Thank you Martin and Infero team! Thoroughly enjoyed my VBA online course. Martin is very patient! Look forward to my certificate in the post.
I was asked to arrange onsite PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training for my company. I could not be happier with this company. With our office being in central London, we are not short of options when it comes to this sort of thing but I was immediately impressed with how helpful the staff were. The quote was clear (no hidden fees unlike some companies I received quotes from) and the gentleman who I booked with was not pushy and made the process simple. The trainer Sue was very knowledgeable and made the week far more pleasant than it would have been (it's a very difficult course)! We have now booked excel courses for our office team as well. Only tiny criticism is that the results took a quite a long time to arrive but my understanding is that this is due to the exam body and not Infero themselves.
Recently attended the VBA for excel course in Leeds. Martin the trainer who took the course was full of knowledge and provided an easy to understand training that will come in useful for future excel reports I create.
Excellent quality training. I would highly recommend.
Good course and good trainer. Lots to take in over one day however but the trainer was flexible and worked at my pace. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.
Just completed the Excel Intermediate course with Martin. Impressed as I wasn t sure how good it would be online. Recommended !
As a sole trading plumber, I wanted to improve my Microsoft Access skills in order to build a database of my customers. Martin the trainer was absolutely brilliant and a credit to the company! I am now taking the Excel courses with them. Training venue is central and office staff were brilliant to deal with. Much recommended.
Highly Recommended! I completed the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Course and found Infero Training to be thoroughly professional from the initial booking through to the course completion and exam. They are nothing like the negative review I read, posted 2 years ago. Infero runs these courses in a small and friendly environment that is perfect for anyone wishing to be successful in the final exams. On my course, Suada took us through the whole syllabus in a clear and concise way that gave me the right platform to succeed in the exams. Not only did I pass both exams, it gave me the exact qualification needed to secure a new job. If you are wanting a great learning environment with supportive staff, look no further than Infero. I can't thank Suada enough for her support through the Course and assisting me with my career change.
I attended PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner with Suzi in February. I m really happy with the service I received from start to finish and the course I took was really well presented. I asked to reschedule my date due to child care issues and they were very understanding and accommodating.
Booked "Live Virtual" training with Infero. Had originally planned to learn VBA in a classroom but due to the Covid-19 pandemic this wasn't viable. I booked with Adam who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was surprised at the quality of the training given that it was internet based and Martin (the trainer) made the 3 days very enjoyable. I was most impressed by his ability to answer my constant barrage of questions! I learned so much and my Excel level is now much higher than it was before the course.
I am very happy with the service I received from Infero Training. Martin is an excellent trainer and everyone I spoke with couldn t have been more helpful. My only other feedback would be that the excel VBA course is advertised as being suitable for intermediate users (Which I thought I was) but definitely do the assessment that you ll be offered as had I not have brushed up on a few bits, I d have struggled! I ll be back to do the Excel advanced course once I ve practiced what I ve learned a bit more!
I received wonderful service from the enquiry stage all the way though to having the training delivered. My trainer, Martin, was brilliant - he really helped me grasp the concepts and was so patient and friendly. I really enjoyed my time with him and the supporting team at the office are very polite and helpful. A lovely experience all round.
The trainer Martin was extremely helpful and easy to understand. I found the training very useful and in a central location.
I attended the level 3b training course offered by Infero Training and, like with many similar courses I have attended, was initially worried that it would be too much information to take in at once. However, the manuals and exercises provided along with the guidance and experience of our trainer Martin made the course interactive, concise and, dare i say it, enjoyable. I would highly recommend.
My company asked me to find a VBA course that could be taken online due to the current lockdown. I found Infero and gave them a call. Adam who I spoke with with was very helpful and wanted to make sure the course was right for me (not like the other companies I called who were extremely pushy despite being over double in price). The online course worked better then I d thought it would. Martin is a very good trainer who knows his stuff. I d recommend Infero Training if you want to learn VBA but don t want to spend 2 grand!
I attended the Level 2 Excel training yesterday with Infero Training and have no booked level 3! A great day with a great trainer, Martin. He was thorough and made the topic understandable and relevant - thanks!
