Coming back to the wonderful trip that you had organized for me and my wife, to Assam, Meghalaya and Bhutan, I have no words to express our appreciation , it was such a memorable and enjoyable trip, with regard to transport, accommodation and sight seeing places.

Your selection of hotels for our stay in all the places were really comfortable and nice except probably some glitch in Kaziranga. Even though the facilities were a little wanting, the service and the food { for vegetarian} was not upto our requirements and expectation.

Mr. Bittu, our driver and his vehicle were so good and he quickly understood our capability and requirements and helped us accordingly. He was so punctual and courteous and was familiar with almost all the places that we needed to visit and was a very safe driver too. and our special appreciation to him.

In Bhutan, both at Paro and at Thimphu, the hotel accommodation were really classy, the service and the Indian type of vegetarian food were easily available.It was surprising to note that our driver Mr. Sonam Dorji had his education in Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore) and could actually speak some broken Tamil! It was quite refreshing to our ears!! He was a soft spoken driver cum guide who could take us around in his new Hyundai Creta, he was also a safe and courteous driver.

Coming back to our main organizer, Mr.Chandan Roy, our full marks to you on your excellent organizing capabilities, in understanding the customer's needs and also for offering us the best price.

Me and my wife thank once again for making our trip wonderful and memorable, we promise you that we will definitely recommend your company to our family and friends in the future.

Hello! I had been to Leh Ladakh Bike Trip with IHPL in Sep and the experience or Joy I got is awesome mind blowing even if I was solo rider.
The entire team I had been with were very supportive starting from trip booking till end of trip.
Vijays team Kirti, Ashish and Dhirendra our tour guide members were very supportive.
The bikes we got were in very good conditions and hardly 1 person bike had puncture once out of 10members. Other than that No complaints at all.
The accomodations at all places were planned properly and superb stay.
Jagadish and Bhupathi of IHPL accompanied us one way and were very friendly too and we all enjoyed the time spent there.
Hoping to plan next travel through IHPL.

Assam - Meghalaya tour: 4.5 stars. Very professionally handled by Mr. Chandan Roy. Flexible enough to suit the customer's itinerary. Accommodation was changed at two places and all the arranged accommodations were very good. Food was very good. Very courteous.
Vehicle arranged was good - in fact Mr. Roy changed the same twice after checking with us. Mr. Roy made sure that the experience would be a memorable one by checking with us daily.
The places visited were: Guwahati - Shillong (on the way Umiam lake) - stay in Shillong - visit to Cherapunjee (water falls and caves) - visit to Molynnong - Root bridge - to Kaziranga Park - stay - safaris (elephant and jeep) - back to Guwahati via Umngot lake - in Guwahati - Kamakhya temple, Umananda temple, Dinner cruise
The driver, Bipul, was very courteous and knew all the places well. Communicated well. Drove safely all the while.
Suggestions: Many water falls in Cherapunjee were dry or just trickling and hence, depending on the time of visit, IHPL could recommend not visiting some. Cherapunjee was dry and is probably the wettest place only during monsoon.
Overall a very pleasant experience with IHPL.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of India. Subhash, our guide tried his best to make us happy and comfortable, sometimes, under challenging conditions, e.g. crowded Varanasi and long van rides. He even rescued a carry-on bag that we left in the overhead compartment of the plane. For me being in Varanasi with his explanation of what we were seeing was the real highlight of my trip.

Last week of July 2015, we had a family trip to Rajasthan. Our original program was to cover Mount Abu along with Udaipur and Chittaurgarh. As I am habituated since 2009, I approached IHPL to arrange the whole trip for me right from flight tickets to accommodation and transport. My coordinator from IHPL Ms. Tanu Saini was of great help and as usual the true professional way of IHPL was evident throughout the trip. I should mention here that the after having finished 3 days of our tour covering Udaipur and Chittaurgarh and a stay in a wonderful resort, we were to move to Abu. We got an information that due to heavy rains, Abu was not reachable as there were breaches en route. When IHPL, Delhi was informed about this, Ms. Thanu was quick to assist us by collecting information from their local contacts and we were informed that as an alternative to Abu, we will be taken to Kumbalgadh (Second highest peak after Abu in Rajasthan with a fort on it having the second longest wall of the world after great China wall), Haldi Ghati and Jaisamand (Asia's largest sweet water lake). We were also transferred to another resort at a beautiful location amid green Aravali mountains.

