Our Driver Tarsen was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble an his driving skills exemplary, always very punctual. Every arrangment went like clockwise and every representative from your company impressed us. Many Thanks to Dipali who was there to answer every e-mail,promptly and thoroughly. Review-Thailand Tour with Indian Holiday Pvt Limited (IHPL)

We planned to visit Thailand in November 17 which was our first tour abroad. After contacting so many tour organisers , we finalized the deal with IHPL and we were proved to be a lucky couple. Though I was having lot of apprehension in my mind about the package finalized and the final outcome, the ultimate result was so nice that it has become a memorable lifetime experience for us.

From the days of asking quotation, finalization and completion of the tour, we received a very cozy comfortable and rational communication from Abhishek Shrivastav, our tour consultant of IHPL. The tour was so nicely managed in India as well as by their counterpart in Thailand, Thai Arrivals , that we were overwhelmed. Not any point we found any lapse or compromise. We liked it very much and hope to have some other plans from IHPL also. Our sincere thanks to IHPL specially to Mr. Abhishek Shrivastav of IHPL and Mr. Alok Ratan of Thai Arrivals for making our trip so memorable.

This was my 2nd time traveling with Indian Holidays. Both the tours last year (North India) and this year (south India) in December / January were an amazing experience. I had a wonderful trip and very memorable. I felt safe and respected. They took great care of us during the journey and things were well organized. Their service is amazing and Mr. Hashim was a wonderful staff member who helped me plan and organize this trip. His communication skills were excellent, always on time and very helpful. He changed the itinerary to suit our needs and made suggestions that made a lot of sense. Overall, I consider myself lucky to have found this wonderful company. I cannot wait to travel rest of India with them in coming years.

IHPL Arranged LEH Srinagar customized tour for family of 6 members. Communication for finalizing tour was excellent. We had to change our plan six seven times, every time response was quick and tour details modified to our requirement. Thanks to Mr. Bhupati . We enjoyed hotel stay and food (Holiday Ladhak), and tour in and around Leh Driver Mr. Gurmit was really awesome., While going to Srinagar from Kargil, looking to tensed situation and Curfew we were allowed to leave Sonmerg after 10pm. Thanks to IHPL for arranging another Car (Srinagar based) from Sonmerg. Of course we could not visit to Gulmarg due to security issues, we enjoyed the tour. We really enjoyed food and stay at Hotel Regal Palace. Only issue was at Houseboat of California Group. The dinner was served as if we were served fixed dinner. Quantity of every item was fixed. If you asked additional item, by the time it arrives, your dinner was over. In morning to pick up the flight, we had to leave houseboat by 5am. We informed in advance to manager regarding checkout time but to our surprise, at 5 o clock there was no boat to drop us to roadside. we had to pay additional Rs. 800/-. It was really painful to digest behavior and attitude towards customer at California houseboat.

Avoid!

We did a tour of Uttarakhand, and after spending two days in Rishikesh we were due to go on to Mussoorie. There were very serious landslides on the road to Mussoorie through a town called Dehradun. The news were reporting that several people had DIED that day attempting to travel along the road, and every school in dehradun was closed due to the danger of the roads.
Our driver (provided by the company) refused to drive there, given the danger, and we entirely agreed, however the company refused to give any kind of refund or any kind of alternative hotel, they refused to admit that there was any danger despite several people dying.

They claimed that the road must be safe since one manager had driven along it safely - they just ignored us when we were saying several other people had died.

We had to leave early and pay for our own hotel in Delhi as they refused to do anything to help us.
They care only about money, not the safety of their clients.

Terrible service.

I never took service from this , i just query abt tour , they charge 1000/ per day for kid less than 5 year (without Bed, Breakfast & dinner) ,, than why they charge hahaahhaahah, i dont know why they charge 1000/ ,, its look like its punishment for Guardian why they bring there 5 year kid with them for tour ,,.........too much man .......... its really bad

I had a wonderful experience overall. The accommodations, were pretty good, especially at Lonavala. The Alibaug Hotel was far from the center (25km) though, which took lot of time travelling. The hotel/resort though was excellent. My family liked the experience. I have already referred IHPL to few of my friends.

