I've had a mixed experience with InformedDNA. While their website is informative and user-friendly, their customer service could use some improvement. The representatives I spoke with were not always knowledgeable and seemed uninterested in helping me. However, their genetic testing services are top-notch and provide valuable insights. Overall, I would rate InformedDNA as average.