My previous experience with IHPL in July 2013 when I went to Muktinath, Nepal with 15 members group (most of them were Senior Citizens) also is unforgettable. We were caught in landslides in Annapurna range of Himalayas, but the staff of IHPL who accompanied us with the coordination of their Delhi office ensured the safety and comfort of us in a great manner.

In June/July my sister and I traveled with Indian Holiday PVT Ltd from Delhi to Himachal Pradesh in what was to be an exciting and amazing holiday.
Nothing was to much trouble for Dipali who was so patient with me as I kept changing my mind as to which state in India to visit as they all appeared to be great places to visit.
Himachal Pradesh did not disappoint us, the country side was stunning and different as we drove higher into the mountains.
The Indian people so friendly and happy, food was excellent and we loved it.
Our driver was friendly , knowledgeable and safe driving at all times.
Our only disappointment was we had to return to Australia!!

We had booked through Indian Holidays for Six people trip from Ahmedabad to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand from Nov 27 2018 through Dec 07 2018. We all traveling from USA and taken our trip from Ahmedabad, India.
It was a pleasant trip we have, Indian Holiday did assist a lot for the entire planning. It was a great experience for the communication and responsive towards our enquiry. Our stay in the Hotel was good except hotel in Kuala Lumpur was very old and under renovation. Thank you for the comfortable arrangement.

A true story faced by tourists .
The worst travel agency as we came across in our travelling . We were around 25 people and took a step to book forward with this travel agency and guess what happened ? The driver and their employees who arranged for us was too rude and driver was dam arrogant while we were heading towards Natula pass . Driver took a hold of our family member collar as one of our family member just asked you could have passed the gate in Natula pass as the close time of Natula pass was at 1pm . Driver took help of army and was ready to file FIR on our family person just on ask of you should have driven bit fast . And they dint complete our the placed mentioned in itinerary and most of the time was spent in car rather than places to see for 7 long days and worst food arrangement made. Such a lame manager He won t listen to your query nor out of concern would ask sorry for the mistake that happened ,they really don t no how to treat tourists . So guys beware while you book in this travels .

Excellent service from IHPL.Best part is the selection of sites and regular call to enquire everything fine throughout the tour.The driver assigned for the tour was an amazing one ,very informative and covered all places on time .Last but not the least Mr.Chnadan Roy (IHPL) has done a wonderful job by assigning a right package for us .Looking forward to have many more holidays plans with IHPL

I agree with Simran Joshi. They were very professional agent. I booked 3 days golden triangle tour with this company 2 years ago. I also visited Fatehpur Sikri, Red Fort, R m B gh, Jama Masjid in Agra along with Jaipur. Over all my trip was good.

We did Rajasthan trip with IHPL from 29th October to 28th October 2018. From Mount Abu we started and finished it at Jaipur.

Responsiveness - IHPL was very responsive right from the beginning while we were planning the trip itself. Any time we called them before the trip with our questions, they were helpful. This gave us great comfort level considering this is the first time we had engaged them.

Accommodation - All hotels were quite good, with couple of them being excellent. Only the one hotel in Bikaner could have been better in terms of their service. The hotel itself was good and had a great ambience and huge potential to make it a great place but currently, the way it is being managed is really shameful. This is a feedback IHPL can pass on to the hotel management.

Transport - Absolutely great. Mr.Dhanraj, our driver was very accommodating, a safe driver and very cautious too. He drove a lot, and he made sure breaks were taken timely and periodically to reduce the stress. He was also helpful with his suggestions on sightseeing as well as making some reservations, We would recommend him very highly to future tourists.

Booked tailored holiday to cover Indian golden triangle. Booking process was hassle free with regular email correspondence with Mr Hashim Ali. Whilst hotels were booked by team were as promised, the transport was very disappointing. We were promised an A/c coach for 11 members including children. We were picked directly from the airport. Our initial impressions of the coach were less than satisfying, it seemed poorly maintained with quite worn out tyres and poorly working A/c. Unsurprisingly en route to Agra we ended up having two tyre punctures prolonging our journey to Agra by 3 hours. The second time around the driver had to leave the bus for an hour or so to repair the tyre. This turned out to be very exhausting especially with 4 children on board parked on the highway shoulder. There was very little the tour agency did to make up for this despite repeated calls to them. Asking for a replacement bus was out of question and they simply asked us to wait it out. Rest of the tour was mediocre at best, some tour guides were better the others. Over all anyone booking with this travel agency should not go with high expectations.

