Not a customer, but I interviewed for a job. Their employees were incredibly friendly, whether they knew I was a candidate or not. Regardless if I was hired or not, their warm & welcoming environment, tidy office, and attentive staff left a positive impression.

CCC handles all my tech problems and does a great job maintaining our network. They host our phones as well with a VOIP solution that saves us a ton of $$. They'll drag you kicking and screaming into the modern era with good solutions to all your tech needs. Nice people, good company, always good to deal with and always effective at what I need them for. I reccommend them highly!

CCC has been a trusted partner for years with Gonnella. They take the time to understand our business to make the products perform optimally for our environment. Their support is responsive and takes ownership of the issue until it is resolved. I think we all take business communications for granted some of the time, until your phone doesn't ring. While working with CCC, our phones always ring.
Even though we do not have a full contract with CCC, they always try to get us a person to help as soon as possible. Every one is very helpful there and has the time to show me what is happening.
Normally i never do online reviews...as a point of fact. However I do make exceptions and this is one those rare cases. For almost 10 years I have worked with CCC Technologies too help me bring enterprise class security solutions to my what was former consulting business ...I'm in charge of an IT Department and I still use CCC. Like most business relationship's there was some turbulence but those issues worked itself out and are to be expected. Nothing is perfect....I can honestly say that CCC has extensive book of Chicagoland clients and afar...in all sectors. You don't get that big with out knowing what your doing...I look forward to the future with CCC. "G"
