Fantastic resort. Several pools, next to the beach. Good options of food, but a little pricy. Extremely friendly staff.

Good facilities for the newly renovated wings. But still uncountable for un-renovated rooms. Hopefully now they have renovated their rooms entirely.

Nice property. Very big. Clean beach - private to the hotel. A nice place to relax and get away from the city hustle bustle. There are about 4-5 swimming pools which is a great thing. The staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious. Ample places to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature of Bali in and around the property. 5 min walk to Bali collection which is a nice place to shop and have good food.

We stayed at this resort to relax 5 days after the Bali tours.
The structure is very large, clean and cared for. There are many swimming pools, 5 restaurants to choose from, at lunch you can also order and have lunch directly on the beach, breakfast is abundant to say the least with a choice of cuisines from all over the world. The reception is huge and the check-in process is not very fast. There are various types of rooms, ours had direct access from the room to a shared pool with the four adjacent rooms, very pretty and quiet. Between the resort and the private beach equipped with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, a narrow asphalt road passes through which also crosses the adjacent resorts and takes ten to fifteen minutes to the waterblow. Always at about twenty minutes walk there is an area with lots of restaurants and shops where you can have dinner or lunch.

First time in Nusa Dua and definitely will go back and MIGHT stay at Inaya Putri, again! Staff and Duty Managers are very helpful and accommodating, HOMAYA restaurant really serves good Indonesian cuisine, two other restaurants are just ok... infinity pools are beyond amazing

DOWNSIDE:

- FOOD @Gading Restaurant: a bit disappointing for a 5- star hotel.
- POOR Room sound proofing: you can hear footsteps from up, loud noise from outside the room (REALLY ANNOYING!)
- stained curtains, stinky bathroom, rusty hangers!
- FLOOR is not clean when we checked in. room 2313 (disappointing for a 5 star hotel)
- Some items were not replenished during room service.

Please do something, Inaya Putri Management.

It's a really big hotel enough to be called as a society..lolz ..jokes apart it a nice hotel good amenities 6-7 swimming pools are nice ... Gym could have been better though...it's a really posh place to stay....don't take the rooms with private pool it's expensive and pool is shared between two rooms.

My friend got live cockroaches served with his food in the bread basket. You can imagine the height of pathetic service and quality offered in this so called 5 star hotel

I went just for attending gala dinner. The architecture was awesome. Little bit far from public area and difficult to get public transportation even the online fleet.

Great location, hotel and staff! We stayed there for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. My girls, age (6,8) loved the kids club and went there everyday. The food was delicious and the pool and beach was so much fun.

Excellent hotel, have all the facilities needed to take a calm rest from daily urban rush. Several pools available, clean beach, good & friendly services

Very warm and friendly welcome. Check-in was very fast. Our room would not have been officially ready to move into until 3 p.m., but we could move into it at 1:15 p.m. After a long journey this was of course a plus point. We were driven to the room with an electric cart. Room furnishings and the size were on a good level. We had direct access to a pool. However, this is only possible for rooms on the ground floor.
The hotel grounds are large, but still clearly laid out. From the room to the beach about 250m. Sandy beach was nice, sunbeds and umbrellas were always free. A bad mattress was immediately replaced on request.
Occasionally some rubbish washed up on the stand. The beach cleaning was always present and removed the objects.
The guests with drones annoyed us. There should be a ban on drones over the lying areas. is very uncomfortable and annoying.
Food: Breakfast buffet was very rich, except for the fruit it could have been a little better. The service was friendly, nice, very helpful and always with a smile.
Hotel location is good. Nearby the Bali Collection and golf course (10 min. Walk).
I really enjoyed my vacation at Inaya Putri. Overall rating with 4.5 stars, which we like to round up to 5 stars.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, many details, great facilities, super breakfast !! and a good quality price relationship. A 5 stars that has earned them. To return without hesitation.

This is the most comfortable Hotel by far for me.This hotel is quite new,so the building looks modern.The one I'm staying at is the room with pool access,and it's good for those with 1 baby,because it quite large,it have like small living room beside the bed woth some sofa and TV,so you have some space for your baby to crawl and explore around without worrying they're gonna fall from the bed,but always remember to lock the access to pool.The bathroom is really spacious,there is bathtub and shower separately.The hotel is also very clean,and the staff is very nice.It is located in Nusa Dua,so it's more fo those who want to have quiet and relaxing vacation,or those who doesn't mind going a little far to reach soma place yo eat and shop.They do have restaurant and there's always like a market in the morning and night though.Oh and the beach is really nice.I think it's cleaner than the beach in Kuta area.