Thanks a lot for amazing Goa trip during Diwali' 2018.
Pallavi had planned hotels and overall tour very well. She had opted for right room sizes considering my family. Every member of my family were very comfortable during whole trip.
I had some tethering problems at resport terro parasio. There was confusion about meal plan, but Pallavi and hotel management sorted it out without any trouble to me.

Driver, Salman Khan, was very professional. Car was well maintained and specious for family of four.

We, a family of 6 adults and 3 kids, were on a Golden Triangle trip arranged by Chandan of IHPL... This was our second trip arranged through him.. And i just cant decide which was the best as both were like OMG..

We all thouroughly enjoyed our stay, food, vehicle etc.. The driver Ashok was well mannered and respectful..

IHPL was among the 15 top tour operators that I had shortlisted before my visit in India. I ultimately chose them because the package was very attractive and it offered a better itinerary than what others proposed me and for a lower price. The hotels that were booked were really nice as were the cars and drivers. I had the experience of a lifetime with this trip which I can never forget. There were some small issues during the trip but it was quickly resolved when I contacted IHPL. Even though I was alone, it was comforting to know that they always had my back. You can place your trust in this company because they are true professionals who will not fail you. I highly recommend IHPL and I look forward to my next my next trip with them.

I availed the services of Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd for my trip to Leh/Laddakh. Ms Tanu, the concerned person attending me online from IHPL Delhi office was quite cooperative and helping lady. I had a good experience. Arrangements done by them were very good. The driver Mr. Lima was very co operative and polite. Hotel at Leh was excellent serving good food. the only suggestion for the hotel is to provide tea cattles and material in every room which not a costly affair. the only thing which I did not like about hotel was that they charged for bed tea also. over all great experience. I will definately recomend for the IHPL.

This was my first experience with online holiday packages and I must say that Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd really took all the things very professionally and took care of all the minute details of the trip that I had mentioned. Their manager - Mr. Gangesh was also very helpful and approachable for any kind of issues and multiple to and fro calls were made from their side to plan and execute everything very smoothly.

The trip to Darjeeling and Gangtok arranged by Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd. was extremely good. We spend 2 nights in Darjeeling and 3 at Gangtok. The travel and visitation to Nathula Pass in our vehicle was memorable and the permit was arranged by Indian Holiday. The Hotel, vehicles and drivers look very fine. We had opted for IHPL to organise our tour to Darjeeling, Gangtok and Lachung during 15-21 September 2018. Ms. Nisha Poddar at the Head office in Delhi, helped us finalise the itenerary and handled our package.

Shri Diwas Rana, the local coordinator, was prompt to get in touch with us before the start of the tour and guide us regarding the documents required for the visit to Lachung, Tsongo Lake and Nathu La Pass.

Due to collapse of bridge enroute to Lachung, the tour/itenerary had to be reworked. Ms. Nisha from the Head office got in touch immediately and informed us about the alternate arrangements being made. Ms. Nisha got the hotel booking made at Lachung transferred to the corresponding hotel of the same chain at Gangtok. Shri Diwas quickly worked out the sight seeing schedule for the two days - one day to Namchi and the second day to places in and around Gangtok. But for the coordinated effort of Shri Diwas and Ms. Nisha the reworking of the schedule would have not been possible.

Shri Diwas was in touch with us every day through out the package, informing us about the schedule and advising us about the weather and availability of food etc. for each visit and also coordinated with the concerned driver. He also worked out the permit for the visit to Nathu La Pass for us. He made us feel at ease & relaxed and ensured that we had a hassle-free tour. The success of the package was due to his sincere efforts and hospitality towards his clients. A special kudos to him

The accommodation selected (Udaan Group) was of good choice, where the ambience was good, rooms were spick and span, food at the indoor restaurants very tasty and the staff very courteous and ever ready to attend to your needs.

The drivers, Shri Budha at Darjeeling and Shri Dipesh (Thapa) at Gangtok were well mannered, reliable and customer satisfaction oriented and were aware of the tourist places.

I plan to utilise the organisation, IHPL, for my future vacations.

Very great service! Imagine being so faraway (like, the other side of the world and I did this alone) and you just have to put your whole trust into one agency of which will decide how your whole vacation is going to be. Luckily for me, I went to the right one. Reena, my agent, was so patient and dedicated enough to get me through everything I needed. The arranged tour for me in Leh was so amazing and every detail was thought of and taken care of. They even had the appropriacy to let my family back home know that I was all good when I had no signal up in Ladakh. Thank you so much Reena and to Indian Holiday Pvt.!

