Entire Experience was awesome. It was a busy morning. So when it was our turn to checkin and fill paperwork, the young lady was very nice and answered questions well. She offered a selection of awesome beverages, even a granola bar, during our wait. The best part was our P.A....Mark Vandervort!! He really explained, in simple terms and analogies, what discomforts we were going to experience as we battled through the flu. He was very clear how we should monitor our progress, when and if we should be concerned, and to return to see him for further help. He really showed his care and concern for us, and we never felt rushed during his evaluation. I hope we never catch this again. But if we need to visit an urgent care again, we are Definitely returning here!

Would not come here again. Told there was no one in front of me after information collected. After waiting 45 plus minutes, I was told there was one person in front of me. Still waiting after 90 minutes.

Great place! Went the extra mile! Scott Johnson was amazing. My daughter is a student at WWU and I (father) live in Oregon. She had an issue and needed urgent care. Scott and his staff did an amazing job taking care of her and gave all the right recommendations and supported her during the process. Everything was perfect. That is now going to be my daughter's go-to clinic. They established wonderful trust with her, and that means the world to me! Thank you team!

Small place but friendly staff, Quite attractive too. Par for the course as far as clinics go. Could maybe have a better lobby as far as seating but the worst part of this whole place is those floor tiles. Why in the heck would anyone pick out that style?!?! You'll understand when you see it... Smh

I've never had a better or more positive experience then I did here today! I am absolutely miserable and they took such good care of me and were very thorough. McKenna in reception was so nice and helpful when I called shortly after opening! She told me the appointments were booked out a few days so the sooner I got there the sooner they could help. They got me back not even 15 mins after arriving just before 8:30am! And Micheal in back was wonderful! Really knowledgeable and good at his job! He was very personable and easy to talk to. He had to draw blood and once he heard I was scared of needles he engaged me in a conversation about my job which I mentioned an HOUR EARLIER when I first arrived. Best experience. I'll continue to use them now!

I went into Care Medical on Sept 3rd, 2013

I showed up early and was told that my wait would be about 30 minutes. 2 hours later, I was still in the waiting room and was yet to be admitted. After asking why it went from 30 minutes to 2 hours, the receptionist told me "because more people showed up," even though I was there and checked in before them.

After waiting for over two hours, a very nice nurse took me to my room and wrote down my symptoms. She then gave me a strep culture swab and left.

About 15 minutes later, a very young, very fresh-out-of-school looking doctor came in, and told me I had strep throat without looking at my sinuses or throat (even though the nurse did). After telling him that I spit some blood the first night I started coming down with my illness, AND describing in detail the medical problems I've had from a young age involving my sinuses and throat he told me to spit in the sink so he could see blood, as if that was a scientifically accurate way of detecting any cuts, or abrasions in my throat or sinuses.

There was no blood present in the ounce of spit I deposited in the sink, which apparently was enough evidence for him to write off the possibility of an open wound mixing with the possible infection in my throat.

He then proceeded to prescribe me penicillin, an antibiotic that has never worked for me (although he had access to my full medical history). He said typically when people come in so early into their sickness it is easy to quickly treat it with penicillin, and I should be feeling better within 24 hours of taking my medication. I didn't raise any doubts because I figured since he was a medical doctor and went to school for this specific profession, he probably knew better than me. I said nothing because I trusted his training and profession. In hindsight, this was a huge mistake.

I then continued to take my antibiotics for 4 days without any improvement, and only feeling like I was getting worse. I came in yesterday for a followup and the exact same thing happened: I checked in, was told 30 minutes, waited for two hours and 45 minutes while watching people that came in after me get admitted before me. At about 6:10pm, I asked how much longer it would be. The receptionist told me there was no way of knowing, but I was next.

At this point, I decided to leave because on average they were turning patients around every 45 minutes and the person before me had JUST been admitted.

I feel like I was deliberately misguided about wait times so I could be admitted and they wouldn't lose business, and feel that my doctor did not care enough to take the time necessary to review my medical history so I would be properly diagnosed and treated. On top of that, my entire time inside the exam room totaled about 20 minutes (including the time I waited to hear the strep culture results), which means I got about 5 minutes of face-to-face time with BOTH the nurse and doctor. I was rushed through my examination, and as a result the improper medical attention I received has left me more sick than I was when I went in.

All of that scathing stuff being said: The staff was very nice. I was always treated very well, and that was great. I just wish service came with the smile.

I went in a week ago for an X-ray for my ankle that I had twisted. My estimated wait was 45minutes but 3.5 hours later I was finally called back to wait in the exam room.

