Awesome convention center. If whatever your interested in is there, go. You won't be disappointed.

Had a great time
Very organized.
It does have overpriced food and drinks, but the fact that it connects to so many hotels in the area and the football stadium makes it an ideal convention location.
Popular downtown venue for large variety of cultural, sports, and trade shows.
A great convention center built to handle a lot of people

Lived in Indianapolis in all my life the general assembly 2017 for nazarenes his first time I've ever been in there I was absolutely amazed I would recommend this place for any convention thank you for taking good care of my family God bless
Line-X of Indy Truck Accessories and Jeep Store loves the show
Very large venue, well kept up. The staff is awesome
I had such a great time at the black expo this Saturday. The place is huge and not far from the circle center Mall, where we parked. There were many vendors, articles for sale, local as well as national companies that were offering free stuffs( seal breakers or letter openers, bags, pens, water bottles, pop corns, stickers, hand sanitizers, chapsticks, pictures, etc). The only negative comment I will make about the event is the food. It was expensive and very bad. After spending $20 on some fried fish, chicken, and Mac and cheese, two of my friends returned their food because it wasn't edible, no flavor at all. It was a rip off. Not sure why they charged so much for food. Is it because the event was free? We were very disappointed by our meals. I got some ribs with French fries and Mac and cheese. My Jaws were hurting after taking few bites. The ribs were undercooked, and I felt like I was chewing some rubber. I paid $23 for the food and a glass of lemonade. My drink was extremely sweet I had to dilute it with some water that I was carrying. . Big waist of my money. If you can i suggest that you bring your own lunch.
Clean facilities, free WiFi, and plenty of places to sit. There's lots of great restaurants in the area, and ample parking around the convention center.
It was everything a convention center should be.
It was big, clean and no frills which is exactly what I expected. The place could have used a few more maps to navigate but it wasn't that hard. Parking was only $20 for overnight and had walkways to connect the garage to the center.
Great place for the NCAA Fan Fest. I never felt crammed anywhere.
Bad place to deliver anything with semi truck
Rude recieving
Came for Gen Con. They did a great job with the large crowds. Its a very nice facility and has very good convention space. Excellent job.
We set up here for PRI and everything is always very clean and well taken care of. Food is ok for what it is, could have a little more variety but is reasonably priced. Even when it is packed for a show, tthe bathrooms stay very clean. Which is a big deal if you're set up there all weekend! Easy access from several hotels through the Skywalk.
Clean, well maintained Convention Center. A real joy to visit for our General Assembly.
No indoor docks for POV and indoor building is split so you can't see through the whole hall
for thoose who making delivery first time it is tricky! first you have to go at 602 w ray street, there is a checking. they will give you an another directions.
Great place for a big conference. Not only is the convention center extremely well outfitted and clean, but the surrounding businesses go out of their way to make visitors feel welcome.
Easy access. Close to parking ramps and restaurants. Using a bird or Lime scooter to get around easily to the center. Close to Lucas Oil Stadium.
Eeeeee! Restrooms say so much about your business, and this isn't good for y'all...
Gen Con turned out amazing, the convention hall was a great venue and beautiful place.
There's a reason Indy is consistently rated as the #1 Convention City in the United States and it's in no small part because of the Indiana Convention Center. Expanded again and again over decades and always kept current on modern renovations, it is a massive, multi-block venue that can handle multiple large conventions simultaneously. This is one of the cleanest facilities of any kind I have been to, the world over! The staff are fantastic and the hospitality is consistent with what should be expected of the Hoosier State, which is known for its hospitality. While it may be more expensive to book this facility than many others around the US, you are really getting back what you're willing to invest into your event, when it comes to booking the ICC from an ROI perspective. Highly, highly impressed.
The unique set of Skywalks connecting hotels, restaurants, shopping, offices, etc. in most of the western areas of Downtown Indy to the Convention Center is one of the things that makes the ICC and Downtown Indy the place to have a convention of any size. You cannot beat the experience your convention attendees will have, during their time in this City and at the ICC.
We were fortunate this year that our National Recreation and Park Association annual conference was at the Indianapolis Convention Center. It is easy to understand, get around and connected to all of the major hotels with skybridges. This convention center size is perfect - not too large like New York or New Orleans, so its easy to walk to your sessions and main exhibit hall.
Went to a veterinary conference here. Nice place with helpful people. The only down side was parking!
Very Large indoor facilities that were a bit to get use to yet the directional & large signs overhead as well as those standing on the hallway floors where very helpful finding your way. Visiting for the first time for the NTEA National Work Truck Show as it was productive and enjoyable. Love the shuttle buses and free parking from the zoo...another great service. Overall Good experience, Recommended.
This is a fantastic site for a convention. I recently helped with the PLA convention and everything went smoothly. Plenty of restrooms (no lines!) and very easy access to all the rooms.
It was really great! I met David harbour and my experience was fantastic! When are we getting to see who will be there this year?
I've only been here for Gen Con but it's been a very good space for this convention. The building is laid out well so that most rooms and halways are distinct from each other. I haven't gotten lost since my first visit. They have different sized rooms that are great for any purpose. Most of them are very soundproof so that you aren't interrupted by a loud group next door. The fact that there are walkways that connect it to several hotels, the football field, and the mall/parking garage is fantastic. It's always been clean. You do have to walk quite a ways for food options.
We look forward to spending time here each year for the FFA National Convention. We just wish they could do something about the weather!
Was here for a relative's cheer competition. Bathrooms were clean and main facility was well maintained.
Great building for all kinds of events. absolutely enormous.