I had booked my Mansarovar Kailash Yatra through IHPL, and had done the full payments on time but I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience and the responsibility they took whenever there was s problem.
I booked my Yatra in April and IHPL had been in continuous touch , however, once I made the full payment they had to called to get the essential details like 'when would I get my passport.' The passport was ultimately not delivered and I gad to travel to Nepal without it. Once in Nepal we were routed to a travel agent called Samrat who were pathetic when communication is concerned . The Yatra started but many were not given the jackets and bags promised to them. At every junction we had to struggle to get on to the plane and helicopter. There was no one from the travel agent to coordinate or guide. The phone calls were seldom answered . Soon we found that the picture and the itenery given to us were not to be adheared to. We were put up in very shabby and dirty places where 8 to 10 people were made to stay in a room with four beds only. The beds were dirty , there was no toilet facility. Food was unhygienic and the basic nutrition was not considered.
The itenery had mentioned aclamitisation but it was highly compromised. Some people got sick due to high altitude but there was no medical support.
While we were returning they did not take care of basic requirements. Accommodation was not provided and the hoteliers charged exorbitantly for the stay. The time they promise for come back is an eye wash and the return cost for tensit stay and fooding is not covered . The travel agents do not pick up phone calls and they do not attend to the problems. Once they are paid they do not pay attention to any requirement. Moreover, they compromise on quality just to reap the maximum profit out of us.
I am voicing the dissatisfaction of all the pilgrims in our group and we highly disuade Other pilgrims to use IHPL as a travel agent.

Goa is the one of the most beautiful place in India.The enchanting beauty of Goa beaches attracts traveler.And it is one of the important tourist spot must visited in our life.

We used Indian Holidays for our trip to Gangtok and Darjeeling. I found the entire experience very satisfying. They were in contact throughout the process, providing all information required. The arrangements made for the trip was perfect and their local point of contact was also in constant communication with us during the entire duration of the trip. The taxis and the drivers were also very pleasant and provided great service. I would highly recommend them.

We are writing this to sincerely thank for the nicely organized holidays. To be very honest we were slightly doubtful and were scared how well the rip would have been arranged but IHPL team have once again proved me wrong.
The only feedback is the hotel in Munnar, which I would request IHPL to relook. The hotel in Munnar should be in middle of tea gardens for visitors to actually enjoy the same for which Munnar is famous for.

Otherwise it all went very good. Our special thanks for the car agency for providing such a nice, dedicated and sincere driver. His driving, commitment towards safety and time adherence was unmatchable.

"NOT RECOMENDED"....One of the worst tour experience till date.
Mohan was tour coordinator. He is not capable for organising large group. We were group of 24 opted for darjeeling, gangtok and meghalaya package. We were given 5 cars for ganktok. Some of the drivers were very rude, not informative. Cars were not at all clean. No one were guiding about timigs and no information of the place. Actually the drivers were behaving like pick up drop taxi drivers. On of the driver went to the extent filing FIR on my brother because he raised his voice for not taking to nathula pass in time.

This was one of my best trips ever, and thanks to GoaTrip for making it such a woderful experience. Specially I would like to say about Hotel. I visited almost all the places in india, but I have never seen this kind of service anywhere. Though Goa is such a beautiful place but if get all the arrangements done by such wonderful bunch of people you really feel in heaven. I appreciate your work very highly.

We were catered by IHPL for our amazing trip to Assam. The best part of our experience with them was the quick service delivery. Also, after we suggested a few changes to the itinerary, they were very happy to make a customised package for us. We weren't disappointed at all and for that I would like to thank my tour consultant Mr. Mohan Mahato and the whole IHPL team.

We went to Delhi-Jaipur-Agra trip with our family members of 12 members. We had a great experience and the tour Itinerary given by IHPL is excellent. Many thanks to IHPL team for their continuous follow up over the tour. The hotels provided for us are very very good. The staff in the hotel "Taj Villa" in Agra are very helpful. One of us got sick in the agra, immediately "Taj Villa" staff has taken us to hospital and given us the treatment. Many thanks for giving us such a good hotel. Hotel "Aster Inn" in Delhi is not that much good comparative to the remaining hotels. We had a great memories with us due to excellent planning and execution. I prefer & suggest to my friends to go with IHPL for their tours.

