Terrible. High failure rate on email addresses. Generic contact numbers. Money back guarentee is worthless. The only good thing was cancelling. The customer rep did not try to argue. Thanks for that.

The data quality is high when compared to InfoUSA, Hoovers or other list brokers, and you can search for the contacts you want and only pay for the ones you will use. I have been a member for a few years. I use their lists primarily for telemarketing and I get excellent results. I have also used their lists for e-mails, and they are on par with any other list broker in that regard. Basically, you get good lists with a lot of demographic information you can sort by for businesses for a good price. Recommended. For those who say their lists are bogus, I would say that any list broker you go to will have a decent amount of outdated or bad leads. It's the nature of the business when you have 16 million records in a database. But from my experience, and I have extensive experience in this, they are actually slightly better than anyone else I tried in a similar price range.

It's a good resource. It's not inexpensive and some of the data is significantly out of date but still useful. We've had a subscription for about 4 years so that says something about the usefulness of the service.

Infofree has helped propel our daily operation by over 50%. By being able to access our own prospects, sky's the limit. All we have to do now is think.

If I could put 0 starts I would. Don't bother wasting your time and money with this spammy service. E-mail lists are bogus and they trick you into the 30-day risk free trial. Worst customer service ever.

This means getting the right person on the call the first time you dial, is a given. The sorting capability is fast and intuitive with many ways to sort the data. The customer service from our Account Executive, Brandon, is the best, all the time. I would recommend Infofree over all the others anytime.
