced latte (basic lol I know) it tasted really bad. Alright maybe I m exaggerating but I was not pleasant. I also don t remember how much it cost but it wasn t pricey.

Found this gem of a coffee shop/cafe!
Easy to see from the st.
Great menu choices, fresh ingredients and homemade items. It is an amazing clean and little place with a quaint atmosphere.

Fast and friendly service as well as very accommodating! I appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I got the Breakfast Tacos and a Lavender Cappuccino, with syrup made in-house, they make all their syrups in house and are lightly sweetened.

I got to choose what I wanted in my tacos, bacon, eggs, cheese and pots. Chz was gouda, served on the side in little chunks. I thought that was different, but I preferred it. I could really enjoy the cheese and my taco experience. They came on a flour tortilla so I just ate the inside, but it was plenty to fill me up! That salsa though, I got medium, not spicy to me but fresh and full of flavor.

The Lavender Cappuccino, just delicious! Light in flavor not too floral at all.
I really enjoyed it and my experience here.
I will be back and bring friends!

I had the carnivore omelette and a mocha... both were very good. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I liked the interior a lot as well. Everything was spotless and they cleaned up immediately as customers left.

Food is out of this world! We had the wild mushroom scramble & Nutella stuffed French toast and left with happy, full tummies! They always have a homemade syrup for custom lattes, today's was delicious! Cute little spot, great atmosphere and always friendly staff!

How great is this little place. Relaxing French cooking music, clean and welcoming interior. Staff was amazing, generous with coffee tastes, and so friendly. The chemex service was well done. Breakfast tacos with bacon, gouda, salsa and tomatoes were fresh and delicious. We will be back! This was the perfect little pre-vacation break for us...stopped the hustle of parenting and packing and really enjoyed our little day date.

I absolutely loved the experience I had at XO Coffee. Tony was so entirely nice and helpful throughout the entire experience. I threw a surprise party for my mom and Tony worked with my budget and provided a beautiful experience for my family and friends. Sam and Ian were amazing as attendees and really made my guest feel taken care of. I enjoyed every minute and I highly recommend doing your events here. 10/10. Thank you guys so much. I am forever grateful for you.

This is a cute little shop in a small shopping center in downtown Plano. I tried the lavender coffee and a breakfast burrito. I've never lavender coffee before. The coffee was delicious but the lavender syrup was a bit overpowering for me. The breakfast burrito with all the veggies was really delicious! I would definitely go here again and try a different type of coffee and because the shop is just too cute and comfortable!

Finally got a chance to try it, stopped by at 11am on a Friday to get a latte. First strike, no skinny lattes available - they only have sugared syrup and whole milk. Second Strike, it takes 10 minutes to make my coffee - not busy at all but just slow barista - two people standing around the "bar" and several more in the kitchen. Third strike, this fairly small cup is $6 (after tip). The food menu is pretty big and what I saw looked good so I might give it another chance in the future for lunch or breakfast as I would say this is a restaurant that sort of serves coffee, not a coffee house.

Their lavender breve latte both hot and iced are amazing. Plus I drink decaf and not all coffee shops make a good decaf latte or iced latte. I go here at least once a week to get me latte fix.

The place was cute and the staff was excellent. The staff was attentive and kind. I ordered the cinnamon waffle but was told they were now pancakes which is cool no problem at all. My only complaint was my pancakes were undercooked and very Bland ,even with powdered sugar, syrup and cinnamon on them. I paid $17.74 for an order of Pancakes and a lemonade I just wish that the pancakes were worth it. Lemonade was super delicious highly recommend. Don't let my review on the pancakes discourage you from coming and trying this place. I just don't think it was their day today. Definitely coming back to give it another try.

Not a bad place to get coffee or sit and study. But my preference is a darker more quiet setting. I ve been there a handful of times and staff are friendly and menu is good. Just not my favorite.

Best coffee in Dallas, I have worked in the industry for 6 years and been to every place in Dallas and have to say they are the best around. Strong contenders even against assention, oak cliff coffee roasters or houndstooth. Super cozy interior with nice and simple decorating, tv for all the people who want to catch the game while drinking some coffee, really cool modern industrial feel. Great espresso from novel roasters, nitro cold brew, garnished lemonade and teas and amazing semi auto pour over siphons. Top notch place, cute enough for a date yet classy enough for a business meeting. Great baristas on top of that. All around one of the best places in all of DFW!

Came for an open mic night and I am in love with the vibe. The people make the place, and I look forward to getting to know more. Tonight I tried the lemon ricotta cookie and the London Fog. Both were delicious.

came around 9-10 am, very quiet and nice atmosphere, got our food quickly and the service was great! i ordered the XO soda which has a nice strawberry flavor and the cinnamon waffle, which was a bit thin but very tasty (also came with fruit on the side)! i will definitely be coming again :))

It's nice to have another good coffee shop in the suburbs. Bright and airy feel with good coffee and food and friendly baristas. Parking could be a pain during lunch, dinner, and weekends. I have no problems since I get my coffee in the morning.

A pretty standard kitschy feeling coffee shop in downtown Plano. This place does have a wide selected of coffees and espresso as well as a rather expansive menu. I've been here 3 times now and gotten food two of those times. The food is generally a little high priced and it's hard to get out of here under $15 a person, which is rough for breakfast but the quality is not lacking. So while pricey I think it's worth it, just not something I could afford to splurge on every week.

