They are so caring! I had my very skidish kitty there with urinary problems. Every time they left the room when they came back they entered very slowly and quietly not to scare my baby girl. Very gentle with her. She's much better now!9

Customer Service is second to none. Explained everything in a face-to-face meeting, explained later bumps in the road with coverage issues and worked to rectify alternative solutions very quickly! Truly a wonderful team!
the worst insurance, service is very bad, always I pay co-pay for everything, they didn`t pay for breast bump, all the time they ask about information and they have it but I don`t know why they keep order them, they contact you for every single payment. Please don`t use this insurance at all, I will rate them as zerooooooo.
My employer pays over $500.00 per month to IMS in premiums for my employee health insurance and I pay an additional $750.00 per month to cover my spouse and children. So a total of $1250.00 per month to cover 2 healthy adults with no chronic health conditions and who have never smoked and 2 children under the age of 4. They also have a large co-pay cap and we find ourselves paying thousands of dollars annually out of pocket. I know the state of the American healthcare/insurance industry is dire but there has to be better options available than this. I wish my employer would drop IMS and give me and other employees 75% of what they were paying IMS in a pay increase and let us find our own policies on the healthcare exchanges. It is very frustrating to be a professional, working full time, at a job with benefits and struggling to stay in the black in large part due to routine healthcare expenses.
I would put a negative 5 stars if I could. This is a horrible insurance company. My company had this insurance when I first started working there and I had a horrible experience. They were always denying claims and stating reasons of "beyond usual and customary" without actually telling me the problem or even paying up to their supposed usual and customary rate. Nope, they will just get out of paying any amount by spouting that as an excuse. I thought all insurance must be this way, but when my company switched to a different one, that stopped happening and I actually had reasonable insurance. Now we are back because it's cheaper. Obviously, the person in charge of deciding on insurance companies doesn't use the company insurance. There's a reason it's cheaper and that's because they don't pay or help. They send a one line bill with a rejection without actually stating the problems or trying to work with the doctors to get things fixed. In short, don't be fooled by cheaper rates because they won't pay. You can however drive by the building and see all the new shiny cars that the employees drive. Guess that's where the payments go.
I really wish I could give them less than a star, a negative star rating perhaps. I pay $600 every 2 weeks for this insurance, on top of what my employer pays them. I am being told that a procedure I desperately need to have done, will not be covered! So frustrating! What the hell am I paying all this money for? Pretty sad when a person is in so much pain every day, but cannot have a life saving procedure done! I am beyond fed up!
Have been paying for certain coverage through my employer to this company. Turns out they ( IMS) never signed me up. This has been going on for 5 years. ALL my premium has been going in their pocket. If you have coverage through them better check it twice to make sure you really do. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Researching who to report them to. TX AG, insurance commission, bbb...
Wonderful company, very customer service oriented. They take care of their employees and customers like family. People who are bashing the insurance don't seem to understand that as a third party administrator, IMS only administers the benefits that their employers have chosen for them.
Family owned & oriented! They take care of their employees, their customers, & their vendors like they're family! I can't imagine working any where else, I'm also a customer & I wouldn't want my insurance managed by any other third party administrator.. Thank you for all that you do!
Horrible insurance, I have this insurance through my husband but after sending in our marriage license on 5 separate occasions they refuse to cover any expenses with my name on it, saying they can't verify that we are married! This company is a joke with bad conflict resolution.
