First of all, the staff was not even properly trained to open a bottle of wine, pushing the corkscrew right through the wax seal, as opposed to cutting the seal off. Also yanking the cork out of the bottle, causing a pop, and bruising the wine.

Second of all, my wife and I both got the $5 wine sampler, and felt we overpaid. The best wine we tasted was "meh" at best, and all of the wines tasted artificially sweet. We will not be going back.