AVOID After booking several courses for our employees we sadly received no login information or materials from this supplier. Even at the data of the course commencement no login information had been received to allow our staff to complete courses we have paid for. We are now having to take legal action to recover our costs and have received no response from Inferno Training. We have been back and forth for weeks trying to reach an amicable solution however we are still currently owed a substantial amount of money back and no response received to all of our last communications. We have since been forced to use another provider causing huge disruption to our staff leave being booked as well as a very large financial loss. Avoid at all costs and use a more reputable provider
Infero Training asked if I minded posting a review so....here it is! I booked the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course for Birmingham prior to lockdown (originally booked for March) . This was on the recommendation of a former colleague who'd had a good experience with Infero previously. I have managed projects over the course of a 30 + year career but have never been officially "certified". I thought this might be a good step in that direction! The booking process was simple. I spoke to two or three members of the office team by phone (apologies as I can't recall their names) and all were very helpful. As lockdown made it apparent that the course wouldn't go ahead, I asked to re-schedule which they were very understanding about. I was given the option to either get the course refunded or to take it virtually online. I decided to take the course virtually online. The course was very difficult but it was made much easier by the trainer who was patient and able to answer all questions. PRINCE2 is not for the faint of heart but the course benefited from Suzi's enthusiasm and humour. I was of course delighted (and a bit relieved) to pass both exams first time. Annoyingly, I;d never realised that my webcam and computer microphone weren't the best (I'd never Skype someone until 12 weeks ago! I blame my age!) so I largely asked questions via the chat function. If I had a tiny criticism it would be that the office team seemed stretched due to staff absence (possibly due to furlough though I didn't ask) once we were in lockdown. It sometimes took a day or so to get a response by e-mail but I've dealt with companies before where it's taken much longer so not a big deal. Thank you to Julie (I'm sorry if I got that wrong) who went out of her way to call me well after 5 one evening. To conclude, Infero is clearly not a giant operation and at times, I could tell they were under a bit of a pressure BUT, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. The course itself couldn't have gone better under the circumstances and I would absolutely use them again for future training! (though I might invest in a better webcam and mic first...sorry!) Thanks, Bill
I attended the Prince 2 Foundation Course for two and a half days where Su was the instructor. She made the course easy to digest and made it very interactive. It wasn't a course where the information is just given to you and you are expected to remember it all. You undertake practice questions throughout the course so that you are familiar with the exam style questions by the time you undertake the exam on the third day. Su was very good at explaining things and was very patient and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend booking a course through Inferno again in the future :) Anisha Patel
I did the Excel Course for Beginners, in November, it was very interactive, the instructor was very helpful and easy to talk to if there was an issue, he did not rush, I can't wait to do the next course as I have really benefited from the first one. Thanks again! - E.
Took their "Live Virtual PRINCE2 course". Very impressed! Would have rather taken the course in a classroom setting but under the circumstances (lockdown!) this was my only option. Had a much nicer experience on the phone with them to book the course than other companies who constantly harassed me after enquiring! Suzi is a wonderful trainer who has a great mix of training ability and humor which is much needed on this course! Found the course itself quite challenging but I assume this is the same wherever you go! Would use again (though I'm not in a rush to re-take PRINCE2!). Maybe I'll take something a bit lighter first!
Martin is a magnificent trainer! I attended the Live Virtual VBA training course and it was fantastic! I am a competent Excel user but needed significant help with Macros and automating work sheets. The course was difficult in parts but made easier as Martin was a real help. I will come back to do the Excel Advanced course once I've practiced using this!
The training provided on Microsoft Project was very good as was the trainer Martin.
Our company have used infero training a number of times now. Our trainer Colin was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, flexible in his approach, and when it came to explaining complex problems and how to resolve them using excel, he adapted his teaching to the individual on the course. Customer service was good, and generally got quick replies via email making booking very easy. We are very happy with the service this company has provided. We would recommend to businesses who want to gain a basic to an advanced knowledge of excel.