I really love the environment there! It is beyond cozy and there is something about the atmosphere that makes it really comfortable. The prices are a bit expensive for a somewhat small coffee, but apart from that I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend trying this place out!

How peculiar. I swear I had a review here but it popped up in my list of review suggestions and my review seems to have disappeared!

Anyway, this place is great. I ve been a couple times and it hasn t disappointed yet. The cappuccinos are great and the perfect size. Anyone who knows me knows that I judge all craft coffee shops by their espresso drinks namely their cappuccinos as they re my favorite. They are offered in one size (~6 or 8oz) and are a great texture with a nice thick foam but still beautifully presented with latte art.

The vibe is welcoming and comfortable. The staff is always friendly. I ve been in once for just coffee and came back another time for coffee and breakfast. I ordered the oatmeal and was a bit overwhelmed with the portion, but it was quite delicious. I couldn t eat it all though.

I don t live that close to downtown Plano, but if I did I d be a regular. Instead, I ll have to settle for popping in when I m nearby or passing through.

I ordered the chicken waffles expecting your typical chicken waffles, boy was I wrong. The waffle was cold, gritty, and very flat -- just underwhelming. The chicken were sliced chicken breasts, that were definitely a few days old -- yes slices not fried chicken. They too were dry and nasty tasting. By far the worst chicken waffles I've ever had. The only good thing was their coffee.

A beautiful place to have coffee, chat and do homework.
Food is simply delicious plus it's serve in a pretty presentation. Coffee is good and strong it will get you going.
Decoration is simple, pink and amazing.

I like this place. It s definitely more feminine than I prefer - however, the coffee is good, music choices are right up my alley, and it s quiet enough where I can work if needed. All in all...great experience.

One of the best, if not THE best mocha lattes I ve had. Not TOO sweet, NOT too burned or bitter, just creamy RIGHT. Friendly helpful positive workers. Clean interior with fun decor. Interesting unique flavors to try in future (like pumpkin soup and house made lavender syrup).

Loved it. The pastries were delicious. The tea service was wonderful. Loved that it was loose leaf in it's own pot, and not a tea bag. Plenty of seating. Love that customers are not competing with drive through. Friendly staff.

I walked in at 4:55 today with a laptop bag and ordered a tea. The lady at the register asked me for here or to go. I said here.

I proceeded to get my laptop out, plug it in. I started working and went back up to the register to ask for the wifi password. The same lady gave it to me. Before I went back to my computer another guy said he wanted to notify me that they close at 5pm. I asked him what time it was and he said 5:57p. I packed my stuff up and told them not to worry about the tea because I was going to go somewhere else. I would have taken the tea, but 1418 coffee down the street probably wouldn't have wanted someone else's food in their place. My first instinct coming to downtown Plano was to go to 1418 coffee shop. I should have just went here in the first place.

Really XO? you sold me a tea "for here" and didn't bother telling me that you closed in 5 minutes? Horrible experience and I just threw away $5

I eat here every time I m in town and every time it s absolutely delicious, my bf was a regular and got me hooked! One time the chef sent us a slice of cake to show his appreciation, what a great guy. Customer service is always amazing and the chef always throws down when it comes to our meals. This is probably one of the best breakfast places I ve ever been to hands down and I intend to eat here every chance I get! Thanks for keeping us full and satisfied XO!

This place knows what they're doing! I will say that they're a little on the expensive side, but truly it's worth it for the quality, selection, and customer service. Their current staff is full of positive energy! They are so sweet and they truly seem to care about their customers. I love living right next to this place! :) Thanks for being amazing!!!

GREAT place to meet up with a friend and catch up over a few cups of Lavender Earl Grey and Kenyan pour over coffees and a quiche that was nice as well. While the staff is attentive they don't make you feel hurried as if they're waiting to turn your table. Only con was not being able to get another pot of tea through the server had to WAIT in line another 5 minutes away from my table to reorder at the counter :/

Easy parking, very clean dining area and bathroom, super friendly staff and awesome food and coffee. What else do you need??? The wood floors, high ceilings and brick walls make the place very cozy and inviting to sit and stay.
Free WiFi too.
The eggs Benedicts rendition with chipotle Hollandaise sauce on Texas toast is amazing, as the veggie omelette. Get a side order of bacon, you will not regret it. The flavorful coffees, are serve in big kind of french style cups. All pastries are baked fresh daily, so they are all good. Been here now twice and will continue to come.

First two times I went here, it was great. I loved the food, but I took my family here and something was off about the cooking. Whoever cooked our food kept getting our order wrong. All we asked for was no onion, please put potatoes as our side, and no veggies. Guess what? Still got all of that wrong because they re not use to adjustments. They also put too much oil and grease within our meal. It made the bread super soggy. The oil just poured onto the plate when taking a bite too! Also, the steak sandwich I ate stunk so bad, I couldn t even eat it without gagging. The potatoes I got on the side, no flavor. Which applied to all of us.

The servers were confused on who s food was who and there was no flavor to anything. If I wanted to eat white people food, I would ve gone to Denny s. Not worth money to eat here. Please stick to their coffee.

Lovely coffee shop in downtown Plano. Went with my uncle who is an old fashioned, drip coffee only kind of guy and we both enjoyed it. Coffee was good (I got a mocha). Decor is interesting. We really enjoyed the photos of the building from when they were doing the rehab and talking about what the building might have been used for originally.

Does seem to be more female oriented as we might have been the only male customers there. If this bothers you then you can always get your coffee to go and visit Shinola up the street.