The tour services provided by Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd was wonderful, and my wife and I had a great experience visiting Delhi, Agra and Jaipur (the Golden Triangle) with them. The driver, Mr. Vikram Singh, was very professional and capable of safely navigating the difficult roadways; he was very polite, courteous and friendly. The tour guides were very informative and professional as well, perhaps with the exception of the guide we had in Delhi.

The only part I did not like about the tour itinerary was the scheduling of time for shopping. Most the shopping places we were taken to by the guides were somewhat high pressure venues and we wasted a lot of time with very pushy vendors who often resorted to clever tactics for selling their wares. I think the shopping should be made optional and should not be a mandatory part of the tour; we were told the tour guides were instructed by the company to take us through the selected shops.

We were greatly impressed by the monuments in India. As country with long history, cultural heritage and traditions, India has a lot to offer to the rest of the world. However, we were very disappointed to see very poorly maintained cities and towns surrounding these monuments; especially the areas surrounding Taj Mahal was filthy even without proper drainage and full of peddlers who were constantly following tourists as a nuisance. We hope Indian government or the local governments invest more in improving these areas and present a better image worthy of India's rich heritage. We felt that India can dramatically improve the conditions of these areas if the want to as evidenced by the new highways and building projects promoted by the central government, however, it is very shameful that little or no attention is given to the up keep of the cities and towns were these world class monuments are located.

The Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd had organised a private tour of Kerala, for me and my husband, in the first week of February. The tour was very well organised and gave us ample time for sightseeing and relaxing. We covered Kovalam, Trivandrum, Thekkady, Allepey, Munnar and Cochin in 8 days.

The selection of hotels was good except for the Elixir hills, which was far away from the town centre, it was just 12 kms but the winding bad road made the journey tedious and tiresome. Every time we had to travel on that road to go for sightseeing and return before evening as it used to get pitch dark.

The reception at that particular hotel was also not a good experience as they made us wait for half an hour to check in, as the room was not ready even at 4 pm. There was a huge confusion over that and also over cleaning services of the room, the button for automatic request for room cleaning was malfunctioning and the next day we here made to wait for the housekeeping to clean the room.

In contrast to the reception service, the restaurant service was very good, they took extra care of all the guests and enquired about our food preferences and were cordial.

A special mention of the Raviz at Kovalam and The Elephant Court at Thekkady has to be made, both these hotels were amazing with excellent facilities and good restaurant staff, helpful and friendly.

The stay on the boat house was a good experience, the staff was very attentive and the food served for lunch dinner and breakfast was delicious. The only thing that bothered us was the presence of a few cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 in the room, this should have been taken care of before sailing.

Last but not the least, our guide cum driver, Mr Jayraman, who was there with us right from the pick up to the drop at the airport, was very helpful, cordial and friendly. He gave us good information about the places we were visiting and accommodated our wish of taking it slowly.

I would highly recommend the Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd to family and friends for their travelling needs and I too would be interested in going with them for my future holidays.

Recently Me and My wife visited Ladakh(Nubra Valley/Pangong Tso/Alchi etc) from Bangladesh. It was an amazing tour. Before communicating with IHPL, I did also check with 2 renowned travel company of India but they did not help me at all. IHPL really helped and guided us to make our tour more easy and comfortable. My sister and I traveled to India in January 2015 using Indian Holiday for the tour to Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Mumbai. It surpassed my expectations. We dealt with Jagdish for the planning of the trip. He was helpful, patient and very professional. The work Jagdish did included booking of all domestic flights, hotels, ground transportation, English speaking tour guides, monuments and payments for the said list.The trip was wonderfully planned with seamless transition from place to place. The domestic flights were also well planned. The tour guides were amazing, drivers were great, safe and always on time, hotel choices were fantastic, recommended places to visit were amazing and we always felt safe. It was my first time experience with Indian holiday and it was excellent. Mr. Chandan was my agent and he helped me customize the trip as per my need and budget. He was extremely helpful and prompt in his responses. I had my doubts and didn't expect this good service but they kept there words. There is no hidden cost involved at all. I am now back home after a journey of 36 hours to San Francisco.

I wanted to write to you and let you know that we had a wonderful trip from start to end. At the airport in Kathmandu we decided to rate Indian Holiday. We both said that we couldn't possibly give you a 10 because nobody is that perfect but then we changed our minds and said yes, you deserve a 10.