The nurse seemed to be very distracted, with no care to even ask how my swollen ankle was feeling. She couldn't find my pulse and after a couple minutes of her pushing on my wrist I finally had to find it for her. Didn't spark much confidence.

After another 20minute wait after her and the Doctor's exams, I finally got my X-ray from another nurse. Afterwards, I was told to wait in my room and when another 30 minutes passed I ended up having to leave my room to go get the nurse to hear my conclusion. Seemed like she had forgotten I was even waiting.

She told me I had a sprain "Ice it on occasion, putting weight on it is alright and in a few days it will be fine." Gave me an air cast and I was on my way. When I was walking out I heard her say to another nurse "She said it's painful to get her shoe on and off" and proceeded to laugh....As if I didn't feel bad enough having been there for so long while in pain. I thought it was very unprofessional.

After following her layed back advice all week, I got a call today saying my X-ray was looked at further. I was told I have a fracture and need to come in immediately for a boot. It was emphasized 4 times during the call that I should not be putting any weight on it.

Miserable experience while in pain. Long wait. Insensitive interactions with nurses. Poor communication about results not being known 100% at that time. Bad advice for proper healing.

I would not recommend this facility.

I've changed my review from 5 to 1 star.
Dr. Wei just cut off a medication that he prescribed to me because I won't give him more money during COVID-19. He wants me to physically come into his clinic, or pay him for a tele-med appointment.
I am going to become very sick from withdrawal (no it's not pain medicine). He specifically instructed me not to just stop taking it EVER. It can cause stroke, among other harm.
This is dangerously unprofessional behavior.
DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SHADY PRACTICES.
Shame on Dr Wei and CARE MEDICAL.

Has gotten much better. I'll be honest, the customer service was not the best at the front desk the last few times I had been in there. But today there was a gentleman named Dan working the front desk. He made me feel like he was genuinely concerned for my wife and completely changed the atmosphere from anxious to relaxed. Which is hard to do with my wife. Dan also seemed much more engaged and helpful than previous receptionists here. In all sincerity I will probably come back mainly because of the change in employees.

Thanks.

The care medical group is one of the sorriest excuses for a medical clinic I have ever had the misfortune of being a patient at. To go to a doctors office is to put your faith into these professionals to do there jobs and to help you, the doctors at this clinic couldn t do either. They struggled to diagnose me at all and all they managed to do was waste my time and money sending me around the city referring me to anyone more competent then them.

But the thing that really inspired me to write this review was Dr. Wei, after around 3 months of regular visits with the other doctors of this clinic Wei finally decided I was worth some of his time. If you are thinking about going to this clinic for Wei let me tell you right now you will never see him, and that s probably a good thing as out of the dozens of doctors and specialists I ve seen in my life Wei was by far and away the most callous and incompetent doctor I have ever met, he has horrendous bedside manor and a terrible attitude about his patients. The man simply does not care as he knows he will largely be held unaccountable for his trashy approach to medicine. The man told me to get over my pain and to simply push through as if I hadn t tried that or if to imply I am the reason I haven t healed after a year of chronic pain, instead of the real reason being stupid, cocky, incompetent doctors who can t do there jobs and live to leach money from he community.

That being said shout out to the short lab tech/nurse girl and the cool blood-work/discharge dude who are genuinely good people. Thank you Keyleigh for being genuinely empathetic to my pain, and thank you Mark for at least pretending to sympathize with me and for genuinely searching for something that might help me.

Dr. Wei in no way deserves his own clinic and should be stripped of his license. Wei is an jerk who had no empathy towards me at a borderline sociopathic level. Don t go here unless want to waste your time, your money and to never heal even slightly.

This clinic did nothing for me. Don t make the same mistake I did, find a competent doctor.

Absolute worst service I've ever received from a medical provider. If you are a DOT driver I highly suggest you do not use them. They've put my job in jeopardy over a non existing condition from 39 years ago.

Terrible experience! I went there to do a DOT physical for my employer and after going through all of the necessary tests, I was notified by both the nurse and doctor's assistant that my blood pressure was through the roof (150/90). I was told to visit my primary care physician to come up with a plan to lower my blood pressure. Upon visiting my primary, they took my readings and it was determined that my blood pressure was actually better than average (118/80). How about calibrating your equipment so you don't send a patient home thinking they have 3 hours to live? What a concept!!!

My husband and 2.5 year old came here last weekend to get tested for Covid-19, the doctor and nurse were beyond amazing and even gave my son a stuffed animal dog which he refuses to not have by his side at all times now. Thanks for giving him such a positive experience! We ll be back!

