An exercise test was done in preparation for long climbs in the Dolomites. The heart rate zones provided direction for the training (duration / interval) and for the energy distribution during the climb itself. I feel that the estimated zones are still correct and will continue to use them. Therefore 5/5 stars: a good investment.

Very pleasant experience at Inspanningloont. I did an exercise test on the treadmill here last week. We discussed this extensively with a few tips here and there and then I received an extensive analysis. Very pleasant experience all in all. I would definitely go here again.

Exercise test done on the treadmill to determine my heart rate zones. This gave a much better picture than the test I had done elsewhere on the bike. Have come to new insights. I recommend it and I will definitely come back.

Definitely recommended for intensive athletes. Effort Pays off Thank you! Thanks to Adriaan Doornbos I now have a good picture and expert advice on how to exercise more consciously and where necessary advice on improving my performance. I'm going to work on it and will definitely visit again!

To my satisfaction, I recently did an exercise test (VO2Max test) at InspanningLoont under the guidance of exercise physiologist Angelo Antonietti to determine my aerobic fitness and training zones. Although my feelings about my performance both during and after the test were less positive, the results of the test (NB: very clear and expertly elaborated by Angelo in a report he sent me afterwards) showed that both my VO2max , if my ability around the anaerobic threshold (FTP) as well as my heart rate at the different heart rate thresholds had improved compared to a previous test, which indicates an improved condition! Nice to be able to observe and to know very valuable towards the continuation of my training.

Angelo is knowledgeable, knows how to convey the 'staged' results in a motivated, understandable and expert manner and takes the time for you to answer all your questions.

Exactly what I needed to prepare well for the 45 k...

Exactly what I needed to prepare well for the 45 km Swimrun in May. I have never run longer than 23 km, and this will be 38 km running with 1500 meters. That is why I needed information.
Years ago I did the same test as preparation for the Marmotte. It gave me so much peace and confidence to know what to watch out for during your training, that I got on the bike with more pleasure. Now that is the same again. Thanks.
