Here you could find so many cars with different budgets. Customer service is very good. I really received good attention although I didn't find my favorite car. Hopefully next one.

How good is Independence Auto Sale! Inspection of my own car carried out at my home, test vehicle driven to my door, sales team couldn't be faulted, so helpful, paperwork looked after. In short I didn't have to do a thing except buy the car I saw online and it is immaculate, just what I wanted. When I replace it I'll definitely be going back to Angelo. My thanks to everyone.

The salesman is just shady and doesn t even know much about cars... spent about 9k on a used car there and when I got it inspected it needed a whole part that was missing, the horn didn t work, and the battery operated keys thing didn t work on both sets of keys. Make sure you bring someone who knows vehicles before you buy anything from them because clearly they don t properly inspect their cars before selling them.

Cars from the site was not on lot,only 25%of the cars were there.

Independence Auto and CREW are amazing! They helped me find the perfect car after initially inquiring about a car that needed some good maintenance. That had left me skeptical but HIS took their time to listen to me and find out exactly what I wanted. The car I walked away with is in perfect condition.

As far as the vehicle goes it s fine low mileage runs great. Only one owner! Could do without the one salesman. He seem like it was a bother to sell the vehicle to me because he had to come in and work for the day plus had no idea where anything was in the office..

DO NOT TRUST THEM!! So, we bought a 2009 Subura Forrester for almost $5,000. We signed the papers and everyone left before we could get off the lot. Its connected to a gas station and we drove 10 feet to get gas and the car wouldn't start. We sat there for 3 hours before the gas station attendant gave us the car lots phone number to call. We called and the mechanic was sent out and they made sure to tell us we interrupted his dinner, it was 8:30 at night. He jumped the battery and we had to go right to Auto Zone to get a new battery. Still waiting on Independence Auto Sale to repay us for battery. For $5,000 you expect a car to run pretty decently. This car has been nothing but a problem, over $2,000 in repairs. This is my dghts first car. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! I know you can't trust used car salesmen but these guys are the bottom of the barrel. We asked about the battery BECAUSE it looked old and he said it was good, yet they had to jump it before we got there. For almost 5,000 they should of put a new battery in it. Also was asked how we would be paying and we said debit card and he said there is a 3% convenience fee on top of price. I looked into this and the law states if we don't pay cash the company can charge a one set fee not a percentage. It was a Visa Card and Visa expressly states it must be a flat or fixed amount, 3% of the purchase price is not a flat or fixed amount. There are so many more laws to convenience fees to go into on here, but I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and you should be leary to buy from here. They could have avoided all this by just paying for a battery since we couldn't even get off the lot without one.

Adam was very attentive to my needs, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be a repeat customer, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car!

Need a good used quality car ? This is the place to go. Purchased a 1999 honda civic from these guys. Clean inside out no rust all new parts and the price was right. The manager funny, nice, and professional with his work. Next car I need to purchase will be from here. Our visit to that place was definitely pleasant, buying the car went very smoothly, however the salesman is extremely irresponsible! It's been a month since we got the car and we still didn't receive the title..because of that we are unable to register the vehicle and the temporary registration expired today. When we called the salesman to explain the situation and ask for an advice he was extremely rude, kept cutting us off and refused to help!
The salesman evidently only cares about selling cars and doesn't take any further responsibilities involving the legality of the whole process!
I guess it's our fault to believe that this salesman could be any different than other scammers.

If you want to save yourself some stress and nerves, DO NOT GO THERE!!

This car dealer has been great! Employees were very kind and helpful to both me and my wife, and we got a great deal on my car. I've even recommended Independece to my Friends and my brother, and they were all more than satisfied with the service here. So thankful that we found this place!

BEWARE!!!!!!!! DOWN PAYMENT SCAM!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! BEWARE!!! No one is safe. Not even teenagers. NEVER EVER NEVER buy from this place. NEVER EVER NEVER leave any money down at this place. My mom came in to buy me a car however she did not like that ADAM (Sales guy) copied her credit card front & back for fear of fraud. After refusing to leave the photo copies of card ADAM made jokes about getting the info out of the shredder to use her card. When my mom told Adam she would just bring back cash he then swiped her credit card for 500$ then after the transaction said we could not drive the car home. After not being allowed to drive home as agreed & NOT HAVING A CHANCE TO ACTUALLY TEST DRIVE THE CAR ON THE ROAD we decided I would not get the car and Adam refused to give my mom her 500$ back saying its non refundable. Yes they just SCAMMED me out of 500$ bucks. Scamming to get 500$ from a teenager & his mom is bad business. He told my mom he is the top of the company and the owner could not be contacted and relies on him to answer all complaints. Buyers steer clear of this place. (ZERO) STARS...Is keeping 500$ from hard working families really worth bad business "I DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS SINCE YOU ARE NOT GETTING THE CAR" is what ADAM told my mom.

In one day I went to 7 different car lots to find a $3000 car that was the only car lot that the sales person never bothered us
And we found alot of cars around my range
But the best two things about this car lot is 1. They have warranties for every car it's an option to purchase however they're not that expensive $150 covers for 90 days
2. When the salesperson Adam felt that I wasn't sure about the vehicle that I liked he didn't keep trying to get me to buy the car he flat out said it I don't want you to like the car I want you to love the car and he said why don't you go home sleep on it and then come back tomorrow . great guy so I end up going back couple hours later and buying a car

Terrible cars ' they have cars promoted online looking amazing and in great condition. But when you get there the cars are in terrible conditions!!! Nothing like the pictures online ... The prices are high for the condition of the car !!! Dont waist your time driving from far away to buy a car there is not worth it !!!

I was leery of purchasing a used vehicle due to reliability but who could say no when it comes with a 2 yr warranty. I made a post when I was younger and now bought my own car from this place that sold my dad two cars already. I was hunting around for months for a quality car in my budget and I saw so many sketchy guys who would force you in finances before you even pick a car to telling me one price outside the office then tells me oh no that's the finance price. This guy is honest no need to haggle here because you are getting the actually value of the car or better in my opinion (I hate haggling I find it unnecessary if a good price is already posted). All the cars are clean and most importantly in my experience have been reliable with no mechanical issues just regular maintenance for my dad's two cars. I expect the same from my new car that I love as well since I drives like a dream. I feel I stole this car it was such a good deal for the condition and model.

And you also know everything I said in the review is complete and true. you people even refunded the money for the warrenty since they would not honor the agreement! such Lairs! Awful, Awful, Awful. They lie to your face, sell cars that are on the recall list, engines work just enough to get you off the lot, then blow. Purchased the warranty, at the time of sell, when the car broke down within 2 days of purchase, warranty company said it was "pre-existing problem and would not pay....its a used car, of course it would be a pre-existing problem! and they refused to pay.m
