From the beginning of when I made the call. Everything went well. The guy asked my information and I gave him everything he asked for. It took a few minutes to find the vin number for the car i was insuring but the guy was patient. He was pretty fast finding a reasonable insurance quote that was really cheap. I would highly recommend this insurance company to people.

Nancy is our Insurance Agent and she is AMAZING! Whatever issue or problem we have whether our car insurance company didn t take the auto-payment out for the month to the insurance company needing copies of drivers license or signatures, Nancy is there is help us resolve it and walk us through the steps to complete it!!! She even text messages us when she can t get a response back from our insurance company right away and let s us know she is in process and will call us as soon as it s resolved! 100% recommend her!!!

Do not go through this company they will tell you to put a down payment saying it was the insurance company charging me the down payment not knowing that they were actually lying to me and charging me $150 for a down payment that I never agreed to pay them they said it was for the insurance company when it was really for them they lied to my face so don t get fooled by this company they are crooks they burn me I don t wanna see nobody else get burned go directly to the insurance company thank you for your time

When in need of quality service there s only once place I would recommend and that s insurance online in Newport . I ve been to many locations looking for insurance and they have all left me with poor service and horrible knowledge in the insurance field . Car insurance has been on the backburner for some years now...actually, it wasn't even in the kitchen, much less the stove. I've been a shoot-off of my parents' policy from when I was a wee child. As such, I've not updated it since "growing up". Yes, in quotes, hahaha.

Got to talking story with Brian Hinojosa...found that I am underinsured, especially as a homeowner in a sue-happy state. Brian wasn't exactly an alarmist, but made sure I understood the potential predicament I could be in without proper coverage. He was waaaaay patient with me, promptly answering questions I asked via phone, text, AND email. How's that for availability?

Review for Insurance online in Hawthorne or Newport I don't even know because I've been given so many many different numbers and so many Different agents have called me that I don't even know what office or what agent I'm actually working with ....I found this company on google it was right on top so I clicked it, called and Over the phone I gave my credit card information I was quoted for a premium that sounded great, before I could be insured i was supposed to get an email to electronically sign if I agreed to charges and the contract... I didn't receive an email so I had to call back in between calling back I kept getting phone calls and text from agents and it got so confusing I didn't even know who was following up with me or who was helping me or what was going on. These are brokers they were all telling me I can give you a better price I was like OK it was the same company it was so confusing I felt like all they wanted to do was just meet their personal quota. upon opening up my email that came in a day later because she didn't send it the same day; I had to call and ask were my contract was to review it being I was already charged and didn't know what I was paying $92 for, they advertised no money down so wanted to know what fees these were and why it said I paid partial in cash when I didn't... I did not agree to signing the electronic documents since there were some extra fees slipped in that seemed sneaky to me. I had two different insurance companies on the contract . I called and let them know that I did not agree to these fees I will not be signing the contract and I would like my money back that they charged before my electronic signature that I never signed. she said that they would give me a call back on Monday to assist me , I never received a call back. When I called back the person I talked to transferred me to another insurance company that insurance company transferred me to another company then back to them and so on I was going back-and-forth for a whole day their reason for now charging me was that I have been insured for several days I let them know I wasn't supposed to be insured for several days because I canceled immediately and didn't sign anything. They said they will follow up with me, of course they didn't so another day went by then I had to call them back the next day they said I wasn't going to get my money back because that was a processing fee.... several days later they were supposed to follow up but I had to call and email them they said $60 was is an agency fee the rest of the 92$ was for the company (what ever that means) I never got the insurance nor my money back. Just a bunch of different reasons.... I have received a bill today for an additional 33.43 and I am not even covered through them! My advice is go with a company you know about not just the first site that pops up online... it's going on a month now and I still get text and calls from agents since they are brokers your number is accessible to them now through this company to quote me it's such an annoying regret... I have been calling the company often since Aug 17 to follow up on my claim and it's still unsolved. Save yourself the hassle don't go through brokers most just want there commission, once they get it help is useless
