Worst place to work at. Literally no structure as far as management is concerned, the big boss doesn t even care to know any of his employees. Seniors reps get treated the worst & above all else, the agitated customers & constant verbal abuse that comes with this job is mind numbing, literally morale breaking.
There are lots of OT opportunities if you can survive the stress. Other then that this is literally one of the worst places to work at.
Strongly do not recommend it
For a place that's hiring for customer service they sure do have a lack of experience in it themselves it's raining pretty hard so we had a flood in which no buses or cars were able to go down the street I called to let them know I might have to reschedule this morning and talk to one person that probably has the only spec of customer service skills out of the receptionist and then i called back to confirm I was gonna have to reschedule since no progress with the flood has been.made she went on to say she doesn't have me on the schedule understandable everyone makes mistakes rather then say would u like for me to schedule an interview for you since it was a mistake on our part I was told (" we can't reschedule cause I don't have you on my schedule and we won't be taking this interview cause I don't have you on my schedule") just rude and unperfessional it's your mistake own up to it why would anyone call to reschedule a interview they never had like really I wish I could give 0 or even negative stars
Worst experience ever the supervisor and manager confuse you with the wrong things to say to the customers and when it doesn t work out they get upset at you for you doing what you were told to do. If you re not the supervisor favorite they don t care to help you with working or minor issues on the phone with customers. I worked here for 6 months once covid hit we were sent to work from home at the time I didn t have WiFi so I informed the manager she said no problem she will just have me work in the office when we re allowed back and for the time being I can just enjoy maternity leave from early. After birth I was ready to work and everyone was back in the office I asked the manager when I can start back she told me she never agreed with this and I no longer work with the company. Which wasn t true she told me something completely different I continued calling and left messages for weeks just requesting for the manger to get back me she never answered! It was very heartbreaking having a new born no job and living in a pandemic left with false lies from a professional company
Worst job experience ever. I refuse to work in a call center again after this disaster. They harass customers and don't train the staff properly enough about how to handle it. Agents are only promoted to supervisor if they're close friends with management (who is also grossly incompetent). The automatic dialer system is obnoxious. It does not update when you click to put a customer on the do not call list, and it calls people even after they've finished making a payment / don't need to make one. Very annoying!
The worst experience ever. Management is a joke. I wish I would have listen to the reviews and not waste my time.
I m my experience and opinion, Ain't nothing changed no matter WHEN you happen to read this. They need good, NEW professional management and a new way of structuring the script to put an END to their High turnaround. PLEASE SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND GAS...DEADASS!!! 2/2018!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was offered this job, but was very hesitant about applying due to the poor reviews.
The training covers the basics.
There a few things not covered in training, however the supervisers do a great job answering your questions.
It would probably be hard to get so many very specific topics covered, and what
they provide gave me a great start.
Fran is a fantastic trainer, very nice and supportive in the training process, she made me feel more comfortable being there, and more comfortable about asking questions when unsure.
The pay is good, the OT is where the real money is made, along with the payment incentives, considering the call quantity, it totally makes sense that they need people there. Plenty of OT available.
The building is nice, its conveniently located, has plenty of amenities and is kept very clean.
The janitors there do a great job and they keep sanitizer around the office. Convenient employee keys are given as well.
Free Donuts or Begals on Fridays!
The manager, Cierra, has been very nice to me, she is great at her job and handles things very professionally.
If you're willing to show up on time, handle things the best you can and ask for help when you need it, you'll do fine here.
Coworkers have been very friendly and professional.
They also offer insurance and there was a sign on bonus when I applied.
Im still very new, have no prior experience in customer service or payments, and I have still adapted very well despite only having construction experience to my name.
They have company provided laptops in the event of working from home, a decision made by the Chief Executive, Evan Reiter. Evan has made many impressive strategical decisions and continues to improve the company.
Youre going to deal with a lot of upset people, but plenty of very kind people as well. Stick to the script and the day will be over before you know it

I received a LifeLock alert that my credit report was being messed with. I called RUI and got a full voice mailbox! I never received a letter, or anything from them. I finally was able to reach them 2 weeks later. They claim they did call, but I have no record of their call in my phone, nor was any message left. This is an disreputable company.
