Good location, nice offices. The biggest minus is parking spaces, and really lack of them for employees. On Skanska we have information about 48000m2 of space and 600 parking spaces - I don't know how the spatial planning department approved this project ... Ultimately, supposedly 6,000 employees are supposed to work there, and it is known how difficult to find a parking space in Katowice next to office buildings, so why the city did not change this with a new investment what is SBP? I thought that the "Department of spatial planning" is responsible for correct planning, anticipation, vision, order, space, and I have the impression based on the above example that this is what was missing. Employees who do not have parking lots in the office block other cars and leave cards with the phone number to call when attempting to leave ... Due to not enough parking spaces for me this is not a modern office complex, which is a pity because it is a completely new investment and it should be very well planned and adapted to the realities and needs of employees.

I don't know who puts Business Park in such a place, but: around it is difficult to park, car parks from buildings much too small, access roads completely ill-considered - they clog up, there is no (official) drive to Gliwice - a simple bush. The buildings themselves: like any other office buildings in this class - nothing special, such a Katowice mordor.

According to the plan, it was supposed to be a modern center. Unfortunately, the lack of parking spaces for a huge number of people working in 4 office buildings is a big minus of this place. Another problem is the parity of service and catering facilities. The only restaurant - Olimp - recommendable. No kiosk or any other store / stand. A short-term ATM disappeared from the SBP site. This makes work here difficult despite the modern infrastructure of buildings.

Unfortunately, although the buildings are impressive from the outside, their interiors show the defeat of man in the clash with the use of technology. What was supposed to make life much harder for them. What about the fact that there are parking spaces in the underground with the possibility of charging an electric car, when the toilets inside look like a memory of a high school where you can freely observe what is happening on the floor of each of the cabins; not to mention the basic lack of privacy. One button to turn off all the lights on the entire floor - a great option, provided that we do not place it next to the one that releases the door lock - as a result, the light goes out all the time. For the highly praised A-class buildings, I expected creators to have more imagination.

The most attractive place on the office map of Katowice - modern, minimalist architecture. Great location, good communication with the rest of the city and exit roads.
