This company continues to send invoices to my old ...

This company continues to send invoices to my old address, even though I informed them by phone of the change. My sales manager who manages my property at this address and which I have rented, also informed them. 1 year later I receive an order to pay and there, miraculously, they have my new address. In addition, they claim that before the order to pay that I received, they sent me a last reminder to the right address. But obviously I never received this reminder.
I encourage Industrial Services to improve their functioning and organization and hope that they will take into account my opinion, and also that of other customers.

what is the point in having a phone number to ask questions when not a single one of your employees can actually answer my simple questions about specific bills? i always get referred to go to their offices in person, because you know --- we all have free time during work to just show up at short notice.

No electricity for over two hours and no one to repair ....
You call the number of repairs and there you are told: well you just have to wait !!! No, but who is it here !!!
Is it the SI who will reimburse you for your entire freezer? They don't give a fuck like good civil servants !! Poor this service!

Being this Google maps, let this be a rating on the service in this office, not about the company.
While no one likes doing paperwork, my experience changing address has been extremely positive. The guy in the counter was really friendly and promptly changed to English in his own accord when he realized my French was lacking. He made sure all was solved and clearly explained to me what I should expect in terms of bills for the next period.
All in all I left happy enough to write this review.

I have never encountered a problem, either for electricity or telecommunications services. They are easily reachable and you can always go to the counter if necessary; it is sometimes easier and more pleasant to have a direct contact.

More than two hours without electricity when we get home from work! it's really zero service.
When we call the answer is: yes they will come ... and nothing !!!
Just want to eat, go to bed but obviously it's too much! Seriously broken arms!

The quality of Industrial Services in Lausanne can improve. For several months, I have been trying to put the billing of electricity in order in one of my father's buildings, in which there are two apartments. Every time I phone to request a change, I am told that it should be done in writing, and when I do it in writing, nothing happens. So I wrote to the management and there I was told that a certified electrician must send an official document. No one informed me of this during all my previous steps. On the other hand, m the LIS do not forget to send the invoices!

I was then assured that everything was in order ... Until I received an invoice ... No service, no training, different responses to each call, a summary of incompetence ...