Full disclosure- I was asked if I minded leaving a quick review by the team at Infero. I haven t left a review before so I hope this is ok. For some background, I decided to upskill my office team. This was predominantly in Excel as this is our bread and butter but we also did a course in Word and one on Outlook. The team are a mix of accountants, project managers, HR staff and admin. I spoke with Adam who outlined all of our options. I have to say, compared with other quotes I received, this was by far the most detailed and clear. It wasn t the cheapest I was sent (it was the 2nd though!) but Adam agreed to price match the lower quote. Some of the quotes I was given were frankly bonkers! A grand and a half for an online day training session! Booking with Infero was pain free. There was always someone on hand to answer questions. The training itself was online via video chat due to covid-19 lockdown. They have got this set up really well and it worked better than other training we have used in this format. The chap who delivered the training Martin is incredible. His patience with the team was something else. I really feel the courses, particularly Excel were beneficial. Overall, our experience was brilliant. In the interests of being objective I will say that we didn t complete a couple of the courses because we hadn t managed to cover everything. This is no fault of Martin at all I just wonder if the course outlines are a bit ambitious for a day course! Very willing to accept my team are maybe just a bit slow! I will happily book with Infero again and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality training without the absurd price tag some companies ask.
My trainer Martin asked if I d mind leaving a review so I hope this ok! I scheduled a Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word beginners course for me and 4 of my team members. Due to lockdown it was a necessity that this be taken online. This wouldn t have been my preference but there was no option. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the course works in this format. Martin is a seasoned pro and was able to answer questions. I would use Infero again.
Was asked if I d write a quick review on my experience with Infero Training and more than happy to do so! I wanted to learn Excel and my boss told me to find a company locally. This was before lockdown so I wanted to do the course in person. I found Infero Training on Google and e-mailed an enquiry. They were beyond helpful and I decided to go with them! I did the first course which is basically a beginners guide to Excel at the Centre in Nottingham. Martin is a brilliant and very patient trainer. Then Covid hit and I decided to wait until after the lockdown to do the second course. It became obvious that I d need to do the course from home and I ve finally finished the Intermediate course. I found the training and exercises really useful. I d highly recommend Infero Training to anyone wanting to learn Excel.
Shocking customer service. Asked for a training quote and training programme 3 times back in April, never received it, despite calling their office numerous times... somehow nobody seemed to know anything about their own training courses.
Absolutely brilliant. My company asked me to find PRINCE2 training for us in Nottingham. I called several providers but Infero was by far the cheapest. This made me a little skeptical initially around quality but the guy who took the booking was great and was very patient with my questions! I'd done PRINCE2 10 years ago so a lot has changed. Sue who took the course was incredible. Clearly a very experienced trainer and I can see why her pass rate is so high! If you're thinking of doing PRINCE2 in the east midlands area you'd be crazy to go anywhere else.
Excellent quality training. I would highly recommend.
I have just completed my Excel Visual Basic training with Martin. I was very happy with the course. The customer service I received throughout was absolutely brilliant. Impressed!
Great training provided by Martin, we learnt a variety of topics. This was delivered really well, and he made this training sessions interactive and enjoyable. I would definately recommened infero training.
Completed the Basic and Intermediate Excel courses. Thought basic might be too basic but got some real gems from the trainer Martin. Real time savers, that if you don't know, you simply just don't know! Martin was great, and kept the pace just right for the group.
I am so impressed with this company! My husband and I run a small business with 10 full time staff. We wanted to upskill the core sales and admin team and give them some real life, applicable training. I spoke to Infero who were SO helpful. I was sent a full, detailed breakdown of what is included on several different courses as I wasn't completely sure what was best. In the end I went for Time Management and Delegation Skills (this one was just for my Husband and I). Both courses were excellent. The course was ran over the internet due to the current lockdown which actually worked out well we didn't have to fork out for travel! Our team loved the Time Management training. Sue who trained us made the whole thing so fun (but very informative and interesting). The delegation skills training opened our eyes as to where we've gone so wrong at times in asking our team to help out in areas outside of their usual job roles. Sue isn't just a trainer, but an experienced business woman herself who gave us so much good information to take back. We've noticed a real difference in our team since the training. We used to waste so much time on things that aren't really essential and it's helped us to run far more efficiently as a business. I would highly, highly recommend this company!
We had two training courses booked in early February 2020 which we paid for with our own money. The first course went well, but they cancelled the second course. I am still waiting for my money back, after promises in February, on the training they have failed to deliver, and withdrew. Again promises in May that they would sort this out. Email promise from the finance (Sue) and the bookings (Adam) to address it, but still nothing. Today their email system is rejecting emails and they are not answering the phone. BUYER BE AWARE, Be very Aware.
