They Pretend to get work done. They ought to be ashamed tricking people that could really use the help.

If your looking for services cordinator I recommend brenna very professional and understand. Angie is good as well had issue with not picking up my phone calls . Who I dont recommend is beth she comes people houses and disrespect the parents. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion

Everyone who works at S.A.M truly cares about their consumers. There are alot of moving pieces involved in mental health. Thankful for all the caseworkers and their help in the berks community.

I don't know where my life would of been like without their help. All the caseworkers I had there were good. The one I have now is really great! !! I've had an extremely positive life changing experience with them and still do.

sam is a joke do not i mean do not go with this company they came to my house and the acting supervisor started yelling at me basiclly treating me and my wife like we were one of there kids im 37 yrs old im not a child anymore save tht for ur kids telling us that we cant do this and that and telling us were not aloud to post comments and leave reviews on this. there not helpful at all either i told them that my daughter was very sick but it looked like that didnt phase them at all they switched the subject completely worst place to go there are many other agencies out there that are 100% better in doin there jobs then this.

Went in there. Was told to breathe and put some lip gloss on. Was told to come back for a treatment plan but she just chalked everything up to boy problems that I don t even have any more . She basically planned everything out without even hearing me she just talked AT me about her own experience. I didn t even get to finish everything I had to say. The most support she offered was a hug. I pretended to be helped and told her what she wanted to hear. I left the office in tears. Feeling unheard and even more hopeless than before. Don t waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Maybe she was trying but some of us need REAL HELP . Not a pep talk.
