Lazy and rude. My husband recently called this company and the owner (I'm assuming) was disrespectful and lazy. He didn't want to talk to my husband and you could tell in his voice. After 6 days of waiting, a man finally came to our house. Each day, a different service man cancelled. When someone finally came out, he did not want to actually help our A.C. unit. He told us "what was wrong with it" and charged us. A week later, it was broken again. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
