the staff were nice, come here to make recommendation letter for transferring my driving license, and pay it for rm82. In the end I cant transferred my license because the local authority said you have to work for government-link company to do that. Rm82 lost for nothing.

The staff are completely incompetent and cannot give you a clear answer - and asked me to come back the next day at 9am without any explanation as to why. Unpleasant place to be and no one around to provide you with any useful information. Would suggest going to the Indonesian Embassy in another country - for all travelers and backpackers.

Fast service delivery and cooperative staff. I had to drive to Kuala Lumpur for another duty while my online booking was another day. I though of submitting my document on the way and I visited the embassy 4 days before my appointment. The staff were happy to process my documents.

You need to book a queue number per passport, family of five, need to have 5 different and separate queue numbers, even if you book online, you need to book per person per passport, some times online booking number system is not active not functional, visa application section accepts only 120 passport per day!

Warning: You Must have Long Pants to enter the building. I was there in shorts and they didint let me in. It took me around 15min to find nice man who rented me his pants for 5RM.

After I got in the service was actually very fast and professional. Within 20min I got all the information I needed.

Service was not satisfactory, staff was not friendly

Please respect, the representative of the Indonesian ambassador, please help, because we work 5 people here for three months, not paid, I asked for a passport.

Affidavit
My advice and experience :
1. Come early as they limit the que number to 200 for submitting documents (see working hours I attached). At 10-11am the numbers usually will have finished. Last time I came early but the gate was not open yet, when it should be open according to working hours, people had to make a line outside the gate, but still better to come early.

Please be aware of people who like to cut the line. Ask them to que.

For collecting, it doesn't need que number. Just come on specified
date and time given in the receipt after you submit documents.

2. Check their official website AND people experience about the requirements consistency. They are unlikely to pick up the call (I had tried before). Last time I prepared photo 3x4cm based on the website it turned out when I red the form given by them the photo should be 4x6cm.

3. I didn't have problems with the staffs' English skills because I'm Indonesian. But I saw a few foreigners had difficulty to understand what the staff said. You could ask them to speak slowly or ask them to write instead. Maybe it could help.

Legalising Document
I legalised marriage certificate. Now the counsellor service has gone up to second floor. They have que card, the room is new, nice AC. The legalisation for documents issued from Indonesian institution is free. But different rate applied if the documents are issued abroad. See the image I posted. The procees is also fast.

Immigration of Indonesia located in kuala lumpur. Good and timely service. All use the queue so it is organized in handling.

The telephone number is printed but on call 100x is not picked up.

Have a really bad experience here..We came here just to return the passport. But we wait from 7am till 5pm still not yet settle the thing..It's not systematic and they did the things very slow..Even 1 star also I didn't want to give it..

Great and efficient embassy
I am a foreign student and was in a huge dilemma if I could apply for a visa here
I Booked my queue online several days in advance. Once I arrived the Parking is hectic but there is a parking ground right before the embassy which charges 4 Rm per hour
You have to go to the door on the right side of the building for the Visa section
Once I entered I went to the Queue computer and scanned my bar code which was already expire.. I took a new one and was called on within 3 minutes
The Documents submitted were
Confirmation letter from College
Bank statement (minimum 6000RM)
Hotel and flight reservation (easily accessible from some website for free)
Application form
Passport
Passport front page, signature page and my student pass copy
2 Passport size Pictures
205 RM

Once I submitted these I was given a receipt and told to come and receive my passport after 4 working days...

Keep in mind I went between 12-1 PM and the Visa section was almost empty
The attitude of the staff of course depends on how many people they are dealing with and things of that sorts.
In my case they were very polite and answered all my questions.

All in all a very efficient and fast service, very polite lady at the counter and easy Visa access for restricted countries with the proper documents.

The dates are accurate and the staff ethic is nice. Visa fees .Been there 2 days ago for indonesian visa. before 12 give all documents and passport with fees...tmr 2 pm collect back passport.Nice Staff.To make visa make sure to take the queue number in the morning, they only launch 120number perday. .

Need to renew my passport, appointment made online 3 months prior. Make sure you copy 1st page and a page with working permit or most recent Visa issued by Malaysian Immigration. A free copying service is provided in case you didn't make photocopy. 1st waiting/queing area is rather old, properly spaced plastic chairs provided (Covid-19 SOP) until it's time to check your barcode appointment and enter 2nd waiting area for the process. Relatively quick from waiting to taking photo took about 30 minutes. Cost for passport renewal RM 100, new one will be sent to post office nearest to your preference.

Anyone who knows or knows how to do it, help me, my mom works in the country, it's been more than a while since she said she was locked up, no need to hp, left home or couldn't be with her employer, my mom was feeling down, and she wanted to go home but she didn't know how / to ask for help ... If you want to make a splp or passport, come at 5 in the morning to take the queue number.

Came to extend passport started with online registration. Amazed by the super efficient process (15 mins waiting + 15 mins actual process incl photo and fingerprint etc). Also the covid SOP was strictly put into place (guard will interfere those not maintaining social distance/ not wearing mask properly). What cam be improved is outside in the parking area which seems quiet rough with people trying to impose. Overall very impresssed with the embassy service keep up the good work.

They have limited number of application, once the number finish even within their operating hours they will stop taking any applicants. Worst case is you no even know when the number will give away, so maybe end up wasting time travel there.
