We were visiting with my sister in-law and we did a few sample tasting with the wines and our server was fantastic! Had a few drinks as well and took home Adalina's Joy--which is a white port dessert wine. My husband who doesn't even like alcohol found a few wines that he liked. It is fantastic and we all highly recommend this place.

Matthew Rick (owner) and Infinity is a terrific addition to the Eau Claire and surrounding area. Talk about a stand up guy, this man is the definition. I recommend his product and professional astomiphere to anyone looking for something tasteful but different.

We were in town for a weekend getaway. Great staff! I was happy there was a winery we could find that stayed open in the winter. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I really enjoyed the tour; John did a great job. John was wonderful as well at answering all my groups' questions both during and after the tour, and he explained each wine and spirit we got to sample after the tour very well. I thought it was wonderful that near the end of the tour he let me and our group members dip a wine bottle into the wax and put the wax on the bottle ourselves. That made for a unique and wonderful experience.

So glad we decided to visit this place. The bartender was extremely friendly and helpful in what to order. Everything we tried was beyond amazing. The wine was fantastic. I recommend the summer heat drink and the bloody Mary with chili pepper vodka. Some of the best drinks I have ever had! Will definetly be back and tell my friends about this place.

We were in town one night. We stopped at Infinity, and we were fortunate to get John as our host. He was amazing. He explained how each wine/spirit was made, and indeed the special touches that make it unique. We liked everything we tasted. The wines and spirits are non traditional. The wine master/brewer is a true artist! All of the little extras he does make these beverages unique. Our favorites included the whiskey barrel syrah....dry, smoky, smooth red wine. We were then able to order dinner from a local puzza place, and have it delivered. This allowed us to relax, sip some wine and enjoy unwinding while listening to a local live band. If you are in the area, and you like good wines and spirits, you'll love Infinity.

I really enjoy this place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Melissa, our hostess, was fun and always there when we needed her. Beverages are unique, strong but very well blended, and fairly priced. We tried just about everything we could in the menu, and still managed to stumble our way out with eloquence. Well worth the hangover!

Infinity offers a warm, welcoming, contemporary social space to share local wine and liquor. The drinks are a bargain and waitress, Mariah is almost telepathic. The service in general is excellent! If you haven't made it there yet, you need to!

My husband and I stopped in and did all of the tastings they offer. I love wine and neither of us are super big into spirits but we were able to find some of each that we enjoyed! John was super helpful and explained everything really well. He was very friendly and personable. We don t go to Eau Claire often, as we live in the Stevens Point area. We definitely would stop in whenever we visit our family and friends. Thanks so much John for giving us a great experience! If i could give 10 stars I would!

$5 wine tasting, had a total of 10 different wines. Highly recommended. Try the Summer Heat cocktail, heaven in a cocktail.

A Place you MOST stop at!! The place is very nice!! The servers are AWESOME if you show up and Melissa is working shes a Hoot and half she knows the ins and outs about every wine or sprit that infinity makes you can ask her anything and she will take the time to tell you and if you ask her really nicely she will even share ideas of things to make with their wines. I did steak in the Panache and OMG it was amazing!! If in Eau Claire this needs to be on top of your list to stop at!!

One of my favorite places to go! It's a great environment with amazing wines and depending on the night, they have good deals. I bought my mom a bottle of their wine and she said it's her new favorite so of course I'll be going back for more!

This is a great spot for relaxing w/ family or friends! Staff are all super friendly & cocktails are such interesting combos. My fave is the Pumpkin Stout. Fireplace & live music add to the ambiance. You gotta try this place!

Melissa is by far the best representative of what "great" customer service should be!! Her knowledge of the wines and the winery business far surpasses any other winery I've been to. Infinity has the best quality of wines of any other winery I've been to! I love It and will definitely be back.

The staff here is super friendly and you can tell that they are very passionate about their jobs. I did a sampling here with a group, and almost every wine that I tasted was good even if it wasn't something that I generally would like. Also, the spirits are super interesting and flavorful. I found myself taking a shot of the summer heat and I fell in love with it immediately, and the espresso vodka is phenomenal with white russians.

Love the pink flamingo. I know it sounds weird but good.

First of all, the staff was not even properly trained to open a bottle of wine, pushing the corkscrew right through the wax seal, as opposed to cutting the seal off. Also yanking the cork out of the bottle, causing a pop, and bruising the wine. Second of all, my wife and I both got the $5 wine sampler, and felt we overpaid. The best wine we tasted was "meh" at best, and all of the wines tasted artificially sweet. We will not be going back.

All of the fine beverages they serve are made in house. Wines, whiskeys an vodkas all are of good to excellent quality. Tasting flights are available or buy by the glass oe bottle. Service is also excellent. Live music Friday nights.

Never had a bad experience here. They have a large bar, tables downstairs and upstairs, plus a small outdoor space. They have a good size menu that changes with the seasons. 7.99 gets you tastes of the main wines or thier spirits. I give it 4 stars due to its location. It's location leaves a bit to be desired. It is off location in the middle of the city. They stay open year round and live music Friday nights! Big plus.

We had a wonderful experience here. First timers and it was amazing the staff rocked and was super fun! Jeanine was the best!

My husband and I really enjoyed Infinity Beverages. We sampled the menu for $5 and it was well worth it. Next time we have a babysitter, we'll be back! Also the woman serving us seemed very informed and had a good attitude.

This is hands down the best distillery we've found in our travels. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The back story is great and we've yet to try a creation of theirs we don't enjoy. Highly recommended. Make sure you try a tasting. $7 and well worth it!

Great variety of wine and spirits, they have some unique options like the beerskey and vanilla espresso vodka that allows them to make some really great cocktails. During the summer they sometimes have food trucks pulled up to the outdoor area which is always a nice experience.

Amazing and very innovative wines and spirits. The vanilla espresso vodka is fantastic! I also highly recommend the Adalina's Pride and Adalina's Joy if you are a fan of ports.

Infinity is a great place if you are looking for something a little different and not just your typical bar. Their wine is out of this world and they also have some excellent spirits. They have the coolest lounge with an outdoor patio in the summer that allows you to sit back and relax. On top of all this, their staff is top notch and makes sure they put the customer first. Highly recommend!