I wished these things would permit 0 stars. My son just went there with a badly cut, bleeding hand. Because he didn't have his aetna card on him they wouldn't help him. In the 4 minutes it took for me to download a copy of the card from the Aetna site and email it to him they informed him that since it was 8:00 PM they wouldn't accept him as a patient (it was 7:59 PM) and they had zero patients in the waiting room.
Clearly they staff simply wanted to go home. I wonder if the owners of this business know their staff are turning away patients so they can get home early while leaving people in need of urgent medical care...

I read online that appointments are recommended, so I called and dialed 0 to schedule an appointment. A very awkward and confused receptionist answered and when I asked to schedule an appointment, she asked, uh what for? and then said uh well when would you uh like it? And I asked when the next appointment time was and she said uh um uh well um uh for, not even kidding, a good 45 seconds or so, until she said, um uh well we re a walk-in clinic, what time do you want to come in? and I gave an approx time and then she said yeah come in then! , so I said okay... and then she was like yeah so we re a walk in clinic. But yeah! Come in at noon .
I m fully aware that this is a walk in clinic - but why in the world would you advertise that appointments are recommended when you don t even train your staff on how to make one, and even the basic customer service skills it takes to answer a phone call.
Definitely will spare myself the pain of walking in and attempting to communicate to the receptionist who doesn t know how to communicate - one of the main responsibilities of her job.

I have never had a bad experience with these guys. They are friendly, courteous, and time efficient. Harper at the front desk is a blessing and has always made me feel welcome here. I ve had to see every physician in there and every single one of them has been so professional and kind.

If you ever need a walk-in clinic, Care Medical is the place to go. They took great care of my husband yesterday after his arm swelled up like Popeye following what we think was a spider bite. Saved us having to spend the whole day at the ER. Later in the evening I got concerned about the swelling and requested a call from the on-call physician. The wait time for a return call was short; he was so helpful and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him (which so often happens with after hours care.) Dr. Wei and his staff have been following up to make sure things are improving today and are coordinating with his primary care physician as well. It makes all the difference in the world when you know your loved one is being so well cared for, and I'm very thankful.

While my D.O.T. physical went fine on 8/22/17,when Dr. Wei approved my CDL medical card for 1 year with a new 6 month Intrastate Vision Waiver,I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my 2 visits to the office today (1/15/18).I am trying to get my vision waiver renewed, and the office staff doesn't seem to have the knowledge I have of the procedure to answer the questions I had today.I've held a vision waiver with my class A CDL for over 10 years. When the woman I spoke with (I believe her name is Allison) told me she couldn't find Dr. Wei & he may be on lunch,I agreed to return later to speak with him to explain the paperwork terminology.Upon my return I was directed to the front desk where "A message is waiting for you"... The message was the Dr. would not sign off on the waiver because he didn't treat my eye condition, and the Optometrist has to... REALLY???
1) Dr. Wei signed off on my medical card 6 months ago with the same waiver I'm trying to renew.
2) The eye isn't treatable, I've been blind in my right eye since birth.
3) The renewal paperwork clearly states it must be filled out by a physician on the national registry of medical exam physicians. That means Drs. that are licensed do D.O.T. physicals. There are no Optometrists on said list because HELLO optometrists don't do D.O.T. physicals!!!
Bottom line is Dr. Wei refuses to speak to me personally and the front office staff doesn't have the proper knowledge to convey my issue to Dr.Wei...
Care Medical Group is TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE and they have lost a customer.

I have given this office the benefit of the doubt several times now. I have sat in the waiting room for over an hour after being the first patient in the door. I sat waiting for over an hour for someone to go over test results with me. Today was the final straw. I waited two and a half hours for testing only to overhear a lab tech saying that he hadn t even been made aware that I was waiting yet. I will not be returning to this clinic and implore anyone who values their time, to steer clear as they obviously do not value the time of their patients.

Pretty lousy experience. Wife went in for treatment for what we suspected was bronchitis or pneumonia. Had a chest Xray done.
A day or two later we were told the chest Xray came back abnormal. We asked for a more specific diagnosis and they refused to provide any other information other than "abnormal". Later she had complications with the antibiotic, and was told to make an appointment. We call back to schedule, and we were told they don't take appointments.

I went in last night and explained my injury to the front desk staff. They referred me to the ER based on my symptoms. This morning I needed a follow-up visit regarding my injury so I called in. The person who answered the phone immediately remembered me and told me to come right in whenever I was able to.

I walked in and was immediately greeted and within five minutes they called me back to be seen. The PA was incredibly helpful and through in explaining my care and treatment suggestions. I was in and out in less than an hour.