Everything went like clockwork. We were particularly impressed with Mr. Singh, our drive from Delhi to Delhi over a period of one week. Mr. Singh was the ideal driver. Not only was he a very good driver (I think you have to have nerves of steel just to get into the car in India!) but he was very professional, polite, consistent, and protective of us. We would also give him a 10.

The hotels that you chose for us were very good. The only two hotels we did not care for were the two chosen by us. We did this because we were meeting up with three other friends in thos places who had already chosen these hotels. The first one was in Jaipur which was basically acceptable but not up to our standards in general. It did have a very nice restaurant though. The second one was in Varanasi on the river. We had wanted to be on the river to be where the action was and that was certainly true! On the plus side we did have a big window overlooking the river. On the negative side the bathroom was horrible; the restaurant was six floors up on the roof with no lift; and the hotel was horribly noisy. However, this was nothing to do with you; we chose this one ourselves.

The guides were all good, some much better than others but all acceptable. The drivers were all good. One suggestion though. In Kathmandu on the first day we had a car that did not have seatbelts. This is unacceptable. The rest of the days in Nepal we did have seatbelts.

One minor suggestion. Although we figured it all out in the end we could have benefited from a tipping guide. Nobody seemed displeased at all, on the contrary, so we clearly did ok but it would have been nice to have had some info in advance.

We used Indian holiday for an 8 day Golden Triangle tour and Varanasi in January 2018. I would highly recommend them, Roshan our driver for the duration was excellent and really looked after us. All guides arranged by Indian Holidays in each city were very professional and knowledgeable.
The hotels chosen by the company were very good with maybe the exception of the Hotel Crystal in Agra which is very tired although the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Where Indian Holiday surpassed our expectations was when our train to Varanasi was running 11hrs late. They took such care of us ensuring our safety while waiting for the train to arrive and faultless arrangements to be met in Varanasi and still continue with all our sightseeing plans which necessitated rearranging due to our extensive delay.

We took the support of ihpl in our tour of Himachal Pradesh. The tour was eleven days,ten nights and it was fantastic! Decent hotels were booked by or agent excluding spring valley resort in dharamshala and out cab driver mr tarsem. He was an chronic alcoholic which became a wet blanket for our trip as his driving was tedious and reckless. He didn't take photos or helped us in any way. The packages are quite good for the tariff and I recommend the operator to take good can drivers in the future.

Probably this packaged tour organised by IHPL, to KHAJURAHO, ORCHHA and GWALIOR is the BEST among many such tours we have undertaken so far. If there is a rating, I would definitely give a perfect 10 . The planning was superb, included most of the site seeing places and monuments. The hotels booked were really unbelievable and service too was outstanding. I have already told my relatives about this and recommended your company, if they want a Hassel free tour. Special mention about the coordinator Ms Beena Ramola, who took every care to make our stay comfortable. Secondly the person Mr Preet Randhawa who was not only expert in driving, but was quite knowledgeable about the monuments we visited. Totally it was the most satisfactory and comforting tour.

Tour coordination is excellent and appreciate every day enquiry of local representative and Delhi representative of the tour progress and any changes required. Choice of Hotels is allowed and accommodated in the pricing part. Drivers arr polite, speaking Hindi and are expert drivers in the difficult terrain. Drivers are given freedom to suggest options in the tour packages at additional costs and each of such deviation was a pleasurable experience... particular reference was to the unforgettable Rafting in River Rangeet which is designed for non-swimmers but enough thrill to give goose bumps. Natulla pass was facilitated on the very first day of Gangtok tour which again was very well organized. Small hiccups are there but India Holidays are quick to respond. The tour was a very pleasant experience, left life time memories and India Holidays is strongly recommended.

We booked Thailand Malaysia tour from Canada.
Plus: Email/Whatsapp responses were very timely and even during the tour they were available to answer any questions. Hotel in Phuket and Pattaya were good but Genting hotel was really bad. Kualalumpur hotel was good.

Minus: Price changed on final payment even after assuring in writing that the price won't change(I paid deposit after this assurance but it was of no use).
Agent booked one extra room for one night(in spite of giving all flight details and multiple reminder to cancel one room). Room was cancelled prior to our journey, however only $18 US was refunded( This was for a room in Bangkok in a 4 star hotel). What a joke!!! In $18 can't even 1 star motel.

