Terrible. High failure rate on email addresses. Generic contact numbers. Money back guarentee is worthless. The only good thing was cancelling. The customer rep did not try to argue. Thanks for that.

I am very happy with the experiences with Infofree. We are getting quality data at a reasonable price. The customer service has been great. I had a few issues and they responded immediately to fix my errors, lol. There are many other companies in this area, I think Infofree is the best. Contact Josh ASAP! He was so helpful explaining everything.

If you are looking for targeted sales leads, the Infofree platform is tough to beat. The data quality is high when compared to InfoUSA, Hoovers or other list brokers, and you can search for the contacts you want and only pay for the ones you will use. I use it for my own business and for my clients...and the new leads quickly pay for themselves. I recommend Infofree without reservation.

I have been a member for a few years. I use their lists primarily for telemarketing and I get excellent results. I have also used their lists for e-mails, and they are on par with any other list broker in that regard. Basically, you get good lists with a lot of demographic information you can sort by for businesses for a good price. Recommended.

For those who say their lists are bogus, I would say that any list broker you go to will have a decent amount of outdated or bad leads. It's the nature of the business when you have 16 million records in a database. But from my experience, and I have extensive experience in this, they are actually slightly better than anyone else I tried in a similar price range.

It's a good resource. It's not inexpensive and some of the data is significantly out of date but still useful. We've had a subscription for about 4 years so that says something about the usefulness of the service.

If I could put 0 starts I would. Don't bother wasting your time and money with this spammy service. E-mail lists are bogus and they trick you into the 30-day risk free trial. Worst customer service ever.

Have been using the Infofree contact-base for roughly a year.
It has been invaluable, in terms of, giving us access to new target accounts and Executive contacts - that are critical to our firm's success.
To back-up the quality and integrity of Infofree's contact-base - we have worked issues with their Consultants and Customer Support Reps - not only resulting in quick solutions - experiencing prompt, efficient and professional courtesy not see with other sources. A big thumbs up for this group.

IntroMet has been a customer for over 2 years. The accuracy is right on point as they say it is. This list company is no joke! This means getting the right person on the call the first time you dial, is a given. The sorting capability is fast and intuitive with many ways to sort the data. The customer service from our Account Executive, Brandon, is the best, all the time. I would recommend Infofree over all the others anytime.