The hotel is rated with 5 stars, but I don't think it deserves that qualification,
Check-in is very slow and they don't care to help you if you don't speak fluent English.
The room is old and needs renovation, including furniture that is quite worn.
Depressing sheets and towels, are worn and poorly washed, better bring them home.
In a 5 * hotel queue for breakfast the first time I see it, but queue, queue.
The quality of normal food and poor value for money.
The only good thing that the room has access to the pool but paying of course.
It really is an all-inclusive resort but paying. Bad choice.

More 5 * hotel experiences, at 15:00 I had to complain to clean the room, 3 days and the sheets without changing.
Queues continue for breakfast.

I do not understand how they can have such positive reviews and painting of 4'6, you have to have rigor and knowledge.

The hotel is very nice luxury, unfortunately the security guard is not welcoming, no greeting smile greeting, especially if you told the mind of a car like someone driving away - maybe less copying the security guard pack.

Check in, check the antigen and ID card results of each visitor. Okay service. I dated at the pool access room. The room is standard small. There is a musty smell when you enter. The bathroom is big. Very satisfied. There is a super large bath tub, shower etc. The main pool is 1.3m deep. The pool behind the room is also quite large, 1.1m deep. The room is equipped with a coffee machine, electric kettle, etc. Large sofa bed can sleep 1 person. The breakfast was very crowded, unfortunately from 2 nights there my two children didn't eat well. Quite a lot of variants. For menus containing PIG you have to order lsg with the waiter in red. For coffee and juice too. The menu is on the table. Children over 8 years - 11 years old pay 50% for the breakfast buffet. I am byr around 120rban.

The beach behind the room is still good. Only me, the beach sand is rather high and uneven. Playing on the beach is deep enough if you're not careful. Because the sand is indeed uneven.

A huge hotel where you can forget that you are in Bali! Feel that you are in Turkey. Otherwise, everything is top notch.

Beautiful place, good service. Was a little disappointed with the selection and quality of food during breakfast, having said that I was very satisfied with their fresh fruit juices ( you have to order them from the waiters). Would say I enjoyed my experience as a whole.

Very good facilities, food and service. Food prices are reasonable. My only 2 comments are the loud AC in the room at night and the lavk of evening entertainment.

Very good resort, for sure I will choose again Inaya if I return in Bali.

Comfy family resort in Nusa Dua Bali. It's newly renovated.

Really a wow hotel. There are many advantages offered at this hotel, including:

The location is directly on the edge of the beach with a beautiful view. And the beach is private, only for hotel visitors. Not for public.

The facilities provided are also complete.
The area is very spacious and pleasant.
Some restaurants have different concepts, such as Indonesian cuisine restaurants, western restaurants, and so on.

For hotel rooms on the bottom floor, there is a private pool in front of the room. So you can swim relaxed feeling in a private pool.

Local tourists rarely find it here. Hotel visitors are dominated by foreign tourists. So don't be surprised if the menus that are served are also many non-local menus too.

If you go to Bali it's worth staying in this hotel or villa.

The place isn't, the service is satisfactory ... Bravo.

Very nice grand looking hotel. It connects to the beach which is great and it has a nice pool but it does get pretty crowded. Check in was smooth and service was very nice.

Value for money. Quiet and large resort. Neatly maintained. Amazing breakfast. The beach is lovely and so many water sport activities. The swimming pool is simply a wonderful place to spend your leisure time. Dont forget the spa services.

Right away, I can tell you that although Inaya Putri Bali is a really good 5 star resort, it has to do some uphill work to meet the standards of the Hiltons, Crowne Plazas or Hyatts of this world.
Check-in time is 3 pm, and we had requested for an early check-in by around 1.30 or so because we were to reach early and leave at 10 am the next morning for our flight. However they were running at full occupancy and couldn't help us. No worries, we waited. They gave us our free drink coupons and sent us to their restaurant downstairs to redeem them. Come 3 pm, I expected someone to come and usher us to the rooms, but nobody came to inform us. We had to walk upstairs again to haggle with the front desk staff about the rooms; the impression I got was that they had conveniently forgotten all about us. The part where it got really frustrating was that they couldn't provide a room to us even by 4 pm!!! Of our 2-room booking, only one room was ready. Due to their delays, we couldn't see all the parts of Nusa Dua that we wanted to see on our one day there.

They did send us each a fruit basket and an apology letter, which were appreciated, but it doesn't take away from the fact that we lost time and our trip was left incomplete because of their incompetence. This is not what you expect when you check into a luxury resort.

There are no complaints about the other aspects of the hotel, but I will not recommend it.

The hotel is good, the balroom is also large, suitable for meeting events, conferences, etc.
