Renaissance Concourse Hotel Review

Friendly, clean, and reasonably priced. Convenient location with a shuttle every 20 minutes and access to the Sky Train (though it was down). Would definitely stay again.

If you love aviation, this is the place for you! The plane spotting is excellent from the southern facing rooms. The roar of planes jetting off late into the night is music to aviation enthusiast's ears but may not be to those less inclined to the hobby.

BEST BEDS EVER!!!!! We were greeted by two lovely receptionist that helped turn our "Air Travel Misfortunes" into a great night! Our kids were given squishy airplanes once checked in! We requested a crib for our 17month old and it was assembled, clean and nice!!!

Friendly staff. No microwaves. The bar is cool. Definitely wallet friendly and the staff is cool af. The rooms are older but clean. One of the few hotels by the airport with a balcony facing the runway. Spectacular view at night. The rooms are extremely quiet considering how close it is to the airport. Perfect for business, family or a romantic night out.

What a ball I had on top of the roof playing Putt-Putt and dancing too ! The laughter is heard the smiles are seen you can tell it's great family time on the scene! For a date night it is the best you're amongst people but it's romantic well lit and it carries you away on top of the roof! Enjoy yourself!

Nice view when you get the runway balcony. You don't even hear the planes! Just a light whisper. Clean nice common areas and the rooms were equally clean. Cell phone reception wasn't that great in the area and the rooms didn't have usb ports which seemed kinda dated to me. Must have a car or rental ifnu stay in the area but food delivery from grub hub uber eat available there tho. I had a king rm and bed was big and clean. Bathroom was very clean as well

Beautiful building and lobby...bar is literally on the runway good food and friendly staff. Eugene is the man if you need anything checking in...pay this guy more money he's awesome

We chose this hotel for the pools, room service from the said to be awesome bar and grill, and the proximity to the airport.

No pools (website said two pools and we have two kids so... yeah) No room service and no restaurant until 5pm. Grab and go food available, but we already got the same from the gas station. Already paid $200 for the night so now we re here all night, have to go out to find food, no pool like the kids had planned.

Marriott really shouldn t falsely advertise of services they don t provide under the excuse of coronavirus The only reason it got 2 stars is because everyone that works here is so helpful and kind. We ll never make this mistake again. Apparently it s a Marriott decision for there to be no room service or pool and not let guests know before they pay or before they come.

So we won t be staying at Marriotts anymore either.

Overall I enjoyed our stay. We live in Atlanta and went simply because our daughter loves planes so thought it could be something fun and different to do. Waking up to seeing the planes coming and going was cool. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Check in was very easy. Honestly my only negative about our stay was the dining options. There is a hotel restaurant, but with covid there is LIMITED seating and they aren't doing room service. The wait was ridiculous so we ended up just getting McDonald's. But based on the restaurant pricing that was probably in our best interest. Had I been prepared for that we would've just brought our own food from the beginning. All in all though I'd stay again.

I stay here frequently and I always find it to be fantastic. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. The property is well appointed and fresh despite it's age. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar are fairly priced and quality of food is great. Situated directly on Atlanta International Airport's runway 26R, splurge for a runway view room! Private balcony provides stunning views of the world's busiest airport.
