Inspection Manager Review

Inspection Manager has changed my life dramatically! Previously all of my reports were done manually, entering comments and photos one by one what would take me hours is now done in minutes. I couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service from Inspection Manager. I originally signed up for a free trial but within the first use, I knew I could not work without this product. Inspection Manager is easy to use and easy for landlords to read. It is definitely 5 starts from me.

A great app and web-based software to use. Saving my life with typing. Why write when you can simply take photos. A photo says all. Life is sucks, we needs technology to make it easier. And Inspection Manager just did that for me and us. And I love love love it. Forgetting about the paperwork. Just download it for free today and ask for free trial period.

As a property Manager I find Inspection Manager to be one of the best inspection programs that I have used. Not only is the support exceptional and fast at responding, the program itself is amazing. It links up to REST which ensures you don t make an error when adding the tenant s details etc. You also don t need to add your inspections in as it collects the data from your inspection date in the tenant card of REST. You can customize the report to be presented to the owner in a format of your choice. You can send the report straight from the program and then save this into file-smart easily. The fact that you can have the app on your phone as well as your iPad is great, I much prefer to use the iPhone as appose to the big old iPad we have in the office. The shortcut text that you can add is also great as it makes it easier to type and finalise the report while at the property. Hate coming back to the office and have to do edit s before I can send it off, so this makes it easy to not have to worry about that. It s just all round a great program with not many negatives. We use inspection manager daily and love it! the time it has save for our office is priceless. The amount of feedback we have also received from our owners is great, they thinks it is fantastic to not only get a detailed report but also photos.

Inspection Manager makes completing all reports so much easier when out at properties. The option to pick up the previously saved data is great- no need to worry about having a handful of papers its all already saved on the report, just make updates as you need. It saves so much time and the IT team are great if you ever need help, they're extremely quick at responding. I couldn't imagine not having this program.

Fantastic app. This easily cuts down an hour on my ingoing inspection reports, minimises disputes with tenants upon vacating as you have images attached with comments. Great if you have attention to detail, as you are not limited with space for comments and photos. For routine inspections Landlords are thrilled to receive their routine inspection reports attached with images of how the tenant is keeping the property. As a PM it makes my life so much easier and shaves time off my inspections freeing up my time further. All Agents should be using Inspection Manager.

Inspection Manager is great for providing our clients with the extra details that we weren't able to produce in our previous inspection format. I love the feature of creating comments to each individual photo and giving the owner a clear indication of the way their investment is presenting, any recommended maintenance and even commenting on the blooming of flowers in spring and summer. The time in creating the reports to send to the client has been halved and has created more time in each day!

I love the inspection manager app, it makes my inspections a breeze but my favourite feature would have to be the photos loaded on the same programme which makes it so much easier to add to our database and forward to owners to keep them in touch on the condition of their rental property in progressive format. Oh and it also saves on writers cramp doing it the old fashioned way!!

Inspection manager is a fantastic company which knows what customers want and how to best serve you as a client. I have had the pleasure of working with them on several occasions and always been amazed by their skills and attention to detail.

Inspection manager has definitely made doing routine inspection a lot faster and more efficient. I love the predictive text feature, pulling over of photos and comments to the next inspection and being digital makes things so fast, lets just say I love everything about it. We have used Inspection Manager in both our offices for about 2 years now, and would never change! Condition Reports and Routine Inspection Reports are so much more thorough and allow us to be a huge step ahead of other agents in the area, who still use paper reports with no photos! We can't believe how easy IM is. We use ipads so the print is large enough for us to see exactly what we are doing. It is not unusual for our CRs to be 200 pages long, with in depth descriptions and numerous photos. You just can't beat it!

With great power comes great responsibility, this is where Inspection Manager fits in with our rent roll.

What I love about inspection manager is the simplicity, and easy to use app for completing your inspection reports. If there's any mistakes, you can simply edit the report and amend.
