I have been in business in Boulder for 15 years. Twelve of those were leasing from Tebo Properties. Of all the commercial realtors, Tebo is by far the most honest and fair. Tebo is a man of his word and has done a lot for the Boulder community. I would not hesitate to do business with this company in the future. They are the best!

Not a positive experience, especially with Brad Tebo & the grandson Skylar. It's a shame b/c Stephen always seemed like a decent guy but it appears those traits were not passed on in my opinion. To help put this review into context I understood my lease and received my security deposit back in full upon move out. I find it "interesting" that Tebo Properties has such positive online reviews - certainly an anomaly in the world of property management.

Tebo Properties staff was always very helpful! They always take time out of their day to help you out. Mr. Tebo was especially great to work with. He always has your best interest in mind. 10/10 recommend!

The company I was employed with rented a warehouse from Tebo Development. They have since moved back to Florida. The management at Tebo were responsive and the staff was knowledgeable. Should we open another production operation in the Denver metro area in the future, we would inquire as to their building availability.

Tebo shows zero respect for the community, treats Chapman Drive like a dumping ground for old leaky vehicles + multiple code violations. Such a shame to have such a blatant disregard for nature and open space.

Tebo was recently cited by Boulder County for illegally renting units that were not supposed to be inhabited. If you can rent from another landlord I would highly suggest going that route. Also, avoid contact with any Tebo not named Stephen. There is a son named Brad who has little to no knowledge of state or federal rental laws yet still works in real estate and the grandchildren all appear to struggle with substance abuse and appear high & belligerent when they show up at the various rental properties.
