The staff were nice and somewhat professional, but...

The staff were nice and somewhat professional, but processes weren't quick enough (hours of waiting). Place is in need of upgrade and reinforcement of the no-smoking rule. Although there were some changes (very little) since the last time I came here (2014, three years ago!), I think it can be better.

Another thing, parking spaces for vehicles aren't properly provided. There is one parking lot next to the Embassy, but it is so dirty and unclean.

The lower level waiting area is almost exactly the same as it was since the last time. Hope it could improve on its depressing atmosphere. Pardon my honest comment upon my observation.

Please take this positively and strive to be better in the coming future.
