High fee's, liars and cheats. Don't bother with them

Literally the worst people I have ever encountered in my life. Staff were horrendous and smarmy. Also be careful as they will scam you into paying for things you don't actually need.

As far as letting agencies go, they're not terrible. They were fairly understanding during Covid.

I had problems getting my full deposit back, but nothing compared to every other Letting agencies I've been with that try and extend it as much as they can in the hope that you can't afford to appeal.

I would avoid renting a property represented by Infiniti Properties if possible in the future. In my experience of renting a property with them for two years their staff are unhelpful at every turn, rude on the phone and when it came to moving out, they were extremely obstructive in returning the deposit and were firmly looking out for the land lord only. Very unprofessional all around and poor customer service.

Infiniti are not a terrible agency, but neither are they a very good one. The positives involved dealing with emergencies. The lady who can be contacted 24 hours was always helpful and engineers were sent quickly when the boiler failed during winter.

Sadly there were also quite a few negatives.

I received the keys on my move-in date literally minutes after the flat had been checked at the end of the previous tenancy. This meant of course that nothing needing attention could have been sorted out. In fact the flat was not properly clean and the carpets were filthy. Infiniti did send a cleaner after giving me the keys and did agree to professional cleaning of the carpets but that meant waiting two weeks to properly unpack my belongings.

During the tenancy it was clear that Infiniti would respond quickly to emergencies but very slowly or not at all to anything else. A request to put a screw in a wall took one year (yes, one year), to achieve a response. When the entry buzzer stopped working it took months, and several emails, before anything was done. This meant having to leave my phone number on the front door with a request for delivery companies/contractors to call me.

The reason for the two-star review is because of how my tenancy ended. Infiniti insist on making checks after the tenant has left, making it necessary to go round taking photos of everything in case of disputes. Before I left I hired professional cleaners and made sure the flat was in a better state of cleanliness than it had been in when I arrived.

Having returned the keys, nobody contacted me to tell me checks had been made. I sent three emails asking for information, one of which was ignored and two of which were replied to with, I have passed this onto my colleague . Having seen their office, I am quite sure the colleague was metres away.

I was told I could apply to Safe Deposits Scotland for return of the deposit and did so. Clearly the flat was found to be satisfactory because Infiniti did not log a dispute, but I was made to wait until the response period expired meaning I did not receive my deposit for two months after having left.

It would have taken minutes to reply properly to one of my emails, or login and return my deposit but clearly nobody could be bothered to do so. If this is how reliable tenants are treated then I am very glad I didn t have to enter into a dispute.

Overall Infiniti are not terrible. But if you are an honest and reliable tenant who wishes to feel valued and respected, I would try to rent through another agency. Better ones exist.

Extremely unprofessional. Wasted my time. Escalated to a manager, Angie, who said she would reply in 24 hours. Never heard from her. Followed up, still nothing. This agency advises to apply to note your interest, even when you still have questions about the property (no viewings due to Covid-19 and no video tour prepared) and instantly your employer and landlord receive reference requests and then you're apparently locked into to this particular listing. Shambolic. Worst I've ever dealt with.

My girlfriend and I recently moved out of a property which was let by Infiniti Properties, and our tenancy was 8 months long.

Overall I cannot fault the letting agency. We moved in and checked through the inventory which was done by a third party company. When we were living there and encounteed a few issues like a leak in the roof and the washing machine breaking Anne took action to remedy the situations really quickly. When we moved out we got the deposit returned in a timely manner albeit with a small deduction for two light bulbs which were out that we had forgotten to replace.

I won't lie, after reading previous reviews of this letting company I was incredibly skeptical about whether we would actually get our deposit back. However, credit where it is due we encountered next to no problems with the agent. I personally would recommend chatting to Anne if you are a tenant in situ, or if you have recently moved and are wanting your deposit back. We have found her to be a most reasonable person, she is always polite and she genuinely tries/ does her best.

I completely understand others may have had different experiences to ours with this agent. But based on our experience I have no hesitation recommending Infiniti Properties. Just incase people say this was a paid review, I would like to reiterate that we genuinely rented a flat in Scotstoun from this agent.

Not surprised to read the negative reviews online after a terrible experience with them this afternoon. I simply called to enquire about a flat and was snapped at throughout an entire conversation with Danielle the letting assistant. She told me (the customer) what I was asking was listed online. It obviously wasn't. She was rude, obnoxious and uninterested. Do not bother with this letting agent, they clearly don't care about their tenants or landlords.

As of January 2018 I no longer rent a property through this agency. I have previously wrote a review in 2016 about this letting agency. I did have a few problems with them at the start but - their former worker Iain - whom was the only one More

Awful experience with this cowboy company from start to finish. Horrible and unhelpful staff, and I think the owners of the company are looking to make a quick buck from any angle - for instance an absolutely ridiculous charge for a reference when you get a new property. I would avoid this mob like the plague. At the very least I would take into consideration all of the negative reviews you find about them. We experienced pretty much all of them. Terrible outfit.
