I am so impressed with this company!

My husband and I run a small business with 10 full time staff. We wanted to upskill the core sales and admin team and give them some real life, applicable training. I spoke to Infero who were SO helpful. I was sent a full, detailed breakdown of what is included on several different courses as I wasn't completely sure what was best. In the end I went for Time Management and Delegation Skills (this one was just for my Husband and I). Both courses were excellent. The course was ran over the internet due to the current lockdown which actually worked out well we didn't have to fork out for travel! Our team loved the Time Management training. Sue who trained us made the whole thing so fun (but very informative and interesting).

The delegation skills training opened our eyes as to where we've gone so wrong at times in asking our team to help out in areas outside of their usual job roles. Sue isn't just a trainer, but an experienced business woman herself who gave us so much good information to take back.

We've noticed a real difference in our team since the training. We used to waste so much time on things that aren't really essential and it's helped us to run far more efficiently as a business. I would highly, highly recommend this company!
