Amazing dealing with the Adam. I bought a 2017 Nissan Adam and Aiden was a pleasure to deal with. I had a very positive car buying experience and I couldn't recommend this car yard enough. Positive, polite and professional they ticked all my boxes and I'm so happy car.

Called to make sure a specific car had no rust, was assured it didn't.. It did.. Wasted 3 hours driving and waiting.. Bad business.. What do you think we won't notice?

Bought my son a nice a BMW 3-series and had only 65,000 miles for only $3500!!! It s been three months and only had to add windshield wiper fluid. Absolutely zero problems. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a used car.

WARNING: DECEMBER 31, 2020. I am leaving a review due to what this car dealer did to me and my child. He destroyed our CHRISTMAS. I am a journalist so I will also publish my story. I purchased a Toyota for my son's very special (1st car) Christmas gift and this dealer promised the car was accident free and perfect. I paid FULL MARKET VALUE FOR A GREAT CONDITION 2007 TOYOTA BASE MODEL FOR $ 5,600 CASH and with tax and all other costs = $7,000 CASH. IMMEDIATELY after bringing car home to Toyota dealership for oil change, it was discovered the battery was near dead, the alternator belt was eroded, battery terminals eroded and there was no coolant in the engine and paid nearly $500 in repairs. I was told to bring it back for a more detailed look over and there appears to be exhaust issue. Then Christmas eve I noticed the long cracks along front bumper and the entire front end bumper was hanging low from the hood where it meets as if it was "falling down". I noticed a slight muffled sound under car. I brought car to another mechanic and discovered the car had been in an accident, had been painted (ADAM HAD TOLD ME THE PAINT SPLASH ON FRONT TIRE WAS SPLASH FOR ANOTHER CAR) etc.. and also the entire exhaust system under car is eroded and leaking in multiple places and needed full replacement including the deal breaker "the VERY EXPENSIVE catalytic converter". This car is a California emissions on this part MAKING IT A MORE EXPENSIVE PART. The left rear tire must be replaced and the AC condenser leaking AND front body work needed due to accident!! TOTAL COST FOR REPAIRS $2,500 TO $3000 ADDED TO MY $7000 AND $500 REPAIRS SO FAR = -------------------- OVER 10,000 DOLLARS FOR A 4,000 DOLLAR 2007 BASE CAR. NECESSARY REPAIRS!! Car is leaking exhaust in the cabin with multiple leaks and is UNSAFE TO DRIVE!! ADAM SAYS "IT RUNS RIGHT?" WHEN I CALLED HIM!!
I saved a long time for this special gift and told ADAM this. I said please do not sell me a lemon, this is a very special time for my son for a special Christmas. ADAM continued to give me EXPRESS WARRANTY AND promised me the car is perfect and used a "clean CARFAX" fraudulently misleading advertisement, misleading me to convince me and grossly misrepresented the true condition of this car including previous accident. I am pursuing this with both consumer affairs as well as the DA for FRAUD. And I will cover my own story on my journalistic platform in this case as it affected my son's Christmas and I also feel this is a PUBLIC CONCERN. NOT acceptable. I will be airing/publishing my phone conversations with ADAM. I requested to simply return car immediately and he refused. He also refused all responsibility for repairs. I am asking ADAM ONCE MORE, to allow me to return this lemon thats costing me 10 GRAND!! . I have not signed the title and can return immediately. ADAM, you have my number. This car must me returned to you. I will NEVER accept this, If this has occurred to anyone else at this dealer, please leave reviews and a name. I would like to interview you. STAY TUNED ~ Shara M

My 81 year old uncle bought a car there and the salesman and my uncle agreed on a bottom line price (including sales tax) and the salesman filled out the paperwork and didn t include the sales tax with the sale so when my uncle goes to motor vehicles he has to pay more for the car than it s worth. They sell garbage cars and they are crooks. The salesman said he was going to talk to his boss to dismiss the taxes but he didn t or he says his boss said No They don t have to ever worry about me or my family coming to ever buy another car from them again. CROOKS

Thought I bought a great car from them it hasnt even been one year and I've had to already funnel money into this car. Withing the first day the sunroof track broke. 2 weeks later the I found out it had a gas leak and couldn't pass inspection. The first time I changed the break pads they had duct tape on them, yet he claims his mechanic looked over the car. It is a shady dealership i would never buy from again

I just got a 2008 Mazda 3 and I m in love with it. From the second we got there we had consist communication. We took it for a test drive and it ran great. If you need a car for cheap and is reliable get it from here!

Independence Auto was very pleasant and professional in handling our service. In fact, when it became clear the wait would be excessive, he sent me home in a Lyft and we picked up the completed car the next day. Of special note, the car was immaculate!! Like new.

We put a deposit down on a car and they were going to repair the AC then we would test drive it and if all was fine we would purchase. We decided not to make the purchase and they would not return our deposit.