We traveled to Mauritius in first week of November through Indian Holidays and it was best trip. Whatever was agreed and mentioned was provided very well. I am happy with the package and recommend others to go with them.So thanks to Indian Holidays to make our trip excellent and marvelous.

Used their services years back but liked their services and overall customer service.

Not happy with their way of planning out things. Too exhausting itinerary for Sikkim, with too much time spent inside the car and too little at the sites.
We relied on their services to plan things for us as we were new to the place and not so well traveled. I felt we paid for getting exhausted rather than enjoying the place.

The tour was well-planned and customised. The vehicles provided were very comfortable and the men behind the wheels were well-behaved and virtual guides especially in the second leg at Jaipur. Almost all the hotels were of a fair standard; of these, Hotel Bundi Haveli (Bundi), Hotel Priya (Jaisalmer) and Hotel Harasar Haveli (Bikaner) were very, very good. The complementary meals were sumptuous and the general quality of food in all the hotels was really good - both quality and quantity wise. We enjoyed our first trip to Rajasthan. Thanks and kudos to IHPL for this memorable tour.

I & my friend booked a trip to Uttarakhand through IHPL. We covered Nainital, Pittoragarh & Bhimtal. Overall the trip was planned good but it could have been better if the time taken for travel & services planned would have been good. Safety wise the arrangements were very good, since that was our priority but there were some hurdles we faced like -

Hotel Booking and Refund - We couldn't reach our hotel in Munsyari due to snowfall and when we called our trip contact to give us an alternate hotel, the first contact mentioned we cannot provide at the last moment (it was late evening). Thankfully the other contact that they gave set us up at a nearby hotel. Next day too we tried reaching the scheduled hotel in Munsyari but couldn't as our driver categorically mentioned dangers in snow faced if we continue journey. So we had to return back and stay in the same hotel. We were told about a possible refund for both the hotel stays but its been 8 days and we are yet to hear about it.

Driver - was courteous and drove calmly but knowledge about places beyond Nainital was limited, so we spend much time reaching from one place to another rather than actually visiting the designated spots according to the Itinerary. Also somehow the expectation was to bear the food related expenses for the entire trip

Hotel Facilities - Hotels were decent, but basic facilities like heater (we were charged in one hotel), towels, toiletries, hot water availability should have been take care of, we had to call for the same in most of them . In Hotel Vimal Kunj, our driver was not even given proper dinner & stay and spent the night out in the cold.

Overall the trip was planned good, but could have been better if the above details would have been taken care of. Appreciate the prompt service, courteous driver facility & safety provided during the trip.

The trip was excellent and hazel free. Enjoyed peacefully and the service is good.

Amazing is the word! Our Leh Ladakh trip on 29th July 2018, from Srinagar went off really well. Our travel agent Bharti was very helpful and always available even on weekends for petty quiries with beautiful voice and polite words. We were just two girls on our trip yet the other people on the trip became a family by the end of it including our driver Bang Bahadur aka Rahul & our guide Otzer . Rahul, an accurate driver, so perfect with his driving skills on the curvy roads knew exactly how and when he must slow down or speed up. Otzer, this darling young boy, always up with his broad smile and helpful whenever needed. All the hotels and tents we stayed in had breathtaking views, comfortable beds and mouth relishing food. This trip has been our best trip so far, and Indian Holidays pvt lmt, we are hungry for more. Great job guys!!!

We stayed in hotel Taj villa in Agra. The hotel was good. Restaurant was excellent.
After the trip in Agra we visited Delhi. In Delhi the Indian holiday private limited arranged a cheap hotel saying it was a 3 star hotel called Aster Inn The hotel was awful and had no cleanliness with insects in the room. The bathroom was very dirty. It has no restaurant in its own. No kettle no teabags were available. After complaining, they arranged another hotel with the same quality. Do not book through this tour package. We lost our money and mood. Please don't book through this tour package there was no value for money.
The driver , Sandeep was very good and efficient arranged by them.

One more time we got a very great experience with Indian holiday. Last month we went for Tamilnadu trip and we enjoyed a lot. I am writing this to say thanks for all your support and hospitality we got during our trip. There was some chances to improve but overall our experience was great. Hotel selection was super, transportation was awesome. This was my second trip with you and I am happy to say that we did a good selection to choose you as our trip advisor.