I attended a wonderful course with Martin. Excel Intermediate. It was quite difficult but the salesman had advised I do the Introductory course first so my own fault! Martin is a very good trainer who is patient and clear in his delivery. It was my first online training ever and I was impressed with how Martin managed with not being in the room with students. Dealing with Infero has been a great experience from start to finish. I'll be back!
Booked onto an Excel VBA course, super friendly and helpful Staff and the Trainer (Martin) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Really recommend - fantastic service.
I called this company as I needed Excel training earlier this year. Within half an hour they called me back and arranged training. The trainer was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Infero as they are far cheaper than other training providers.
I attended excel vba course in June. Excellent training. Martin is an excellent trainer. Very patient and helpful. Highly recommend him as a trainer. Unfortunately due to very poor customer service provided by the office I can only give 4 stars. No response on email despite numerous reminders. Only after I made a call they tend to respond to my emails. Also, my training location was changed last minute and as an apology they offered a book which I never received (it's been almost two months since the course took place).
I recently attended the Prince foundation and practitioner course in Nottingham and was very impressed with the whole experience provided by Infero training. Booking the course was quick and easy, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. In the end I passed both exams thanks to the fantastic support from my trainer!
Recently I was enrolled by my employer into the Infero Introduction to Microsoft Excel course. I was surprised how relevant to my own job the information provided was. The instructor was both informative and friendly, always making sure we were able to follow along. I now feel far more comfortable using Excel in the workplace, and the things I thought I had forgotten from the course do keep popping back up into my daily usage. The course included everything I needed to know to start using excel the way it was meant to be used. Although, I do wish I was given a copy of the power point used at the time, I was still able to take all the relevant notes I needed for my own personal use.
DO NOT USE We received no login information from this supplier when the course was due to start. Chased a number of times stating clearly login details have not been received. No refunds have been provided or a response received to our last communication, which included a full audit of ALL email trails to reach a solution. We will now have to take legal action as we had booked a number of courses. After careful consideration and reading 'positive' reviews I did not expect to receive this level of service. Please avoid at all costs!
I attended Excel Level 1 and Level 2 courses on the 3rd & 4th July, 2019. Martin was very thorough and explained everything clearly. He was also very patient and was more than happy to answer any questions.
I attended the Excel Basic and Excel Intermediate course which I found very useful. Martin is an excellent trainer, made you feel at ease, he is very helpful and patient. I wish I had undertaken the training ages ago as would have been very beneficial in my previous role.
I recently attended Microsoft Access training with Steve. This was one-to-one training online and it was really helpful. Steve is a very knowledgeable trainer who was able to answer all of my questions. The customer service I received throughout was above and beyond and I d use Infero Training again.
Great training provided by Martin yesterday. Very helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of Excel. We would use this company in the future!
ABSOLUTE CON! Avoid at all cost! the worst experience i can imagine . i could not attend my course due to unforseen circumstances and i have still not yet recieved a refund 12 months later. like others i have had to get my solicitors involved and no one has yet contacted from Infero Training.
Great training provided by Martin on MSP in September
Had Excel VBA training with Martin last week. It was fabulous! Customer service excellent. Impressed!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had a course booked for early last year, which was cancelled due to lock-down. Not Inferno's fault. However, I asked for this to be refunded as I decided not to go ahead with the course. It took 6 months of promises "Your payment will be processed on Friday" before I got a refund. NO-ONE answered the phone or replied to e-mails for weeks on end. It wasn't until I threatened to report them that I got my money back. I understand times are hard during lock-down and covid-19 but it's no excuse as a company to ignore requests from potential clients. Disgraceful.
Had Excel training with Infero last week, I must say it was a good day, I am not the most gifted on excel, but after spending the day with our tutor Martin I came away with a lot more confidence and knowledge, and i will be back for more at a later date, Martin paced the course excellently so no one got left behind or not understanding how to do something. We had good rapport with Martin, even though he forgot how to spell his name :) must be an age thing Lol
I attended the Excel Advanced course taught by Martin. Excellent quality training. I would highly recommend.
