Price and quality are comparable ... No loss ... Service and hospitality are extraordinary ... Also the breakfast queue ... Puanjang ...

Great hotel with direct access to the beach....staff are amazing...

Stayed here for 2 nights but we extended it to 3 nights because we were feel so comfortable with this place and there are many facilities to try. The hotel is really big and the room is big too. The place and the facilities are clean and well maintaned. There are many layered pools and also there are easy access to the beach. Staffs were great and helpful, breakfast tastes good too. Cant wait to come back again here really soon.

To forget about life. Simply wonderful. You have to have a pool on your balcony is priceless.

The resort is reeked by the Rijek and the concierge and the service is superb

Very large and equipped room. Just a step away from the beach and equipped with swimming pools and restaurants. Very charming and peaceful with the possibility of various activities.

Five star hotel own by government and near by Nusa Dua Beach.. well manage hotel and room is clean and big.

Excellent place to be. White sandy beach, water is perfect. Enough shade to hide from the sun. Food and drinks from the hotel's own lima kaki are tasty and not extremly expensive. Staff is attentive and of course super friendly.

I gave one star so it will hopefully help some people: the Beach is NOT private. You can rest anywhere you want and hotel stuff can't throw you away. We spent 10 minutes discussing with them and they left us in peace. Please stand for your rights! Everything before the pavement is public and you can stay wherever you want, don't let the management tell you otherwise. Just honor hotel's property and don't use their beds etc... wish you fun using this nice beach!

Lovely place, peaceful, staff are very helpful and accommodating, comfy, spacious rooms, great location right next to the beach. Make sure to avail of the spa facilities (reserve at the reception in advance) and book a massage!

Restaurant terrace has wonderful views and great for chilling with a book during the day or relaxing at night with a glass of wine

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was just amazing the customer service is so fantastic!

It was in the 10th year, the old hotel, it was time for repair. A big plus at low tide on the beach of the hotel the sea does not go away, you can swim.

Facilities are ok. But I don't like dim room lighting. The walk from the lobby to the room is quite an effort for those who bring babies or seniors. There is a private beach, service is ok.

I am reviewing this on the booking for a standard deluxe room. If you had stayed at a more expensive room, then you ll probably gave a 5 star review. The room layout and interior is meh, although the bed is very comfy. The water from the shower smells a bit like sulfur when you turned it on. Basically if they put you up on the top floor, there will be no view. Breakfast is not really worth the price the charge, waffle is too hard, bacon is overcooked and hard. The rest are mediocre. The good thing about this hotel is that i think they have the best beach portion and the best beach chairs. Also, they have an amazing and friendly staff. I would give 5 for staff and services but 3 stars on the room.

This resort is everything we hoped for and more. The customer service is next level and the whole place is incredibly well kept. I mentioned in an email months before our arrival that I was taking my partner for her birthday and we were surprised with a complimentary birthday cake for her. The staff here truly go over and above to make your stay special. The three on site restaurants were more than satisfactory with very reasonable pricing. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Bali.

This resort was beautiful! The service is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. Everything was just so lovely. I will be definitely returning again. Nova was a great host/waiter at the restaurant. Until next time Inaya Putri Bali Resort.

Very disappointing. For our honeymoon, we wanted for the last couple days of our bali trip to treat ourselves with a 5* luxury resort before returning home. Unfortunately it turned out to be a huge failure and the worst experience we had in three weeks, we have spent in Bali. The 4 nights at inaya make us feel homesick, a feeling we never experienced before on our holidays and espesially shouldnt on our honeymoon. The only things that were acceptable was the location right at the beach (except on our last day) & the visits in the restaurants for dinner in the evening, this was the only time when the service and the food was actually good (but very pricy compared to rest of Bali, at least the food was much better than at Bali Collection).
Especially the following was very disappointing:
- Wifi: poor quality once it connected
- Breakfast: First you have to register for breakfast and then be seated by staff. If you are lucky this procedure takes "only" 15min. No free choice of seating, the "good" airy tables in the front are specially reserved for a guest type, we're not able to find out who, when we asked if we could sit there at one of the free tables the answer was "no, somebody is already sitting here", when the whole time we had breakfast actually nobody came to this table.. The atmosphere in the breakfast room reminds you of an overcrowded train station, super noisy and tons of people.. when you finally got seated at a table & lucky enough to instantly place your order for coffee, tea or juice, it will take a long while until you get your drinks and then hopefully your complete order. If you want a second coffee or juice you really have to search for a waiter to order, this took us sometimes more than 30 minutes or we had to wave for a couple of minutes to make the waiters aware of us, meanwhile our dirty dishes could form the tower of pisa because nobody felt responsible to clean up the table. Service seems to be uncable to handle the guests. This scenery had happened every day, its not what we'd expected from a 5* resort. this everyday experience ruined our start into the day, luckily we rented a scooter to escape. Selection of asian breakfast is huge, this was, despite of the unbearable hustle, good. The selection of cheese or sliced sausages was embarassing for this *category, the "cheese corner" offers only two sorts of cheddar, but on one day we found *one* slice of camembert. it took the service very long to restore empty buffet plates, every day you have to wait for newly cut fruits, veggies etc. or specially request a refill. The background techno music wasnt really easing the stressful atmosphere (we're in our 30s & still felt annoyed - is it so difficult to find cool lounge music?) neither did the noisy film watching chinese guests.
- pool & beach area: the property is huge and nice however there are not enough lounge chairs around the pool area, so we struggled every day to find a spot in the shadow. On our last day there were preps for a wedding (2nd during our stay) while the 1st wedpreps didnt bother us, for the 2nd wed, inaya closed half of the beach & the whole garden. if the struggle wasnt already hard enough to find a spot, today the service aswell reserved more than half of the beach chairs for dayguests, so hotel guests couldnt use them..since when does hotel staff reserve chairs?? Very disturbing aswell was the super noisy tests of the wed band for hours during the day. We only got a note apologising for inconvinience, the managemant should have invited all hotel guests to dinner for this torture! we felt like 2nd class guests in a 5*resort on our honeymoon, what is wrong with the management? Service was too busy with the preps, they couldnt care less about taking care of their own hotel guests like taking orders for drinks or food. Despite that it smelled the whole day unacceptable like petrol, it was hard to breath some fresh air. Fortunately for Inaya the symbols are limited. We will never come back to Inaya, Luckily we experienced also very good Balinese hospitality, Inaya wasnt one of them.

The place is nice and the rooms are spacious, good for family holidays

The hotel is good for holidays with family close to the beach