I would definitely like to recommend Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd to book a tour. Its 23 years of experience and two national awards reflect on their service. I had booked a trip to golden triangle with this organization. I would certainly choose this company for planning my future tour.

I am so happy to have had Indian Holiday book our tour in India. They were extremely professional, courteous and were flexible in accomodating and customizing a private tour for my family and relatives. I only had 6 nights in India and wanted to see Delhi, the Taj Mahal, Jaipur as well as Varanasi. I had two groups meeting in Delhi and half having to leave midway through the trip. Indian Holiday planned the itinerary perfectly although we had given them a complex schedule. The drivers were always punctual and the tour guides were knowledgeable. In addition, our main tour contact, Jagdish was fantastic and always accessible at any time of the day to cater to our needs. Two thumbs to everyone!! Thanks for creating some great memories. Visited Jammu and Kashmir, well organized tour. Accomodations at every place were cozy giving cordial comfort with good food. Road transportation both Jammu, Srinagar and Leh, Ladakh was flawless driven by experts. Drivers were professional in their approach. hello, First time we have travelled with Indian holiday on a family trip to shilong. the arrangement , the travel plan was really great , earlier occasions we have traveled with Make my trip, sotc, we have found indian holiday is a great organisation to have holiday plan with them.

Not ready to Give one Star. The Indian Holiday Private limited is the worst tour operators...And they are pathetic in the service.. We had done a trip to Leh Ladakh..Just 2 days before the trip starts the package people started showing their true color. They are not at all aware about the package details and giving wrong information about the packages. These are just brokers and the actual guys who takes care of trip were really great.. So we were lucky to enjoy this. I would not recommend anyone IHL .. As these people are not people friendly, not customer oriented, over expensive and don't know how to communicate.

This is not a fake tour company as someone mentioned in the Tripadvisor forum. My wife and I are fully satisfied with the Private Tour contract for five days touring the Golden Triangle area which included the city of Agra and the Taj Mahal. The vehicle, the driver, the tour guides all were very helpful and it was very memorable trip for us.

One area of caution: beside their salary, the driver and the tour guides are paid on commission on the visits to the retail or home operated stores. They themselves were not persistent that we buy something from the stores but the salesmen/women are very persistent and annoying in some places. The driver and the tour guides did asked us if we would like to stop by a store at the end of the day.

Our tour coordinator form IHPL was Mr. Chandan Roy, very nicely planned the tour package. He is vey flexible because few times we changed our itinerary and final moment we added two more tickets.
Really we and our kids were enjoyed the N-E tour. Nicely arranged the hotels at all places. In Kaziranga, the wild grass hotel was very nice and the environment is superb. Hospitality at La Kupper Inn hotel at Cherrapunji is very good. Umngot river at Dawki in Bangaladesh border is awesome. Finally the driver is very good and cool attitude person. The only issue with the driver and the passengers is language problem. For Tamilnade tourists, kindly provide a driver with spoken English knowledge for communication. Based on your Itinerary we have visited most of the places excepy Jowai. The river cruise at River Bhramaputra is not worth enough for the money.

I will keep on touch with you for any tour related matters for me or my friends circle. Hereafter, any package tour we prefer only from IHPL.

The Innova car that we were provided offered comfortable drive and not to mention the fabulous ride on the newly opened Delhi Agra Expressway. It was a terrific experience and the driver Mr. Hari does deserve special mention for safe driving and keeping up all cheered up with his anecdotes and funny experiences with tourists in a carrer spanning almost his entire life once he decided to become a driver.

I'll definitely recommend this company if you are planning to book your trip to Taj Mahal Agra and even beyond. They have also promised be a special deal when I'll book with them next and I think I'll certainty call them as I have trip to Leh Ladakh in my mind which is what we are planning for a long time in our family.

The trip of us (12 members) from Haridwar to Badrinath then to Rishikesh was awesome, the planning was excellent by IHPL, even it's a limited time of 4 days the journey was comfortable and all the senior citizens in the group enjoyed the trip.
Appreciable events:
1) Reception in Haridwar on time.
2) Provided excellent driver.
3) Good follow up and quick response.
4) Hotels provided were good. ( They served dinner in Hotel Tapovan around 11:30pm even it's closing time ).
5) Stopped vehicle where ever nature calls required.

