Park Hyatt Washington DC Review

Really great hotel. Beautiful room decor. Great location. Large rooms with couch and table and chair. Great bathroom with black tiled dual shower (handheld and rainfall). Would come back.

I had a good relaxing stay at the Hyatt. Good service and nice comfortable beds.

Nice hotel, good staff, but the gym was not open to us during our stay here. It would have been more accommodating if they would have, at the very least, given us a time slot where we could use the gym. Reflects poorly on how they treat members in the military.

Always great service at PH. Super-professional, upscale, try brunch at Blue Duck Tavern, it will not disappoint. Try the Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon, the Burger with the big fries, and the Short-Rib hash. Throw in a Bloody Maria if you like your Bloody Mary spicy! Jeremy did a fantastic job handling our party.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. Not only it s stunning and built so beautifully, the service is astonishing. The front desk were so polite and nice I am blown away. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay

Park Hyatt exceeded my expectations as this is my first time to check in at a 5 star hotel here in the U.S. I ve been in many back in the Philippines and I always wonder how s the service here in the U.S. We stayed there for a night for my 3rd year wedding anniversary and booked only a regular king room with my discount as I am a Hyatt employee at a different Hyatt hotel. First, they upgraded us to a Junior Suite. Second, they gave us a bottle of champagne tho I only requested a champagne flute and wine bucket with ice since we already bought a champagne beforehand plus a tiny box of fancy chocolates. Third, the contacted delivery of toiletries that they will leave outside your door knob which are really good quality because my hair was so soft after taking a shower. It would have been nice if we can dine in their restaurant but it s close until January 15 as Washington, D.C. COVID restrictions. It would have been nice also if the swimming pool is open but it s totally understandable because of the pandemic. I just want to a have full experience but we still enjoyed our stay.

Impeccable service as always. Great, albeit expensive, food. One reason to love the place is that the rooms always have a certain zen quality to them, automatically relax after 10 mins back there

Had a DELICIOUS brunch here with my girl for her bday!! We had the french toast for dessert, every bite was soo good!!

To be honest very very disappointed for a 5 star hotel. We chose this hotel because of Covid thinking it was going to be the safest. Staff seemed overwhelmed. The room was not what we expected at all. The tv was horrible quality and poorly set up. The breakfast at the tavern lack of flavor. Expected much more for a Michelin restaurant. Overall expected much more...

Whoa! So excited to come back! Booked this resort for a wonderful rate at . I love this resort and I'm so happy I stayed at my favorite place for less than what I typically pay.

Extremely friendly staff! Paris checked me in and was super helpful with all things covid. I m bummed the tea cellar wasn t open, but it looked like it would ve been a neat experience. The room was spacious and had a ton of natural light. Hope to be back!
