The staff is rude, specially the security, they cant speak english to help foreins, the service is the worst, slow, dirty and unfriendly.

Worst embassy service ever. 0/10 would recomend.

If indonesia is anything like this embassy, Im already wishing not to go.

I came here to renew my passport. I did online registration first to get queue number.
The process at the embassy from beginning till finish was very fast. It was only take 40 minutes.
All staffs are friendly.

Nice staff. Very well organised. Do not trust the people outside the embassy offering services. Make sure you have long pants and shoes. in case if you go there in shorts, the nearby parking has long pants for rent; RM 20 =))))

The processing time for a visa is 4 working days. A current account statement is also required, which goes back at least 3 months. When I wanted to submit the application (60 days, tourist visa) on a Thursday, there were no more processing for the week, so I would have had to wait until Monday to submit an application and then wait 4 working days until the issue.
The staff responsible are very rude and mocking! My financial sustainability was questioned ridiculously, even though I had not yet given a bank statement, was dressed appropriately and am certainly employed.

First time here, quite efficient, given if you are well prepared.
Applying for a student visa, here are all you need:
The Approval letter from the Directorate General of Immigration (Telex)
Fill the white/yellow form.
The original passport and the copy (the signature page must be copied). For non Malaysian passport holders, the applicants must copy Malaysian Visa and latest Malaysian Entry Stamp.
The passport must have at least 2 blank pages left for the use of visa sticker and stamps.
2 Photograph (any background color, passport size photo)
Visa Fee : RM.205 (For 30 days) / RM.431 (up to 1 years)
Telex Fee: RM.31 (Only for Calling Visa Countries)

You may check out more on their website, they offer online booking system now, I reached around 845am, and leave at 915am.
I take only 5minutes in front of the counter.
Come early, even before 9am, scan you booking number to get your queing code.

Now the service at the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is very easy and fast, especially in connecting passports, within 3 days it is ready unless there is a delivery service via post, 4 days can be taken according to the delivery address.

Service is not satisfactory for people to ask if they are going to get angry again and their parents are upset and food is not as bad as the person's attitude is that the wait time is very unpleasant and the seat is poorly provided

Ive email, whatsapp and call several times and no one can actually help or give proper instructions to go back to my own country. shameful.

Naturally the atmosphere of the place is so.... loveable.
Descipline and sincerity of the Staffs are most advanced.
Obedience of the Dutyfulness is Wonderful.
Nice experience is having in - everytime visiting.
Everyday a lot of people satisfied of Their problems.
Shortly All are nice and Marvelous.
In a few hours The Staffs finished the passengers requirements.
Always Their service is very practical and punctual.

Very slow services. Last time took 1-2days for Visa processing. Now took at least 4 days. But they have Calo (Iligel agent) can to only 4 days but u need to pay 4 time higher than official way. Ahh typical indonesia ways!

Please update your website regarding time for dropping off/ picking up passport, status for open/close. I have called so many times but no one is answering the phone. I have visited 2 times and still couldn't submit my application because of these issues.

The staff were nice and somewhat professional, but processes weren't quick enough (hours of waiting). Place is in need of upgrade and reinforcement of the no-smoking rule. Although there were some changes (very little) since the last time I came here (2014, three years ago!), I think it can be better.

Another thing, parking spaces for vehicles aren't properly provided. There is one parking lot next to the Embassy, but it is so dirty and unclean.

The lower level waiting area is almost exactly the same as it was since the last time. Hope it could improve on its depressing atmosphere. Pardon my honest comment upon my observation.

Please take this positively and strive to be better in the coming future.

For all Indonesian embassy staff. Can not afford to be a little friendly customer, do not make customers like animals. It's just a courtesy, shame to see another country. From morning to evening, face to face. Shame.

Toooo many people but tooo little counter. Lack of information. U go in and don't know where to go. And the staff is quite rude :(

The embassy is always overflowing with people. Can the embassy do something that the people will be accommodated inside & not waiting beside the highway?