Sorry for writing the review so lately about IHPL as I was busy with my work and family commitments here in USA. We heart fully thank IHPL company and team members who has helped us to have a wonderful and pleasant touring time around the places in INDIA (Golden Triangle Tour(November 1st - 5th 2018) with atmost generosity.

We loved the Golden Triangle tour with IHPL team and it was one of our best trip we ever had in INDIA. Me and my family enjoyed the Hotel stays, excellent service provided by GUIDES (Asuthosh (Delhi airport pickup person), Prateek(Delhi), Anuradha (Agra), Amerjeet (Driver).

Initially IHPL team provided us Toyota 7 seater mini van but we weren't feeling comfortable getting in and out of the car with elderly people as well with an infant baby. So I have requested IHPL company to arrange a bigger vehicle. Thanks to their quick response and provided us the opportunity to upgrade to a larger vehicle(Tempo Traveller) we really felt comfortable with the seating arrangements and ofcourse our luggages and stroller. We really appreciated for their dedication and care for us. The Volunteers are always in touch with us through whatsapp to make sure we are having a great time without any difficulties in their arrangements and safety.

The hotels provided by IHPL was great. We were happy more than what we had expected. Almost felt like we were in Las Vegas Star hotels.

The only thing we found it hard during the trip is giving tips to the people when we are touring in INDIA. As we are from USA we dont have any idea how much tips we need to give to the people. If IHPL team can guide us or any tourists then it will be a big help. We personally faced tough times in deciding about the tips. We were very confused whether the tips we gave is worth or not. Other than that we had a great time.

Again thank you very much for everyone touring us safely and supportive throughout the trip. Just that we had a busy schedule and having elderly people and an infant baby it was little bit difficult to keep up with the pace touring all the places so we skipped few visiting sites especially in Jaipur. Hope it didn't caused any inconvenience for the guides waiting for us while we are on the tour.

I will refer IHPL to my friends and families whenever they are ready to tour places in INDIA.

We are pleased to inform you that our Kerala Trip organized by Gangesh Ji, Amit Ji and IHPL Team was excellent, all our programme goes as per your itinerary check inn and check out at all the hotels was excellent and fast tem traveler and all the hotels are excellent we are fully satisfied with your service and look forward to more and more trips with ihpl team in near times. Once again than you for this excellent trip and hospitality.

I had booked a trip with the company to Leh. We were 5 people and had booked 2+2+1 room occupancy and had paid accordingly.
However in all the hotels we went, the manager at the hotels tried to give us occupancy for 2+3. After much argument and confrontation, we got the desired occupancy. This can not be possible if the travel agency instructs the hotels properly.

One of our stops was Pangong Lake, a place which does not have any network coverage. Initially, we were allotted rooms in a camp as per our vouchers, but after some time we were continuously harassed by the camp manager to shift to another camp. Here as well I had to engage in continuous argument with the camp manger.

According to our tour plan, we had to drive from Leh to Manali over 2 days, with a stop in Sarchu. And it was not just a drive, but we also had to visit place and do site-seeing. On the day of our departure from Leh, the driver was changed, he told that he only offers pick and drop facility and will not show us around. He was very very arrogant and used foul language to address some of the girls present in the group.

Best things of trip:
1. Meet and greet at the Airport was good and on time by IHPL.
2. Hotel provided by IHPL was good for the budget and arranged meals on time.
3. Tickets to all the monuments were taken in advance by IHPL, which saved us time.
4. Volvo bus provided by by IHPL was comfortable for the transport.
5. Dhol and tilak welcome ceremony at hotel by IHPL was very much liked by the group.
6. Lok kala mandir visit was very good and liked by the group. Lok kala mandir was the best highlight of the trip.

This was the first time, I went for IHPL services and honestly was skeptical at first. But the vacation was meticulously planned by Mr Chandan Roy, he ensured that our needs were taken care of, he put us in the best hotels, and was available for help all times during the trip. Needless to say Mr Roy and IHPL is going to be my go to person and company for all future family travels. Extremely satisfied.

