Full disclosure: I'm an employee. You will never find another service provider willing to go as far as InfoStructure to solve whatever problem you may have. Although, officially, our policy is to direct you to the right people... If we have time and the knowledge we'll help you configure your router, provide guidance on web design, teach you how to use a phone system we didn't sell, pretty much anything technical. Once we even looked up bus schedules for a person walking that had misdialed us. We love our jobs and love helping people.

Due to the trigger finger of an employee who shall remain nameless (me), we lost all internet at our office at 10 minutes to 5 on a very busy weekday. The technical support rep was very helpful in helping identify the problem and even had a system admin come out on his way home from work to stay and help us get back online. We are incredibly impressed and grateful for their excellent customer service and feel 100% supported by them! Can't recommend them enough!

We recently had Infostructure install a VOIP system to replace our aging phone setup. Unfortunately, due to availability of service, the only carrier available for our building was Century Link DSL. Last week their internet service went down and, with their usual degree of customer service they said it would be over a week before they could service our account. That has potential devastating consequences for us as we are heavily dependent on phone and internet access to conduct all aspects of our optometric practice.

Infostructure really stepped up to the plate, promptly forwarding all our calls to a staff members cell phone for patient access and providing us with a "hot spot" internet connection so that we could operate normally. Without their customer service we would have had a really bad week. I highly recommend them when your looking for internet providers - they are the consummate professionals.

They picked up the equipment a couple days after I cancelled and for the next month still billed us out of the contract period. I called them and asked them how they can bill us for a whole other month when they had the equipment the month before when I cancelled. They couldn't give me an answer and told me it was policy that once they bill us we have to pay the bill. They never did any proactive calling for business to check up on us or let us know they are down. I would honestly encourage anyone looking for genuine quality service to work with the larger service providers and save your money. We use Hunter Communications for VOIP and internet with our backup through Spectrum. I get a call from the VOIP Engineer with Hunter within the hour when service drops to check up on us and the rates are the best in Oregon so I would encourage you to go with them first. I am a Network Administrator for several stores so keeping them up and running is my highest priority and with the service providers I have now I can say that after trying all the local providers Hunter Communications is the best.

I am the lead technician at Dr Networking and I spoke with Cody in support on October 8th at 9:07 am. Our customer's router was setup with PPPOE settings, I assumed that these were wrong but wanted to verify it was supposed to be automatic before deleting her settings. I called Infostructure and I asked if her router was supposed to be set as automatic or PPPOE, expecting a 1 minute phone call. But instead of telling me it should be automatic he told me that he couldn't give the PPPOE settings for "security reasons" even though the customer was with me. After attempting to clarify my question again Cody became hostile and was incredibly rude. I asked him why he was being so hostile to me and he told me that he's already told me 3 times to restart or reset my router and if that didn't fix it it's not their equipment. This did not answer my question, as I was asking for settings. After just trying automatic, it fixed the issue. Again, this should have been a less than 5 minute call but instead it escalated completely unnecessarily. The reason I recommended Infostructure in the past is because their customer service was the best. If this is the customer support I can expect from now on my company will no longer be recommending Infostructure's services.

They sell speeds they do not provide. They sold me a package of certain download and upload speeds and bandwidth. Only to find out they limit the speed structurally UNDER what they promise, will not provide what they promise when you purchase the package and they know it. This is no better than a simple crook picking people's pockets in broad daylight.

I have a VOIP system through them for my business phone. It works great, I never have any issues and it's super customizable for call flow and ques. As an IT provider in the area I would say they have the best system for hosted PBX VOIP for the valley.