Came here for an international conference for our church denomination. The facilities were perfect for our needs and very very clean. A+!
We were fortunate this year that our annual conference was at the Indianapolis Convention Center. It is easy to understand, get around and connected to all of the major hotels with skybridges. Love coming here for Gencon. Center is kept very clean and organized. It's central location to hotels, shops, and restaurants makes it ideal.
The Indianapolis Convention Center (ICC) is a fantastic venue. Whether small or large audience the ICC easily holds all. The greatest feature are the many connected skyways that connect the hotels and the mall. Rain, snow, heat, none of that matters as you'll be inside.
ICC is surrounded by restaurants allowing those with cravings or dietary restrictions choices in what they eat. For those that are indifferent, the prices for food inside are reasonable as the convention is competing with said restaurants for your business.
Walking by yourself inside the massive halls is quite serene when no convention is going on. Even if there was one (2,000 attendees), you'd be hard pressed to notice. For those of massive size (GenCon, 60,000 unique), the openness is appreciated as the space isn't suffocating (though you're drowning in people).
Apparently catering is difficult. And dont get the Hot dogs at the concession stand.
Such fond memories here over the years. Clean layout that makes sense.
Went to Popcon and Furcon 2019. Cosplayed as Gon from HunterxHunter at Popcon a few moths ago.
I have been to Gen Con, one of the largest conventions for Indiana each year, a few years in a row now. It is safe to say that despite all of the traffic and visitors, they somehow keep the place looking clean, that includes the bathrooms. That is a pretty big deal if you think of the quantity of people coming through in a short period of time.
Pretty standard convention hall fare. Not the most ultramodern or upscale but the staff are on the move and keeping everything running smoothly.
Worst trade show venue in the world. I stopped doing conventions in Indianapolis because the RCA dome was ridiculous. Did my first show some they remodeled and they adopted everything horrible beside the pressure system.
Then your have the ignorant police shutting down every street!!!
Always clean, very spacious, and hosts a ton of cool events. I recommend going here for an event at least once.
Fantastic venue for GenCon! Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, close to everything. And absolutely cavernous interior. Looking forward to our future visits.
It is a nice clean place. They have great events there if you like what is coming to Indianapolis. The staff is great. The food is good. Every 2 years it is use for The National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC). The exbiths at that time are great. It was also great when at one time the city of Indianapolis host the super bowl and it was a store where you could buy things. It is a great place to be at for fun filled events.
This place is amazing. Perfect for large meetings, conventions, events, and social gatherings. It is also the perfect way to shortcut through the south-west district of down town as it connects to most of the major hotels in the area, circle centre mall, and Lucas oil Stadium. It's extremely large, and it's public. Problem is, is that most people that I know don't even know what the Indiana convention center is. It's nice. Plus, there are countless skywalks, and it's indoor traveling so you can use it to get through extreme weather, excess heat/cold, wind, and precipitation. I personally think it could be expanded to connect more of downtown. Including Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Georgia Street, the city county building, the canal, even military park. I know it would be expensive, but that would be a really great idea. I have the right to be a dreamer. Nice building. keep it up, and never say "It's already good enough" Aim high!
Well maintained facility and does such a good job of holding large groups. The food is reasonably priced as well. I enjoy that many nearby hotels are connected. Very smart. The signage is clear and even though it is big, it is quite easy to navigate.
I know this may seem odd but I'm here for a three day convention and didn't plan well. Thank you Indiana Convention Center for providing free female hygiene products for us ladies. You definitely saved me today!
Awesome convention center. If whatever your interested in is there, go. You won't be disappointed.
Decent enough place. It would be cool to see what it's like without the covid19 restrictions
Great facility, amazing for events and very capable. Please enjoy these two pictures of carrots I drew.
Huge rooms for events. It's great how many hotels and parking garages it's connected to, as well as the mall.
Very large, clean and easy to get around. Very close to a lot off places to eat and things to see like the NCAA museum
Spacious, clean and a great downtown location with easy access to hotels and restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Wear comfortable shoes or bring two sets of shoes because it's so large there's no way to avoid a lot of walking.
Attention truckers if you delivering a load here do not come from capital Ave
Dock doors is other side
S Missouri st
Fast loading very nice people
Great place for a large convention. Plenty of space. Plenty of hotels and restaurants within walking distance. The skywalk is awesome when the weather is not quite right.
Plenty of space and accessible concessions also centrally located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Went to the 2020 WWETT show and really enjoyed the people and atmosphere.
Great place for Indy PopCon. Lots of room. Great place.
I come here every year for Gen Con. HUGE convention center. Very well run, could use more art. Skywalks connect several hotels.
Great place, easy to get lost because its just massive. Don't buy ANYTHING from the food or vending areas - over priced is a severe understatement - walk to Circle Center Mall!
Excellent venue. Beautifully well organized and laid out.
Really big hall, perfect for the show I was attending. Everyone was nice that worked there.
The Atmosphere is always positive and the events that take place are motivational and allow me to interact with others on a bigger scale.
Great place for major events in the Indianapolis area. Lots of room and easy access to downtown Indy. Great place for large gatherings of people.
It's so full of girls, but they are doing great to care for us all. The bathrooms are clean, it is being run like a well oiled machine. We are from KC they need to take a lesson.
The convention center is awesome. The employees are helpful and the most importantly the temperature was great. The restrooms were well marked and stocked with everything. There were plenty of CSC (security) checking badges and doing surveillance. I felt safe.
Was here for FDIC. This is a nice venue has a lot of space for all the rigs to be set up.
Very easy to get to with parking all around, you can generally get here without having to walk outside when it is cold!