Very happy with the company for its planning. It definitely helped us to make our trip fuss free and comfortable.
All the properties were great and we enjoyed our stay in each one of them.
Only words of advice are regarding the chauffeur of the vehicle provided. He should have been more cooperative. While traveling we rely on the chauffeur's guidancein various matters but in this case he misguided us a lot of times. Otherwise he was efficient enough. This was not a complaint but just my view and suggestion
Other then that my family and I thank IHPL genuinely for making our trip wonderful.

This is not professional tour service at all. My coordinator was so unfaithful, and money hungry, I ended up spending more money for such a cheap class service for my ladhak tour. I will suggest not to choose this tour at all. There tie-ups are worst than them. First day no one showed up until night to give up heads up about tour plan and that also after calling ctour chumik travels guide 4-5 times. And same rude behaviour they showed during entire tour, even hotel bookings and vehical of are poor quality. But IHPL did not help us to improve the service as we had already paid full amount they were not intrested in us or our ongoing tour. Very bad service.

Indian Holiday organised my trip to Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh. Right from the start, they have been very professional and organised. They understood what the purpose of my trip to Tawang trip was and the fact that I was travelling solo and accordingly arranged things for me. From being picked up at the airport, to breaking journey and staying in different places, the service was very good. Chandan Roy, their senior executive, would call me everyday to ask if everything was alright. He was also available for clarifications whenever I needed them. I am very pleased with my experience with Indian Holiday and will surely use them again.

It's our first time to travel in India and we booked a 10 days tour to Leh Ladakh with IHPL. Although there are some bad hotels in between (can't really complain much due to limited resources at those areas), but overall still a great experience. Itinerary was well planned out and booking were hassle free.

this was my first online booking with holiday India Pvt Ltd, i was little bit scared because i was going with my parents and if something is not good then i would have felt bad for my organisation.
But experience with Holiday India was too good.

My family recently went on a trip to Vizag & Hyderabad which was fully managed and organised by Indian Holidays P.Ltd. We were very happy as it was very well organised and we did not face any problems. Right from air booking to hotels and Chauffeur all was efficient. Earlier we had visited Karnataka and Tamilnadu through them and that too was so well organised that we did not look anywhere else for our recent vacation.
The itinerary was well planned, with convenient / thoughtful grouping for best sightseeing possible.

We enjoyed the Submarine Tour and Borra Caves in Vizag and the Salar Jung Museum and Golconda Fort in Hyderabad.

The highlight of our tour was the full day excursion of Ramoji Film City and it was a treat enjoyed by all.

The choice of Hotel properties for our stay met / exceeded our expectations as at the Radisson in Hyderabad, both our Rooms were upgraded to "Business Class" which was very well appreciated.

The transport facility was well taken care of, not to mention the good choice of knowledgeable Chauffeurs .

We had a pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Indian Holiday planned an amazing Goa tour for me and my family. We visited this beautiful beach state in the month of October last year and I must say, the itinerary that was chalked out for us was very well-planned. We had a holiday of our lifetime.

This was my very first booking with IHPL and I am glad that i chose them for my much awaited Rajasthan tour. From the very beginning, right from planning my itinerary, they were very supportive. Gangesh,my coordinator, helped me with a customized plan as per my requirements. We were a group of 6 people and all of us came back with loads of memories. The hotels they provided were absolutely awesome. The driver Mr. Singh was very knowledgeable. He gave us a complete tour of all the places including the ones out of my itinerary. He managed to cover all the destinations and also managed to help us with some shopping destinations in spite of the limitation of time. The eateries that he took us to were mind blowing. I enojyed my short tour around Delhi, Jaipur & Agra. I enjoyed very much the company of my driver and he provided some good tips on our time around the Golden Triangle. Accommodation was good and i found it to have helpful staff & rooms.

I sent my son n daughter to Srilanka last week. Both returned happy n rejuvenated. Ihpl s services we re praiseworthy. Whatever slight issues appeared, were promptly taken care of. The vehicle provided was very comfortable n the driver was friendly n helpful. The hotel at Bentota was excellent. The hotel at Colombo was the only letdown as it neither had a pool nor a bathtub. Rest everything was very well organised.

Firstly i would like to thank the company for providing such a service.I felt the service and the experience have been constant that is the plus point for your firm.