Book directly with the agent in your country or country you are travelling to. Avoid middleman especially from India. They are not accountable as they are at the mercy of whole sellers in destination country.

In very short span of time, IHPL helped us to plan our trip. The trip was awesome and memorable. Thankful to Indian Holiday.

I had booked Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd for two of my friends from New York. Both were traveling for the first time to India, so of course I had my safety, hotel hygiene and tour authenticity concerns. Fortunately, all went great with Indian Holiday & its team. I recommend them!

Family Holiday in Rajasthan

Our recent holiday in Rajasthan earlier last week was brilliant!!! Rajasthan is a riot of colours. It encapsulates in many ways the greatness/richness of the Indian royalty before the British colonised the country.
We flew in from Singapore and the arrangements made by Indian Holidays Pte Ltd worked like clockwork. We travelled to multiple locations in Rajasthan in a chauffeur driven Toyota Innova. Was very comfortable for the three of us. The driver was safe and always maintained punctuality.
All the hotels suggested by Mr Jaggi were neat, clean air conditioned and of good standard.
Expecting the unexpected is not uncommon in India!!!Go Air which was to connect me from Jaipur to Mumbai on my flight back to Singapore suddenly sent me an email 2 days prior that their flight was pre-poned from 13:15 hrs to 08:15 hrs. Luckily Mr Jaggi and team made arrangements for us to book a hotel in Jaipur so that we could take the flight.
Rajasthan is beautiful and a must visit!!!

We had group trip to leh from Srinagar.
Actual tour coordinator were c tour. And these were just middlemen. There was no proper planning of trip. Our guide was always in hurry to show us places and take us to hotel.. (Although he was good person and he gave us our medications at leh as we were unable to climb stares up and down many times) And it was actually tiring to visit places with travelling. All hotels were somewhere far from main places. Srinagar stay (Hotel Ash Valle) was worst in terms of cleanliness of the rooms and basic amenities also far from main places and we were told we will get stay in houseboat. Leh stay (the kora leh) was not good in terms of it was too far from market place and 3 storied building without lift. We had to fight to get 1st floor rooms. And no wifi except near reception.
The tempo traveller arranged for pangong was horrible. Very congested seating and had some issue with engine. Gearbox used to create smoke when on third or fifth gear. It was scary.
Pangong stay we were expecting near to lake but it was on hill and almost 1.5 km from lake. We had to walk down and climb back to see sunrise as driver didn't come.

Giving Two stars only for the stay at Mulbek and Nubra which were awesome although at remote locations and no ameneties nearby.
And our detour from group to tso moriri went well just driver didn't know place very well so had to skip our lunch.
Also the river rafting experience which was not included in itinerary. But even that could have been at Zanskar river if properly planned.

The C tour person at Leh who was our local tour manager (Mr. Mutup) had no basic sense of talking. And had no solution to our problem than arguing. Very arrogant.

About food..There was fixed menu for breakfast and dinner through out the trip egg, bread and dry pohe, aloo paratha for breakfast and one paneer sabji, one aloo sabhi, roti, rice, dal and vermilicilli kheer as dessert. We had no choice than eating these all 10 days. And yeah.. for lunch for most of the days we had to stick to maggie. As either lunch used to get finished by the time we reach or the place where we stop happens to be unhygenic where we can't eat other things.

I won't recommend IHPL to anyone. We can have better arrangements at same cost and no headache for fighting.

Last year my family booked golden triangle tour with this company and we enjoyed so much really it was the wonderful journey, the trip was very good.

I have taken three tours with Indian Holiday Pvt and have just booked a fourth - to Sri Lanka. I have found them to be very professional and reliable. In particular a tour they arranged for me in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh in 2011 was a highlight of my life. I simply sent them my suggested itinerary - for 4 people - and they put the whole thing together for me, booking hotels, arranging cars, trains and flights etc. At each stop we were met by an English-speaking, qualified and knowledgeable guide. The drivers were all pleasant and spoke English. The hotels were generally lovely. Although we had not asked for 5-star luxury, they included several palaces and other charming residences. On a 2008 mini-tour to Ajanta and Ellora they provided us with the most excellent guide I have ever encountered. In 2010 I used them for another mini-trip to some rather remote temples in Tamil Nadu (I am an Asian Art Historian) and even there, though the area is not geared to tourists, they provided me with a charming guide and a reliable driver. I have every confidence in the coming tour of Sri Lanka and hope i will be able post another excellent review.
