The whole process, from installation to implementation was very smooth. After setting up the account, they even arrange for an implementer to follow us through to ensure that our set up is correct. Our implementer is Ms Sathtiavathy. She is very polite and patient in her explanation when walking me through. In fact all the support staff are very friendly, helpful and patience. Overall, the system is very user friendly and easy to learn.

Q&A sessions were attended to promptly and clearly too. Prior to the sessions, the training registration process is also very user-friendly and convenient.
