Gave this company countless opportunities to make things right but now I have no choice.

I contacted the owner of Romex Security, Roman K., after one of his security guards damaged my vehicle by manually closing a gate on my pick-up truck.

I followed up with Roman, collected a quote, spoke with the city of Hamilton investigator and after all the footwork was done. Roman failed to respond after I made numerous attempts to contact him.

Avoid contracting this company.

Edit: Vehicle damage was quoted at $1200. Please take the time to read how this company responds to complaints, the lack of professionalism is appalling.

I have been going to life labs for several years, over the last few months they have had this security company managing their line-up and doing covid screening. The guards that they have in place are very knowledgeable and provide the highest level of customer service I have ever seen. If anybody is looking for a professional security company I believe this would be the one for you.

I have been working for Romex for almost a year now and it has been a great experience! I love that I get to work at a variety of different sites and learn new skills from each contract. Solid company to work for

I work and live at my apartment building (not as much fun as it sounds lol) romex security provides a quick and on time service even on Very short notice.
We had both of our garage door break in under week and the office didn't call security when it happened at 2pm and left it till i unknowing had to at 7pm more than one night in a row. (what a mess) It was less than 3 hours notice and they still were able to get us a security guard to watch our opened door and make sure homeless didn't get in.
All guards were friendly, professional, presentable, and showed up 5-10 min early to go over what needed to be done.
I know for fact their security guards were doing an excellent job because the residents mentioned about security asking to see fobs when they tried to walk in and that's what I was hoping to hear, I will be using their services again if we have anymore issues.
Let's hope with more than 3 hour notice next time.

So it s just a heads up if anyone working for or are planning to work with this agency please keep this in mind that they can put you in and out the schedule any time.I worked under a guy Named Chris for couple of months and at the time of recruiting he said that the uniform will be reimbursed even the docs which I signed states the same. So basically they are charging 250 just for one t-shirt which I already returned.

I used this company when we had a house fire and needed our site patrolled. When I called I dealt with Chris, he was very professional and compassionate. He basically took over the file and made sure our stuff was protected and we had no issues with theft or people going through our stuff. We are very grateful and appreciative that he looked after that for us, as we obviously had lots of other things to attend to. Thank you So much Chris and Romex! I will never look elsewhere if we need security services again.

I was very pleased with the services Chris and his team at Romex provided for my company. We used them in two different occasions and both times myself and staff felt safe and satisfied with the services they provided. Chris came to our property multiple times to check up on us and made sure our concerns were met. I would recommend and use this company again!
