Ordered Boiler gasket on a sunday night with next day delivery, so It is reasonable to expect it on the tuesday.

14/09/20 order processed, monday
15/09/20 order did not arrive, tuesday
Item arrived on 21/09/20 @ 11:30.
So yeah a far from Happy experience.
The staff are very helpfull and they go out the way to get the right products
Poor, ordered a part online saying available and next day, paid Thursday evening, not come by Monday evening so rang to find out its not in stock and had to come direct from manufacturer which they are not doing until tomorrow so will probably be a week or so, not only lost a day's work but wasted all this time too BE CAREFUL with availability lies!!

Accepted payment for a part they didn't have, gave a delivery date and was still waiting after 2 weeks. Poor communication and I've lost time and money because they let me down. Only thing they did promptly was refund the money. Rubbish service I'm afraid.
Have waited a long time for parcel. No communication from them. Paid a lot for quick delivery, am still waiting. Having spoken to a very nice lady, I've decided to change my review. They have told me they cannot get my part, and offered a full refund.

Valve paid for with overnight delivery, 2 days later still no valve , very irrate client leaving me looking very unproffesional. DO NOT USE , still no refund despite agreenment to do so.
