The whole process, from installation to implementation was very smooth. After setting up the account, they even arrange for an implementer to follow us through to ensure that our set up is correct. Our implementer is Ms Sathtiavathy. She is very polite and patient in her explanation when walking me through. In fact all the support staff are very friendly, helpful and patience. Overall, the system is very user friendly and easy to learn.

We have been using Info Tech apps for almost 2 months. In between we faced some technical issues due to unfamiliar with the program. But Info Tech specialist Mr. Maverick Lim did his job very well, he usually get in touch like a minute! He is very patient, helpful and polite man, we feel comfortable with him. I attended the Training sessions on 3 May 2021 and today 5 May 2021. Trainers were very well-equipped and the presentations were clear and precise. Q&A sessions were attended to promptly and clearly too. Prior to the sessions, the training registration process is also very user-friendly and convenient. I have been InfoTech user for 2 years as a Super Admin, I am very satisfied with the application. They have superb support system too.
